What can be done? The search function seemed fruitless.

Had it a couple of years ago and it went away. This time around it has been with me for at least 8 weeks+. It isn't getting worse but it makes chest/tri day harder.

Should I see a doctor and try some physical therapy or something? The feeling I get is that its pinched at the elbow/tricep rather than forearm or back.

Advice of any sort welcome.

if this is a longstanding injury, a good sports orthopedist and an effective physical therapist will be helpful. You can also check with a PM&R (aka physiatrist).

if it's nerve damage, it can be permanent or take a long time to heal. training will help, but look into massage, hot/cold, acupuncture, etc to try to find relief.

how did you damage your ulna nerve..?

I think you need to see a specialist though..

I have an ulna nerve problem but it was fixed through massage (basically putting as little pressure on the nerve from the neck down to the elbow). My case might be different though
