I've been in keto, but i cracked today and ate a meal with 50grams or so of carbs, what should i do from here? or should i just consider it like a carb-refuel and continue on with the diet? thanks

well it may very well knock you out of Ketosis. But either way the damage has been done. Just go about your usual routine and get back into it. There really isn't a whole lot you could do now that you've already eaten it...

50 grams is hardly damage. 150 grams is damage and even that isn't really. Just workout and deplete using those carbs you consumed as energy.

The whole point is not to allow carbs to store as fat but carbs are still an energy source, so if you consumed more than you want to, workout and use it as energy.

Simple solution. Nothing to stress about.

With carbs its all about timing.
