Today is the day I begin my ten week challenge, I look forward to where this takes me. This morning I began using NO Beta and have not experienced anything just yet using the 3 pill dosage. Will up dosage to 4 tomorrow since it is workout day and see what happens!

Do you have Creadyl? If not, I highly suggest that you get some. The NO-Beta/Creadyl Pre-wo combo is very effective!

I felt a little extra kick in today's workout but that's with just 4 pill dosage. Might try 5 next time or will that be too soon? Having some problems with recovery so my workout wasn't to its full extent today.

Ok so I ordered my CreaDyl like at 2:30 AM today and it shipped today meaning it will be here today or tomorrow! Either way I'll be able to use it for my workout, can't wait to see how this stack works.

Ok still not feeling any "pumps" but then again I'm not too shure what they are. What I have noticed is that I've felt airy. I've started to burp a lot but its just air that I'm burping if that makes any sense.

A little bit about myself. I was never active in any type of physical activity in my life. I played some basketball when I was around 11 years old but that was about it. I would go for walks and whatnot but it wasn't till I started hitting weights a shift towards a positive life began. BB.com is what completed my transition to a healthy lifestyle, it would be wrong to not join in its competitions! I have never bulked so far so I've just had some newbie gains since I've been on a long cut, and just for this competition I'm bringing out my iron willpower. Today I took 5 NO Beta and added a banana along with my shake for energy. I was outside from 1PM till about 3PM~ish. Most of the time was spent looking over Starting Strength and trying to learn proper technique. I did get my workout in but man was I beat. Was hoping my CreaDyl would be here today but wont' be till tomorrow, at least it should be here in time for Friday's workout. Added more cals today putting total at about 2,700 (Higher than I was looking for but its all good) hope that helps with recovery.

1. Use Creadyl Pre-workout, and the creatine mono post-wo.
2. Yes, it is ok, but the effects will be diminished somewhat (you won't get the same Beta-Alanine tingles or the Niacin flush). Take the protein shake about an hour before your workout and then take NO-Beta 15 minutes pre-wo, and begin drinking Creadyl pre-wo (and continue sipping into your workout if you prefer).
3. That is perfectly fine!

Good luck with the challenge.
Stack NO-Beta with CreaDyl and give it 2 weeks to fully kick in. Then harvest profits. This combo got me through some mentally and physically tough moments in the gym.
You should check out and try the DoubleT series of workouts, that is if you feel masochistic.

Most def feeling the stack working, can't wait to see where I am in two weeks! Workout took about 50 minutes, went inside took my PWO supps and then went for some cardio. Not sure if that was a good idea as I felt I was going to vomit afterwards but I was ok. Cardio consisted of walking at a fast pace, read that that counts as LISS? I'm not sure really. When I job on the road I can feel it in my legs and doesn't feel too good. I felt the same feeling in my legs today when I did my fast walking but it wasn't as bad and I could just ignore it. Cardio lasted 30 minutes. I probably won't be taking a Pre Workout shake because I don't think I need it with this stack and that way I can be sure to have an empty stomach. My only complaint is that 16 oz is a lot of fluid to "sip on" in my opinion, is it possible to use less with the CreaDyl?

Nice workout! Glad you're liking the stack! You need to get some Glutacene when you have the money! Strawberry is my favorite. Best-tasting supplement that I've ever had!
As far as your cardio is concerned, how fast are you walking. LISS training should not be causing the same pain as jogging...maybe slow down a bit. I do LISS and have the speed of the treadmill set at 3.5 mph.
16 oz is not a lot to sip on throughout an entire workout imo. If you are having issues, then drink half of it before you workout, and then sip on the rest intra-wo. I wouldn't reduce the amt of water, because it won't mix very well.

Oh, one more thing I forgot was I gotta work on my time management. I was almost late for work because of my workout, is working out on an empty stomach alright?
It may be because I drank a shake around an hour pre workout and half a bottle with the NO. I ate around two hours before I did my workout, would that have something to do with it? I'm not sure how fast I was walking but it was like 2 1/2 steps per second. It hurt some but I can live with that if its helping, much better than jogging where I only lasted like 10 minutes... lol. Yes the CreaDyl tastes real sweet kinda like kool aid with a tangy kick. I appreciate your input and will check this thread tomorrow, for now got to rest up, I want to do some grilling tomorrow!

I personally take creadyl AND no-beta on my off days, but that's just because I'm a big balla'!!! Haha. It is not really necessary to take either on your off days, but I would at least take a scoop of Creadyl every day, including off days.
Why are your calories so low, man? You are gonna waste away!

