Here we go!! I am so nervous and excited at the same time. I can not wait to go to the gym tonight. This is my first time ever doing a journal so it will be an informal one ;)

5:30AM I woke up this morning and did something I have not done in a very long time.
RUN! Man it sucked, but after it was all said and done I felt better. I have a lot of body fat to lose so I am going to be doing some form of cardio everyday. Total time 30mins

I will be hitting the weights this evening and after I leave the gym, I go home, take a shower, and hit the rack. So my workout log for Monday will be done on Tuesday morning Hawaii time.

Keep pushing everyone cause I know I am!! God Bless, Sein

Last night was my first night back in the gym after about a week in a half off. I did not feel that mind and body connection that I normally have, but I have been out of the grove for a minute too. I really felt the NO Beta swelling my quads, hams, and calves up nice. As a matter of fact, when I got home last night I almost pulled out the tape measure to see if my eyes were playing tricks on me,lol. My mental level just was not there though.
CreaDyl, I really feel the only reason I did the weight that I did was because I was taking CreaDyl. It allowed me to do all my reps and finish my workout because I really did not feel like it. I am looking forward to my strength gain in this 10 week period. Stay tuned because this is only the beginning!

I had a very ruff time getting up this morning. My alarm clock went off at 5:00am and I hit the snooze until 6:00am. I went for a nice hard 20minute run. Keeping my heart rate above 165bpm. Real good run. I felt great afterwards.

At about 7:00pm I started my workout. Today I felt great, I really wanted to be in the gym today and I definitely had that mind and body connection.

Alternating Hammer Curls

80lbsX6

Workout Review- I felt so good during this workout I almost broke my back doing deadlifts :) When I did the first set of 405lbs it felt good, but it also felt like it was not heavy enough. So, I put 475lbs on the bar and that was too much. After trying to do that I was a little spent and could only do 3 reps of 405lbs.

On my dumbbell exercises, I never used my wrist straps before and I was having a hard time hanging onto the weight. On the last set of hammer curls I used them and pounded out 6 reps pretty easily, I could have went up. Next week I will. After the workout I felt great, like I just did a warm up and now it was time to play football, basketball, wrestling, or something. I was still real fired up. The No Beta and CreaDyl are simply amazing!!

Here is the real kicker, after I got home for the night I take off my shirt and start to look at myself a little. In my head, I say, "It looks like I'm changing already". No way, can't be, this is only day two. When I walk upstairs, my wife had all the lights on because she was reading. She starts looking at me with this strang look on her face, and I ask, WHAT! She said it looks like your body is starting to change already. I was like wow!!! It's not just me this is great, if Wed was not my off day I would kill it for real.

I still have a long way to go but when you start to notice things only on your second day it keeps the mojo HIGH! So, keep pushing my brothers and sisters and make it count...

I am finding it easier to wake up in the mornings. I don't feel slugish and I am fully refreashed ready to start the run. Nice hard short run only 20mins but real good pace. It always hurt during the run but after I feel great.

I had a outstanding level of energy the whole day and going into my night workout.
Here is how it looked. Shoulders, Traps, and Abs:

Dumbbell Shoulder Press
35lbsX10
45lbsX10
65lbsX8
85lbsX5
95lbsX5
95lbsX6

Dumbbell Seated Bent Over Lateral Raise
35lbsX6
40lbsX6

Dumbbell Bent Over Lateral Raise
85lbsX6
95lbsX4 (form was not right)
80lbsX5

Lateral Dumbbell Raises
55lbsX6
60lbsX6

Smith Machine Shoulder Shugs
495lbsX4
495lbsX4
455lbsX6

Leg Lifts with 20lbs Dumbbell
until failure
X12
X9

Ab Cable Crunch
75lbsX30
95lbsX20
135lbsX20

After the workout, again I felt great! I felt like I could do the workout all over again. I was not exhausted or even a little tired. My muscles were not even tired. I think I am going to have to increase something so I can take advantage of how well the Double-T products work. It is just nuts.

Went to the gym today and hurt myself pretty bad. I have to make a appointment with a doc to see whats wrong with my arm. I don't know what I did, but right between the bottom of my bicep and the top of my forearm I had a extremely sharp pain while I was on bench press. I tried to suck it up but it started to hurt more, so I was done for the night.
This is all I did

Barbell Bench Press

185lbsX10
245lbsX5
315lbsX5

345lbsX0 Killed it!

I was so excited tonight because I felt so good. I knew I was going to have a good hard workout, and now I might have to take sometime off. I will just do cardio like nobody's business.

Doc said I had a strained bicep and I needed to take time off. I asked him how long and he said as long as it takes to heal. So, week 2 I took off from lifting because the pain was bad.
This is the first day of week 3. I am going to the gym this evening and see how it feels. The Doc also told me I can speed up recovery by icing it.

