I am shooting for the top of the light heavies in Dayton. Right now I go back and forth between 190 and 193. So I am sure I will end up at the bottom of the heavies at the Buckeye, hopefully the best conditioned heavy up there....

I have no idea when I will compete again. I might get a wild hair during the summer and end up doing some fall shows but highly doubt it. For my next show ima pick my bro-in-law's(Justin Draper) brain for an actual program to follow. I have never actually counted any kind of macros off season or during prep for that matter, just kinda eat better. I want to do it right one of these times.
See everyone in Dayton.

I have been sticking under 188 pretty consistently. I should be good to go as long as nothing crazy happens between now and then.

Word on the street is that R.D. Caldwell won the Men's Overall and WNBF Rookie Pro Card. I didn't get the name of the Figure Overall winner. I'm told it was a very competitive show. Again natural bodybuilding continues to grow!

Yea, RD brought a great overall package. I posed my a$$ off against him in the overall. Couldn't quite bring it home again. Time to actually have a productive offseason and bring it even harder next year.
Sorry to hear about your grandma. Hope the family is doing well. We will have to catch a workout one o these days now that I'm out of prep mode.
