This completes my first 4 weeks in the contest!
Now I'd like to write a little summary of my experience using CreaDyl and NO BETA
For the first 4 weeks during the contest I was using 1 scoop of CreaDyl everyday along with 3 pills of NO Beta a couple times daily. All I can say is WOW. My workouts were absolutely insane and I managed to LOSE FAT while BUILDING LEAN MUSCLE MASS, which is incredible. I'd say I lost 8-10 pounds of fat and gained 4-5 pounds of muscle during my cutting phase.
For the next 6 weeks I will be using both these supplements to try and gain as much lean muscle as possible. I'm going to be upping my dosage of Creadyl to 2 scoops everyday and NO beta to 5 pills. (this stuff is potent for sure). My goal is about a pound or two of lean muscle mass a week although we will see what happens. I will be eating super lean and lots of protein! As well as upping the protein and calories I will be also adding extra sets to really work my muscles hard!
Please feel free to check out my 4 week progress pics out on my bodyspace as I'm currently having trouble uploading them to this thread. Stay tuned as I will probably be posting pictures every week to show my progress.
THANKS DOUBLE-T SPORTS!

No I've recently changed it to a higher calorie lean bulking diet. Probably do this until the end of the competition as I hope to not gain much fat.
It does change from day to day because I go out and get food on the road sometimes. But if I have something to eat it ALLWAYS has like 8 ounces of meat in it at the very least and usually 500-600 calories total (just like my other meals)
Meal 1: 2 scoop protein shake
Meal 2: 5 eggs w/ cheese,Canadian bacon, bacon, oatmeal
Meal 3: 2 Hamburgers w/ cheese on wheat roll
Meal 4: Muscle Milk Protein shake in milk
Meal 5: Protein bar or some type of high protein sandwich
Meal 6: 2 scoop casein protein shake in milk
Again, my diet does change day to day but I always shoot for 500-600 calories and 50 grams of protein (when bulking). Changing it often is very helpful in keeping me interested in it.

Make sure you're not neglecting your green leafy veggies. They'll help you digest and maximize the most out of all that protein you're taking in as well as help you keep the bulk clean. Broccoli, Kale, Spinach, Asparagus, etc are definitely your friends.

Truth is spoken. V8 man, make it your friend lol. If you don't like or feel like eating veggies AT LEAST drink some of that stuff. There are many other Super Food, or Maximum Greens products on the market you might want to look into. Antioxidents, fiber, flax, immune, digestion, and DIGESTIVE ENZYME support. You need it.

How much fat are you taking in on this diet? It seems a little high to me if you're using whole eggs, bacon, hamburgers and protein bars. You may want to keep track and calculate the actual numbers just to make sure you don't overshoot what you're aiming for. Good luck!

I know I should be eating more greens, but I've always hated them especially when they fill me up and I can barely get down what's needed to gain weight. But I do eat them more often than it would seem. When I go out for lunch, dinner etc. I always eat my veggies with the meal.

I use a lot of Canadian bacon (no fat) and defiantly add in egg whites I should have been more clear. I'm not sure exactly how much fat I'm getting in a day, but pretty lean gains so far!

You could always pick up a greens supp or go the route of blending them (don't juice them as you'll lose out on all the fiber), but I feel where you're coming from. I get sick of eating pounds of spinach when I'm bulking.

I get plenty of fiber so I'm not worried about that, a lot of the protein shakes I take in have fiber in them. What do extra vegetables help do for you? Do you have a greens supplements you would recommend, and what benefits will it have for overall health and bodybuilding?

NOW! Green Phytofoods is a pretty good one that I use to take.
The reason for the veggies is that they break down your large meals better, help you digest your protein more efficiently, along with giving your body a concentration of nutrients that it is more readily responsive towards as opposed to a multi vit which will turn your urine a nice neon color because most of it is coming right back out.
In the long run it'll definitely give you better overall health, well being, and is beneficial at supporting the immune system. Sure how much it actually helps is not something that can be proven, but as a general rule of thumb, it's something that can pretty much only benefit you.

If you really hate veggies you could try just adding some romaine lettuce and tomato slices to your burgers/sandwich... it's not perfect, but it would certainly be better than no veggies at all... you could benefit from some of the vitamins/minerals without taking up too much room in your stomach!

I use a keto style diet a fair bit and it suggests not to have veggies - so normally what I will do is make sure Iam having plenty of vitamins/minerals + a greens supplement (there are plenty of out) and I have found that it really helps - as soon as I don't take them for awhile I feel like Iam getting sick and very sluggish.
And normally in my carb up days (once a week/maybe twice) i will add veggies to my rice etc.

Good workouts, but just a little confused by that.
I find that my legs never feel warmed up unless I do the isolation exercises on them first. And then I just get absolutely reckless with my squatting at the end. I also feel like I'm going to puke the whole workout if I do squats first. (even though I eat a good hour and a half before lifting). I'm making good progress on my legs but of course I will switch it up in the future and see if that works too!

Start Date: Wednesday February 17th 2010
10 weeks from now, I am going to be transformed thanks to Double-T Sports!
I will be posting my diet, workouts, and supplement usage in this log.
Im going to be doing a combination of cutting and bulking over the next 10 weeks, I'm hoping the Double-T products will help me gain lean body mass while supporting me trim a bit of fat off.
Supplements I will be taking:
NO-Beta
Crea Dyl
Multi-vitamin
BCAA's
Whey and Casein protein powders
-------------
buy shoes go www cheapmaket com
I will be taking the NO-Beta in the morning and during the day and taking the Crea-Dyl pre workout
foot 10
185 lbs
Body fat: 18%
Arm size: 15 inches
so more

My final review of Double-T sport's CreaDyl and NO Beta:
My stats BEFORE the competition
5 foot 10
185 lbs
Body fat: 18%
Arm size: 15 inches
AFTER 10 weeks
5 foot 10
199 lbs
Body fat: 10%
Arm size: 16.75 inches! Believe it or not it HAPPENED!
I also gained 40+ pounds on my Bench, Squat and Deadlift!
So after gaining 15 pounds, dropping bodyfat and gaining 1.75 inches in my arms all I can say is........................... WOW
Great products! Both gave me insane energy in the gym so I could put hard work in that paid off with dividends! The NO Beta is a great nitric oxide stimulator. You can see from my pics I was getting BIG veins in my biceps, that I've never had previously. Crea-Dyl seemed to give me a huge pump after just 1 or 2 sets which is great because I knew I was hitting my muscles hard. My gains in muscle mass have been like never before so even after this competition I will continue to take Double T's products. I'm looking into trying some of there other new products such as Glutacene and see how that goes. Personally I would recommend Crea-Dyl and NO Beta to anyone but especially to guys newer in the gym because I think they will benefit the most.
Big thanks to my Dad who helped me purchase the products so I could enter the contest. Also thanks to my girlfriend Sarah Walle for taking the pictures and helping me stay motivated on doing the best I possibly could. Oh and Matt my training partner!
