what im basically asking is i seen that some pple take lx with another product is it more affective withh using another product

LX is good on it's own. I'd hold off on stacking it unless you've used it before so you can guage your results from the product alone. Just make sure your diet is on par as with any cutting agent.

One in the morning, one four hours later, one late in the day/night - three total

That's the recommended dosage I see everyone using, it works :)

I believe coritsol levels are highest in the morning, which explains this strategy.
