looking for help for upcoming show in APR. Seems like im at a plateau right now, i have been dieting for 5 weeks already work out 6 days a week, like around 15 min cardio a day. Posing has just started, looking for a posing routine. how do i get rid of subcutaneous water and how soon?

I usually eat 6 eggs a day and hour after protein shake.And for lunch and dinner i eat either tuna, chicken, tilapia, followed with natural peanut butter. What can i do different?

You're only a few weeks away, I would say cut your peanut butter out, increase water. Stick to one source of protein (chicken). you got to do a little bit more cardio than just 15 minutes. Also, it depends on which weight class you're shooting for. You may be just fine. But, how much cardio and training you may need depends on which weight class you going for. you're at the light weight class now, but if you're not ripped then Bantam weight may be the way to go.