Tonight I will be training legs so I hope all goes well. I have still been taking my CreaDyl and NoBeta regularly. Since I have been doing cardio only it has worked out well. I have lost almost 10lbs so far!
I will update on how the workout went in the morning, Hawaiian time :)

When I got off of work at 7:00pm I did not want to go to the gym. I got home around 7:20 ate and went back and forth in my head. Go, don't go, go, don't want to go. HAD TO GO!!
Man, am I glad I did. Once I got to the gym I felt good, like it's good to be back. I started getting into the squats and felt solid. Could start to feel the pump after the first two sets. When I started to throw the weight on there it just felt better, but it was my first day back so I tried not to do to much :) I never thought I would come back after a week off and feel so good, it was really amazing. The best part is that, I have never done parallel squats with 405lbs but I just felt so good I had to try it. So it is a new personal record for me. A great way to start the week off!

So, when I got home from work, at about 6:00pm, I thought I was going to change and go to the gym. I did end up changing, my plans not my clothes. My wife and I talked for hours to my friends wife about everything they are going thourgh. I will end up doing Back and Bi's on Friday and Chest and Tri's on Saturday. A little postponement but we had to help out a friend.

This workout I did not feel as motivated at the beginning. When I was doing my squat, in my head, I was saying I probably can't do as much weight as I normally do because I am not taking in as much calories as I normally do. When I was making great gains in strength I was taking in around 3900 to 4000 calories a day. Now, because I have a LOT of fat to lose I am taking in about 1200 to 1400 a day. I listed a link above with a sample of my diet for Monday the 15th. When you reduce your calories like that you normally can't workout with that same kind of weight because you just don't have the energy, at least that is what I thought! I am still setting personal records. I have been taking in 1200 to 1400 calories for about 10 days now. CreaDyl and NoBeta wow. What was weird was, normally my mind has to tell my body to keep going harder but this time my body was saying you can do more and I did. I know I could have went up on the leg press too but I was being lazy. Next Monday I will for sure!

My updates are always a day behind because I workout in the evening and when I get home I just take a shower and go to bed. Also because I live in Hawaii I am behind everybody else time wise. Sorry about that....

After the challenge, I want to get bigger and stronger! When I started this challenge I was a little over 30% bmi so this whole 10 weeks I have to just cut weight. I am still seeing some gains in areas but once this is over I will be at a good bmi level and I am going to put on some REAL size :) I want to be able to workout with 405lbs on bench, deadlift 500, and parallel squat over 500. I really looking forward to it!!! What about you? What are some goals you have?

Recovery is great, for the numbers I do, I do not experience any sorness at all. Sometimes the next day a body part might be a little stiff but that is about it. As far as my diet, I made a lot of changes. I took simply's advise and added a extra meal in there but it is a small one. As most people can see in my photos I do have some muscle but I have a lot of fat hidding it away. So, I have been focused on my fat lose to reveal the muscle that is underneath. My calorie intake in very low right now (about 1200 a day) and I am still able to due these heavy lifts as a result of the No Beta Creadyl combo.

I'm looking forward to the end result of the contest but I am really looking forward to the gains in strengh and size that I will get from the combo once my body fat is in check.

That's sick bro. Strongest muscle building combo ever is saying A LOT! Stick with Double-T and you WILL NOT be disappointed. Everybody's favorite part is the bulking lol. Everything is going great with the NoBeta & CreaDyl. I was taking 1 scoop of CreaDyl twice a day for the first two weeks and then I slowed down to 1 scoop once a day. I am going to kick it back up for the last few weeks. As far as the No Beta, I take 4 in the morning and 7 pre workout. I dont know what is the max you can take a day for the No Beta so I might just stay there.

No not at all. I some times think I just have too much fat to lose. I have lost over 20lbs so far but I need to lose about 25 to 30 more :)

I entered a 12 week contest a little over a year ago and I had a LOT of weight to lose. I wasn't completely "transformed" after that first contest, but it gave me the push I needed to get going and make a lot of lifestyle changes. 10 weeks isn't a long time when you have big goals, but you've definitely made some significant progress. I think when your 10 weeks is up you should enter the 16 week contest. If you keep lifting and running the way you have been and be smart about the diet I think you could be a definite contender in that one. This is just my opinion! And I'll tell you from experience that the maintenance process is MUCH less difficult than the transformation process!!!

I use the calve raise machine with the pads that go over your shoulders. It only goes up to 290lbs but you can add plates on it. I put 5 plates on each side plus the 290 from the machine.

HAHAHA, every time you post you always get a smile out of me, Thanks!! As far as powerlifting, I have thought about it, but I think I am too beat up. After every set of the calve raises, when I would take a step, my knee was poping. Like I was cracking my knuckles or something. It did not hurt but felt really weird, I started to favor that leg when I was walking. I will find out how bad it really is when I do Legs on Thursday.

most open pl meets range 205-232 for heavyweight and as experience shows with weight loss it's hard to keep those max pr #'s on lifts so you should look into it sooner than later if it's something you're really considering.

This was suppose to be my finial week but I started looking at the rules and it said the contest ends on the 19th of April. So I guess I am out, IDK.
