how many carbs per day are recommended on a tkd? is it zero plus the post workout shake? what about on non workout days (when there is no pw), how many carbs? if i do hiit cardio on off days, am i supposed to have some type of pw shake after? also, are there any guidelines for how many days you're supposed to lift/days to do cardio on tkd? thanks a lot....(i tried searching tkd for past posts, but tkd is less than the minimum required search term)

i'm clearly a little confused...1. does tkd involve carbs only before workout, only after working out or both? 2. is whole wheat bread an acceptable pre-workout carb source, or is a shake like maltodextrin necessary? thanks
