I want to do MMA in the future but as for now I am focusing on Wrestling and Boxing individually.

Anyways, am just starting to get back in shape today.


Day 1:

1 hour of hill jogging.

I was planning to go to the gym today but I woke up late so had to go to work right away. So I only got a run in after work. It's hard juggling classes, work and practicing. I am still trying to manage my time better. However, the run felt a lot better and faster than yesterday's.

Day 2:

1 hour of hill jogging.

1 hour jog around the lake.
Total distance app. 4 miles.

Okay so I was a bytch and stopped training so I started again yesterday. So I am basically starting over

Day 1 (yesterday)

I ran for 3 hours non stop up and down the hill behind my house 30 times.
By the third hour I did not have water left to sweat and my foot to my thighs was cramping like hell.

Day 2 (today)

I ran 15 laps on the hill behind my house. About an hour, my foot and especially knee joints are still very sore from yesterday's long run.

Then I ran another hour of stairs.

Then I shadow boxed for 30 minutes.

If I am not gonna be a bytch, then I will actually get back intot he boxing gym tomorrow.

Good luck with the boxing tomorrow bro, after your runs u should do some push ups and sit ups and other body weight exercise, after all my runs i just do 25 reps of each

Day 3

Did nothing

Day 4

Ran laps behind my house., about 2 hours

April 4, 28-Day 5

Ran 15 laps behind my house, about an hour thirty minute.

After the run I can feel small bones crunching in my foot and it feels like its vibrating at times so I think I might have a stress fracture on my right foot from running too much to early.

Feel like shyt right now because what's the point of training if I can't even do cardio.

Will try to go light on foot for a couple days,just gonna do pushups and maybe biking. Can't even squat was gonna come in the gym today too...

Okay i haven't done anything since last week because of the stress fracture on my foot. If I put too much pressure on it like running it will slowly break completely.

Well today I ran... VERY slowly about 2 miles.

Then i finally got into the boxing gym for the first time in months. I am basically starting all over, jabs only. Was in the gym for 3 hours.

This is what I basically did,
50 pushups, 50 situps, 50 crunches, 50 neck rolls

3 rounds jumping jacks
4 rounds shadow boxing (jab only)
8 rounds heavy bags (jab only)
jumped buckets
3 rounds jump rope
