For a cut is:
superpump 250 & Lipo-6 Black.untill about a month out
then mitotropin for the 30 days & plasma jet.

would this be okay?
if not... what is the best supps to take in build up to my comp, bearing in mind diet and training are up to standards.

Is it okay? Probably. But then again I have never taken any of those fat burners and don't know what's in them.

The thing that scares me about questions like this is that people tend to put too much of an emphasis on supplements. If your diet and training are really up to standards then I wouldn't waste your money on a lot of products. Fat burners can come in useful towards then end of preps when your energy level are low. If I were to suggest supplements it would just be the staples...a good multi, some BCAAs, creatine, whey and EFAs.

Thats about too much caffeine for your nervous system....replace the sp250 with plain ol creatine.

Best supps leading to a comp..High fibre foods , cardio

x2...yeah I wouldn't want to be on that much caffeine for an extended period of time.

Have you picked a date for the competition?
How many weeks are you going to diet?

diet is going really good, date is july 25th. im thinking 14-12weeks depending on what i'm looking like.

i was around 1.5-2 g of caffeine my last prep and had no problems. i'm very stim tolerant, even though i never use them. Not advising it or saying it's safe though, but if you're really goin hard those last 6 weeks are hell, and sometimes you need a little something extra.
