Ok guys here goes!
My name is Paris Cluff... my username is The_10_2s its in reference to 10 words with 2 letters each... If it is to be it is up to me! I believe that, no one is gonna grow my muscles or live my life for me (thank goodness cuz, I don't want them too anyway).
I started training 8/08 at a gym before that i kept fit in my garage. In April of 09 i went to a bodybuilding show and saw & met Jay Cutler (as you can see in my profile pic) i was inspired by that show to compete myself... I am planning on competing this April if i can get lean enough... i am on track but it will be close! I love working out because it is the one thing i have 100% control over... and besides that the iron never lies or changes its mind or gets fickle... I own my own business working in sales and marketing some really important products and it just boggles me how people are so fickle. That is why i turned to the weights cuz they are constant.
Ok, I really love the idea of having a solid set of arms and the Tri's are responsible for the majority of the size on an arm so i am excited to get them to pop. My outer head is a bit weak so i am hoping to develop that... it might be genetics but i am going to see if i can get a full horse shoe.
My first workout is going to be tonight, Wednesday, 3/3/10. I have tried the Thrashing Tricep workout before a month or 2 ago and it was a killer workout i can't wait to do it again with renewed focus for this contest.
Each of the excercises are actually some of my favorite I incorporate skull crushers and pull-downs every tri workout i do so i am looking forward to holding the PC and seeing how i get my arms to respond.
I think i am going to do the 4 workouts and post each time... that way i have some time to really track the results.
