Obsessed or Dedicated?
BACKGROUND:
Hello all! I just want to thank everyone ahead of time for following my transformation from now thru June 26th. I first got into lifting my junior year of highschool, but like most of everyone who first starts out, I tried lifting the maximum amount of weight reguardless of form. But, 5 years later, I have grown physically and mentally! I am still all about the weight, but I leave my ego at the door! Body fat will be tested right before contest is started and when finished.
PLAN:
Started cutting on 1/04/10 at 218 lbs
Contest starts March 7th
Continue cutting until March 18th
Start bulk March 19th
End bulk on May 20th
Start cutting on May 21st
End cut on June 26th
Contest ends June 26th
STATS:
Height: 6'0
Weight: 205
Body Fat: i dunno lol

GOALS:
Finish contest with a weight of 200lbs

Have a RAW total of 1,000
LIFTING GOALS:
CURRENT:
Bench - 255
Deadlift - 325
Squat - 295
GOAL:
Bench - 300
Deadlift - 385
Squat - 365
DIET:
Calorie intake is roughly 2200 - 2400
High Protein
Low-Moderate Carbohydrates
Low Fat
I will up my calories to about 2700 - 3000 when I am on H-Drol and keep them high until PCT is finished. Then I will drop them back down for my final 5 week cut.