Not really sure, its working for me though as long as I don't skip meals. Today I had an almost 1k calorie meal of lean meats and complex carbs (grilling) so I fasted the whole night, probably not a good idea. Stupid sites telling me my BMR is 2,136. I'm not feeling hungry or loss of strength. I try to up my intake on workout days because it seems to help with recovery. And yeah I'm taking the Dyl on off days.

Another boring day. I hate off days =\ Wish I could lift everyday to be honest. Its the beginning of the second week and I have set some goals. Same exercise as yesterday.
1)Get to under 190s, while fat loss was my main focus a number around that is fine.
2)Raise my numbers, want to seriously attempt to increase all my lifts.
3)Try for newbie gains.
4)Eliminate cheat meals to at the most 2 for the month of March, aiming for 0 really.
5)Work on Cardio

I am considering joining a gym, thing that sucks is that there isn't a "hardcore" gym around here just the family type. YMCA is the only one that has barbells and etc I believe but I am going to try to take tours of two potential gyms. I have a Gold's Gym Olympic I purchased from wal mart and its working fine for now but I need to buy some more plates, also the weather is a bish. The cold doesn't stop me but if it is raining hard I have to go inside.

Power Cleans suck. Will update later. I think my only problem is that I don't have that explosive power. I can do them fine with just the bar, when I add weight my pull isn't sufficient. If you've read my background you saw I have never lifted before or worked on strength/gains so I am thinking the bar will probably be enough for now... sad to say.

Not going to let the weak cleans stop me, going to work with lighter weight and move slowly progress. Gotta start from somewhere, positive mentality helps get me through! Other than the cleans my workout went great, I didn't notice the niacin flush from the NO today, not sure why. Had 1 cup oatmeal this morning around 11, took my EC Stack/NO Beta/CreaDyl @ 1:40 and began my workout @ 2:00. I don't feel exhausted but do feel the muscles from the workout, noticing increase in flexibility as well. Also deciding to increase calories to 2,000-2,100. I've been losing ~3lbs per week and would rather have that steady 1-2 pound loss and extra calories to fuel the body.
Think I took too much NO? Had 3 in morning, 5 preworkout w/ creadyl and then another scoop of creadyl around 6pm. Been feeling bloated all night. I will also be dropping my EC stack, I would rather not be taking so many supplements and I am finding it hard to eat enough food.

Off day today. I managed to get enough money to restock on some more Whey, trying ON's Mocha Frapp flavor. I love cofee and chocolate as far as drinks go and can't wait to get it. Running low on casein also but will get later, and lucky me I get a free sample of the peanut butter chocolate casein that I was gonna try anyway + a free ON shaker! Oh I should also mention that I ordered some GlutaCene!!! Really can't wait to start with that. Here is today's diet. Hopefully it won't rain tomorrow.

I just wanted to offer some help to a question you had a few days ago... you asked if it was ok to workout on an empty stomach... Perfectly ok! I usually wait about an hour for my food to digest, then take the NoBetas, then 10-15 minutes later start sipping Creadyl then about 5 minutes later start my warm up. That works out perfect for me. By the time I'm done with my workout it's time for me to eat again. Just thought I'd throw that out there if you want to try it out.

I've been starting about 2-4 hours after eating since I'm not sure what is classified as an "empty stomach",leaving me super hungry after workouts. Been fine so far except for time, thanks for the tip.

Yeah I wouldn't wait that long... I don't think you'll have any problems with waiting a couple hours after eating but you should be eating every 3 hours (I eat every 2.5 hours) so that you're getting 5 or 6 meals a day. The only major side effect I could see from waiting 2 hours is lack of energy. When I hit the 2 hour mark, my stomach starts growling for more food and I need to eat in the next half hour to hour or my energy will drop... and therefore a drop in the workout energy.

Better today. Got my GlutaCene, I have to say its not my favorite Double-T Supp as it tastes strange. Maybe it will grow on me, or so I hope. Planning on buying more weight plates to move up since I don't have the right ones to make the incremental increases, oh and I got the power clean. Only ate about 1k Cals during the day and had a feast tonight, should probably stop this and get back on track. Managed to remain in deficit however. Was kind of sore from yesterday because I did a little manual labor but the stack got me through.

Which flavor do you have of Glutacene? That is strange that you think it tastes strange as most of the reviews have been giving it stellar ratings for taste (mine included).

I have strawberry. I mixed it with my CreaDyl/G2 mix since I didn't see a need to take more liquids. Its similar to CreaDyl in taste (I don't mind it, pretty good as far as supps go) but the solubility is my problem.

Leucine does not dissolve good at all. This is the case with all BCAA supplements. If you shake it up, let it sit for a bit, and then shake again, it should be better.

No. That is just a little leucine residue. Add some water, shake it up, and finish that stuff off!

