ok so this will be my log for the contest. I really need to get into shape so im gonna be using this competition as my motivation. currently my stats are:
6'1"
260 pounds
bodyfat: not sure i know its 25+
My goals for this competition are to drop fat quick I want to get down to about 180. once i reach that goal in this contest or not i will start lifting heavy and doing a clean bulk. so with my goal weight being 180 I need to lose about 80 pounds i might check my weight every week and post it but not sure if i wanna do that cuz sometimes the changes dont take affect right away and i dont feel like getting discouraged.
as for calories i plan on taking no more then 1000-1200 daily i will eat healthy foods low in carbs mostly consisting of boneless skinless chicken which i already have like 6 bags stocked up.
i dont have a gym close so my workout will consist of running, body exercises and jump rope.

ok starting a little late but i have been busy moving. so imma get some start pics up tonight. and plan on going to bed early for my run tomarrow morning. not sure if i should do a fasted run or take a protein shake before my run

ok so i know some people are gonna say its wrong and unhealthy but i have done this diet in athe past and it works and is very healthy. i am gonna start tomarrow on the veloicty diet for the first 28 days of this contest. if u are unaware of the velocity diet it consists of taking a multi vitamin and some king of omega 3 or 6 which i will be using flax oil. and eating nothing but protein shakes for the 28 days except for once every 7 days u can eat one healthy meal. last time i was on this i lost a substantial amount of weight. if u would like to know more u can check it out here:

im not sure what my body fat is but im sure its 25% + one of my goals is to get to 10% bf by the end of this competition

things are going good so far i hate the taste of protein powder mixed with water but can live with it. one thing im gonna change is when i wake up my first protein shake i stick flax oil in. i just cant stand it that way. so im going to the store tonight to get fish oil pills cuz they would be easier for me to take.
also i might start an EC stack tomarrow. going to the pharmacy to buy the stuff tonight hopefully.

never done a log before so im not sure what to put lulz. anyway i feel real good i have only taken a protein shake when i was hungry so far today i have taken 2 geting ready for the third. and one more before i go to bed. so far no headaches and im not getting tired but it is still the first day and i have 27 more days left on the veloicty diet before i move into the next phase. depending on how much weight i lose i might keep cutting or might bulk but that might not start till phase three. i have kinda split the months in phases:
phase 1:
velocity diet/ EC stack
phase 2:
low card possibly keto
phase 3:
clean bulk
phase 4:
velocity diet/ EC stack

ok so today i did my first real workout in a year since i was laid off. real sad i know.
so this is what i have had and done so far today:
wake up:
took 1000mg of fish oil, 200mg of caffeine and 20mg of ephedrine.
10:00 am breakfast:
2 scoops of whey protein
290 cal
4g fat
6g carbs
52g protein
5:00 workout- p90x chest and back (first real workout in a year). I got about halfway through it and and had to rush to the bathroom to puke for 5 mins. cleaned up and went back to try and finish but just couldnt i wasnt tired just kept getting really hot and dizzy. so i will put it off till tomarrow.
after workout:
2scoops of whey protein
290 cal
4g fat
6g carbs
52g protein
I will end up having just 2 more protein shakes before i go to bed so my calories will come out too:
1160 cal
16g fat
24g carbs
204g protein
I have ordered my double t product yesterday and should get that soon to add to my stuff.

sorry i haven't updated this i have been real busy. i will be updating everyday now also just got a gym membership so i will be going to the gym tomorrow and everyday after that

its called the velocity diet. its a great diet with great results. i did it for 2 weeks and have lost 15 pounds. now im eating more to gain some mass while lifting
