I am currently doing a full body workout 3 times a week, Mon, Wed, Fri, consisting of-
BB press
Squats
Deadlift
Bent Rows
Military Press
Pullups
and i want to add the Randy Couture grappling workout into my workout somewhere, But since they are both full body workouts, one for size and strength and the other for conditioning but alot of the same excercises, I am not sure where i could fit it in, does anybody have any ideas, im willing to modify my workout plan any way i have to.