Today is an off day again. Went walking/jogging today with another day of HIIT, took CreaDyl before I went out. Currently sipping on the GlutaCene, tastes way better with just water! Probably going to have to order a lot of this during the challenge since I have to take 4 scoops. Taking calories back to how they were when I started, was working fine then and I slipped a bit on newer intake. Planned today's meals so no problem there. Out for now peoples. Also, can't get the foam out of my bottle when I shake the GlutaCene!

So this is a post for yesterday. I felt like I could have done a lot more for some reason, feel like I can increase the weight on these lifts as I felt stronger, just didn't have plates to increase with. Shouldn't be a problem soon.
So I felt like Hulk today, maybe because I upped dose? I now love the GlutaCene, as I said It would grow on me. I started putting my four scoops in a water bottle and its a lot easier, I make sure to get every last spec since it tastes so good!

Ok guys I would like some advice. I have about ~$120 I can spend. I was thinking of getting two 45lb plates for now and maybe buy some more later on. I also need to get some food (mostly canned stuff ie tuna, veggies), would it be best to wait on buying plates or what? Would like some opinions before I go spending, and I checked Amazon.com and Ebay, both are equal if not more expensive than Wal-Mart. I have about 200lbs of standard weights and two standard bars also.

Number of day seems off... oh well. So yesterday's post is here. I kind of ate too much, won't go into details but maybe 500 above maint. Workout today was alright. Took two scoops of CreaDyl and felt like dynamite but couldn't squat for some reason. Seemed that HIIT yesterday hurt my legs? Between my knee and foot on the backside of both legs, more in the left than the right. I could do warmup sets but no more after that. Went for like an hour walk though after finishing the press and cleans. Effing up diet stops today, I looked in the mirror and saw how flat my chest is gettng, made me extremely happy and makes me want to try harder! Lol, don't know if I wanna cry from happiness or if its just allergies. Will update with workout later on and stuff. Also if anybody has any advice about above post ^^^^ thanks in advance!

Skipped cardio, was raining outside all day. Diet was ok so not a big deal.

I had some enchilada sauce to spice up my last meal, used around a cup and it is 30 calories per 1/4 cup, I didn't add that into but I say about 120 total mostly carbs? Skipped casein shake wasn't hungry.

Need more weight! So I got a camera and was able to record my squats, was finally able to fix my form (thought I had it down) but I think I spent too much time doing that and wasn't able to do my usual. Finished with lighter weight to get through it. No cardio today also. Oh and I have week 2 pics up

Wooow. I have not noticed but it is already week 4 of the challenge! Am I supposed to take the pictures at the end of the week? Anyways here is a quick summary. Weekend went good except Monday was feeling very sick. Must have been something i ate over the weekend. Family had a cookout Sunday and I kind of went crazy with it. Took yesterday off and will be hitting the cardio extra hard today!

Haven't logged in a while. Haven't been up to much, was a little sick monday so no workout. Wednesday back strong again, still need more weights. Started a new diet as well. Going to PSMF these last few weeks. I've gone and done all my research.

Ok so I have not been keeping up in my log. Life events came up. To sum it up we had to move and needed money. Things are alright now and I'm back on track. So I'd been on PSMF until this week and then I found Insanity. Thought this would be the perfect thing to get me IN shape, I've had poor cardio health as long as I've known. No way I can do this while PSMFing so my plan is 1800~2000 calories still on Rippetoes and going to do Insanity full 60 days, which will extend past this challenge but no worries.

I actually feel like this is work now that I started Insanity, again I didn't know I could sweat this much. Still don't have any more plates, money is pretty tight and 45s cost $40 each so yeah. Got my car running so might be joining the YMCA soon. Going to do trial of the gyms first, don't want to be like the "Roid Rage" guy @ Planet Fitness.

Ok so I know it was late but I just uploaded my pictures. They were dated and all. If that puts me out its ok because I still made my progress no matter the outcome of this challenge.
Review
Overall I experienced a surplus of strength and energy when stacking Creadyl and NO Beta. I was able to find the strength to push through to the last rep and to keep trying to do better. Maybe its because I'm still a novice but I didn't exactly feel to many "pumps" from any of the products but the energy was there, sure enough. I'm not sure why but the tingles I got from CreaDyl wore off after the first week of use, energy boost remained though. CreaDyl is the first ever pre workout supp I've ever used but I have nothing but positive feelings towards it.
Finally I would like to thank Double-T Sports for giving me an opportunity to join this challenge and for bringing me closer to where I want to be. I was a little off track but this challenge gave me the kick in the rear end I needed. Although this was a competition everyone was very friendly, offering advice here and there, basically everywhere. I met some pretty cool people I probably wouldn't have met otherwise because of this challenge as well. To close this up if in the near future(1+years from now?) there is another challenge I would love to participate.
