I'm not sure about the freezing, I usually just put them in the refidgerator.
On the herbs, I mostly use seasoning powder. Hope this helps

I freeze my chicken raw and just cook for 2 days at a time \ keep it in the fridge.
Rice I make every sunday with a 1 week supply and just keep it in the fridge. Broccoli and veggies i buy the costco bag of mixed veggies and make 2-3 days worth cause they get soggy. it's not as much work as it seems, no need to freeze cooked =)
My personal favorite for chicken is italian or lemon pepper seasoning

3- Any other tips on meals i can prepare the night before to take to work? If you have a fridge and micro at work :)
a) Tuna fish sandwich with mustard+chopped onion+red. mayo.
b) Tuna salad with chopped celery, olive oil and lemon, red pepper, tomato, greens...
c) Grilled chicken +whole wheat couscous/quinoa/brown rice seasoned with turmeric/curry powder/cumin...
d) Chicken+cooked lentils
e) Whole Wheat Tortilla with grilled chicken + Hummous + veggies
f) If you have a micro at work, take a large safe bowl for micro and snack bags of old fashioned oats pre-measured I have cinnamon and truvia at work with a large pirex microwave safe bowl. Then I just bring the lean protein to work and have oats with it.
g) Hard boiled eggs with whole wheat crackers or in a sandwich
h) Take a box of protein powder so you can always make a protein drink or mix it in oats or yogurt...
hope this helps!
Thanks in Advance
