Im ready to star this contest, My goal is to be in the top 5 and will do anything withing my reach to accomplish that. With that said let get Started!
The pic i took yesterday are really crappy quality wise if u want to see them there on my bodyspace. I will borrow my sister camera to take some tomorrow and will post them.
I will post my workout routine as i go.
Monday-Back And Cardio
Tuesday- Chest And Cardio
Wednesday- Cardio
Thursday-Shoulders And Cardio
Friday-Legs
Saturday- Arms and Cardio
Sunday-Off or Cardio
Cardio- 30 minutes jogging or HIIT in which i will specify intervals
Supplements
Flax seed oil
Whey pro
Animal flex
generic multy
Will be logging GlutaCene Unitll i finish the tub
Velocity XT on some day for energy
My diet will be consisting of Tilapia ,Can Tuna Chicken Breast, Veggies, Sweet potatoes, Rice, Whole Wheat Bread, And Peanut Butter.
I Will not count calories.I will reduce intake or increase cardio to meet the goals. My goal is 2lb every week which will be easy. i dont have a problem loosing weight. And the last 30 day i may add Mitotropin to see how it work.

Today Workout Arm Day
I had a really good Workout bis and tris were pump. I rush it a little. Because, it what getting dark Out side I workout in my porch I have a Squat rack With a high and low pully. The jog was really good my knee was feeling great(had Knee Surgery 4 month ago). I was a little paranoid in the dark but after a couple of minutes i drifted of and boom i was done with the 20 minute of cardio. After the cardio my leg where pump calf were stiff with so much blood never felt this before.
I Mix 2 scoop of GlutaCene With 20 oz of water. I taste really good better than creadyl. I had some tingles in my face and was really pumped. On monday im going to do 2 scoop with weight and 2 scoop cardio(tomorrow is off day)

Today Workout Arm Day
Man had a great workout this pass 2-3 week i been feeling my back working. I focus on contracting the shoulder blades and lats with 2 sec pause. I mix 4 scoop of glutaCene the night before and consume 2 with weight and 2 with cardio. The first 25 minutes were easy. But, then i felt a blister In my foot and made my me take over those last 5 minutes were pure mental toughness did i mention the last 3 minutes is 35* degrees incline, I fellt GlutaCene help me a lot. Calf and quad were incredibly PUMP

Chest Day Baby!!
I took Velocity XT PWO (3 caps) Man is this staff good energy was off the chart not crazy energy but a really good amount of energy that lasted even after finishing my run.
I had 2 scoops of glutacene with weight and another 2 with my jog. I complited my workout to fast so at the end my chest was screaming with 135 lb when normally i can do that weight for like 25 reps LOL. Jog was really good firt 25 minutes were not hard at all last 5 Up hill were hard not not too bad. i got another blister under the blister of the day before but did not felt it until i was cooling down. Glutacene i really good really recommend to try it.

Chest Day Baby!!
Like u have notice i have not posted in while well i has sick to the gut. I had mild fever, really bad congestion(that why i stop lifting i was impossible to breath),Cough, and fatigue(not that it was problem because still had the will to train). Yesturday was a good wokout kept it short and intense. Had to scoop of Glutacene with my workout and cap of Velocity XT. Today i will change it to shred matrix i have 28 that were giving by a friend becouse they were ''To Strong" LOL I will be the judge of that. Also i order some Allmax Glutamine And Controll lab Glycergrow that i will at the end of this week.

And yes that 19 set = 95 rep non-stop. I did not rack the weight when puting or taking out weight nor did i lock my knees out the weight was always in my muscles. the pump and pain was HYYYOOOGEEEE. I stay in the machine like 15 min after it was over and still had trouble walking lol. WIll def do again!!!!
