Hullo...
Long story short - a high IQ relative of mine ( :D ) let go of one of those aluminum poles that tow you uphill on a ski lift and it shot right into my forehead!!!
It caused a huge bump, the size of an egg, which I "treated" with snow for two hours of skiing (couldn't leave). After a while in the warm, some of the pure white fluid poured out (a drop or two, the skin was slightly scratched too), but nothing more. Now, cca a day and plenty of ice later, the thing kind of evened out (the whole half of my forehead is slightly swollen, but not as much), and I'm hoping my colleagues won't runscreaming out of the office tomorrow morning... :D
I did rowing HIIT today and had no problems, it doesn't hurt but running causes a weird feeling, as well as bending down (eg to pick something up).
Should I do gym or give it a rest for a few days? I do very intensive training (supersets, 30-60s rest between sets, FBW)....?
