Video is four months old, right before my last contest, the NPC Seven Feathers in which I weighed in at 177lbs at ~4.5% bodyfat.

I figured video would be more appreciated than pics, that way you inbf guys can see everything. I already know my legs need to match my upper body more, so this last four months I have been busy putting two more inches on them. Other than that my anterior/lateral delts and upper chest are also much bigger. I'm tired of competing and getting third place at contests, I have competed twice and prepped four times for contests so dieting isn't a big issue for me, but putting that much dedication into this and getting third has gotten old. I will be looking into competing in the inbf to see how I do this next year when I can compete at 184 lbs.

What INBF shows are you planning on doing?

Your legs are very good. You need to improve the conditioning of your hammies and glutes. Glute/ham tie-ins. Very good overall.

Father Flex: I live in the middle of Oregon, so the closest shows are the washington spokane show and the sacramento in the summer, both are nine hours driving time away from me. Feels bad man but I would choose between these two.

Looking good bro! You got what it takes. The best advice i can give you is...Be the best you can be! From show to show, make sure you're improving. This sport is filled with alot of disappointments, that why when you win its one of the greatest feelings in the world. Keep that hunger, believe in yourself, and you will go very far! Best of luck to you. keep me posted on future shows.
