What's up guys and gals? In the next 90 days I will be updating this thread with my progress on the P90X program. I am looking to use this thread as a way to stay motivated as well as keep track of my progress.
Goals
- Lower BF%
- Tone up for the Summer
- Improve my stamina for Muay-Tai Kickboxing/BJJ, mini-marathon during the Summer
Stats
Age: 23
Height: 5'10
Weight: 171 lbs.***
BF%: N/A
***the only scale I have is +/- 5 lbs. off, I will be getting a new one but just for consistency I will be using my current one for the 90 day period.
Background
I am a active person, I play sports and a month ago I started doing some mma training with some friends. I train 3-4 times a week for 2-4 hours depending on the day. I want to use P90X as a supplement to that training to help get me in better physical shape. The training consists of boxing, kickboxing with some muay thai elements and ju-jitsu.
Also 2x's a week I will be going to the gym to Squat, Deadlift, and Bench Press to maintain some current strength, the little bit that I do have lol.
Future Plans
After completing the program I want to maintain myself through the Summer and start a fall/winter bulk to put on mass.
I am going to do my best to keep this journal updated, I hope some of you guys can help keep me motivated because I know to stick with any program it takes dedication.
