Thought I'd make one, since I'm sure I made it before the deadline. It's 4pm here, anyways.
Here are my stats:
162lbs and 5'6 and 18 years old. I have a passion for bodybuilding and hate cardio!
I workout 6 times a week and eat fairly clean, though my cheat meals are what kill me every week.
I want to lose 20lbs of bodyfat by the end of July so I can begin a mini bulk and not to mention looking good in a bikini.
I have several injuries at the moment (shoulders, hip and elbow) which has forced me into light weights and mostly just cardio.
I hope this journal will help keep me motivated to lose the weight I had gained during my depression.
I've lost a lot of muscle mass and hope to put most of that back on as well. It would be nice, at least.
I'll post a picture of myself tomorrow :)
