Helloooooo there!
Currently training for my first figure competition: the Oregon Ironman in May. I read some info on the show and the figure girls are only doing 1 round/1 piece. What is the point of a 1 piece? I'm a little disappointed that there won't be a 2 piece round to show off the abs. Shed some light on this, if you have some. :)
Since receiving this information, I have been trying to find a reasonably priced 1 piece, but most of them are close to $500, and that is the least expensive I have seen. How in the hell? LOL. I was pretty stoked to not only wear a 2 piece, but also purchase one because I found several that I could afford.
I know I'm a complete whiner right now, but sure I'm not the only frustrated competitor out there.
Share your thoughts and let me know if you have a cool sight with inexpensive 1 piece suits.
Thanks all. :)

Hey there! Are you sure the Oregon Ironman isn't 1 round with 2 piece? Its NPC right? I believe most NPC shows have gone to 2 piece only (however I could be wrong on that). I have a flyer for that show and I don't see anywhere that talks about the requirements. There is a phone number listed: 503-376-6361 and an email: online@rksmithproductions.com. You might contact them and verify that it is one piece. If it is one piece only and its a big enough deal to you, you could always find another show. Theres one on May 10th in Bend OR that is a good show (I live in OR and am planning on doing this one).
Also, if youre looking for a reasonably priced suit you might check out jagware.com. They are about $85-90. You have to embellish it yourself though (which isn't hard). If you need help embellishing it shoot me a message and I'll let you know how to do it. Saves a lot of money if you do it yourself.
Good luck! :)

Cassie, you are awesome Thank you!
I had emailed the smiths a week ago and never heard back, but just went to the info link on the site for the show and noticed it has been changed to a 2-piece! They either caught the mistake, or I was dumb that day with low carbs! LOL. Either way, I'm happy about the 2 piece now.
Good luck to you for your May 10th show!!! Rock it girl!
