So My aim right now is to lose the fat over my thighs,butt and lower belly,I'm mostly muscle underneath the layer of unfortunate fat,due to previous years of weight training (my mom was a nut) and sports,I'm trying to figure out what would be the best protein shake for me to burn the fat with as little carbs as possible and still get everything i need out of it.Help with the best thigh-fat-burning exercises would be awesome too.suggestions? advice? i'm all ears.
