Not sure. I just know the first day you can take them is March 4, and the first day you can post them in the official thread is March 7. Not sure what the deadline is. I just paid attention to the first date because I have been on a huge binge and need as much time as possible, lol.

Send him my well wishes. :)

Just got home from class. Had school Friday night, all day Saturday and Sunday, and then work all day again today and class from 6-10:00. Going to do some bb.com'ing and relaxing and enjoy a nice Boulevard wheat brew since I won't be partaking during this contest. Really ready to get started, but will enjoy these last few days of binging, I suppose.

Had a huge lunch earlier, my last crappy meal before this contest starts. Will be posting my starting pics in this thread tonight, even though they can't officially be posted in the OBF thread until 3/7/10.

I just ordered some C-bol, it will be my only new supplement throughout the first month of this contest. Hoping it lives up to the hype, should be worth a shot, at least. For the second month I might get a little crazy with some fat loss type stuff depending on how weight loss is going at that point.

Thanks guys. Got starting pictures taken, just need to get them uploaded off camera and onto photobucket. Been lazy, got the flu or something. It is really weird, but was good news as far as workouts go because I woke up Friday at 4:30am, hit the gym and felt fine, but by 9:00 I could tell I was sick. Didn't effect workout at all, but did leave work early and spent the day feeling like I might die.

The good news, I suppose...was 190.0 on the dot on Friday morning, this morning I was at 186.4 and that is with managing to eat pre- and post-workout meals. I'm thinking I'm a little dehydrated, lol.

Also, got my C-Bol in the mail today, pretty excited and hopefully I'm feeling better by Monday so I can try it out in the gym.

Weight: 185.6

Workout: Chest/Back Hypertrophy

Still not feeling all that well, workout kind of sucked. Sickness was good for keeping hunger down at least. Will start actually logging workouts once I feel better, at stats class right now so will probably get starting pics uploaded and posted tomorrow or tomorrow night.

Wonder if Vaughn gained any weight over the weekend? With so many hot, beefy men around, he probably sweated a couple pounds of water weight off at least.

Also thinking about changing up my workout program for a month or so and trying something completely new, but not sure which direction to go.

Man, this place is lonely without Vaughn.

Mr. iForceNutrition, get in here and give me some guidance. I was going to start cycling E/C at the one month mark, now I have some TT-33 coming, trying to decide how to use them. Should I run them together, or go two weeks on E/C, two weeks TT-33, etc.? Any recommendations?

HAHA. I would only run the EC stack but that's just me. Im probably going to run it in the near future.

Weight: 186.0

Workout: Ed Coan Bench Program

BB Bench Press
175 x 10, 175 x 10

Decline CGBP
155 x 10, 155 x 10

BB Incline
145 x 10, 145 x 10

Notes: Finally mapped out what I want to do for this contest. Really like lifting heavy so going to run some power lifting programs which should keep volume reasonable in a caloric deficit and hopefully let me make some strength gains. Even going to throw in a couple spin classes per week, or at least try to. First week for bench program was pretty easy, but I think it is supposed to be. Didn't really struggle with the weight at all, even though I have rarely gone as high as 10 reps at all recently.

Dude, you wouldn't believe how "crappy" our zoo has gotten. Kind of crazy. I am quite the zoo expert because my kid loves it so we have a season pass and usually go 1-2 times per week in the summer.

It is a really nice zoo as far as facilities and space, really pretty amazing for a smaller city. However, they have so many problems with animals dying (baby monkey and a hippo recently) and I guess the overall conditions they keep the animals in behind the scenes, they were afraid it was going to get shut down completely. I'm not familiar with the ins and outs of the zoo industry, but I'm assuming somebody has the power to do that.

Found out I am fatter than I even expected after seeing those pics. Should be a good transformation.

Interesting. I have only been to a zoo a time or two and it was always pretty fun. Not one too close to here as far as I know.

Good luck with the transformation, color me subscribed.

Yeah, I decided wtf might as well give it a try. Hopefully I can pull something amazing out of it, we'll see.

Don't know where old Vaughn is. I know he is banned, wonder if he got with George to get any pictures taken.

Weight: 185.0

Workout:

45 minutes of spin class

Full-body depletion workout #1.

Notes: Weight this morning is important, first day of depetion so after this it will go way down for a few days. Won't really have an accurate idea of what happened over the week until next Monday when I can compare.

Was drenched in sweat after spin class, that stuff is killer.

Monday through Thursday, yes. It is basically getting your body to complete depletion. Then Friday I have a carb-up day where I'm consuming ~1000g of carbs and 5000+ calories total. I lift heavy on Saturday morning and then eat ~2100 calories on Saturday and Sunday.

At least that is the plan.

Weight: 182.4 (amazing what no carbs will do in a day, bye bye water and glycogen)

Notes: Nothing to report really, didn't hit the gym this morning but will be attending tomorrow morning for last depletion work before Friday. Will try to make some treadmill time later tonight, depends on what my kid is up to.
