I recently switched from buying ground flax to grinding my own whole at home....but here's the question...Ive been incorporating 2 tbsp of ground in my oatmeal and one tbsp in my protein shake....one tbsp of whole flax grind out to 3 tbsp of ground....since Ive been following a program from a nutritionist ( and she recently left my gym so I cant ask her...great..) I'm not sure if I should be using all of the ground from the whole or measure out from the ground?

oohh also Im in need of a new pre workout drink...been using superpump since sept and have had great results but want to change it up a little...
