Yes, the title says it correctly! I will be running my third cycle here of Bold 200 and Estane. Im pretty stoked about this cycle, as the first two cycles I ran were just of HDrol at low dosages for a mild recomping effect. I will be updating this log daily, and keeping notes of all lifts, sides, libido, and everything else for information for future users. I will be lifting 5 days M-F, with W being a cardio only day. I will be shooting for calories between 4500-5500, protein at 300 plus, carbs at 450-600, and fats between 100-150. I wont post my diet daily, but it is very clean including all whole grain, mostly chicken, tuna, salmon, and beef. I do take fish oils daily, flax seed oil, and all natural peanut butter, and almond butter for good fats. I will be pre-loading for one week of CEL cycle assist. I also will be taking 5g of NOW MACA every day to avoid libido issues.

Well today was actually my first workout "ON" this cycle. It felt good. I had a very long weekend, so it was a pretty rough day back at the gym. I didn't set the world on fire being that I was pretty tired this morning to peel my lazy ass out of my bed. I am up 2.5lbs from my starting weight of 180lbs, which is good. I have no notable sides at all, which I dont expect to this early. I will be putting up much better workouts from here on out though.

I actually had an awesome chest day today. I felt very strong on chest. I know it's wayyyy to early to be from the BOLD, but I do feel it is from the huge surplus in calories finally showing up in strength. I could actually feel the weights going up easier, and I think I could have put up more if I tried really.
I have no sides at all to report; except that the first day or two on BOLD I had some horrendous headaches, but they went away the following day and have not came back.
One other side not to add is the fact that my appetite has been destroyed. Im never hungry anymore; and I actually have to force myself to eat.

for your dips, you should do more than 6 reps each set. and add weight if you can. you'll see that weighted dips help alot

It was a hell of a back day I must say! I felt strong on all my lifts, sore some, but strong. I am getting a slight amount of acne, even though I upped the face wash to a few times a day now. I do think that most of the headaches have subsided, which is a nice thing. I have no other sides to report, going strong.

I took some quick measurements. I know the waist isn't the best; but I am bulking. I plan to cut after PCT this summer, but until then I will be gaining all the muscle and strength I can.

Subbed, I just ran bold and proto and I'm logging rv2 myself. I switched pcts because nolva was increasing anxiety terribly aloong with other sides. It could be the bold for you, I've heard similar storiethough I personally have anxiety (take xanax for it when its bad) and I was fine on my bold cycle. Its the protodrol that f*cked with me and the nolva. Either way, good luck bro. Subbed for sure. If you're curious about rv2 at all check my log it should be interesting.

Yes, proto can be very bad for anxiety. Any DHT derivitive has a strong possibility for an increase in anxiety, due to DHT's effects on the CNS.
I am prone to anxiety (on paxil) and never had a problem with bold. Im sure the paxil helped, But i've never heard of anyone having anxiety on bold. Its a derivitive of testosterone, which if anything.... gives feelings of well being.
I've heard of E-stane causing anxiety though OP.

Yeah the compounds havent really built up, especially the bold. More than likely E-side effect anxiety from all the horror stories of higher dosed PH cycles.

I took a few days off because I havent been feeling very well, so I wanted to fully recover before I hit the rest of the cycle HARD. I will be changing my routine up a little bit also so I end up hitting chest twice a week, since it is my lacking point.
Sides: Slight amount of acne, mild back pumps, and increased sleep.
I havent noticed any sort of alpha feeling, or good sense of well being or anything yet. I have noticed no mirror changes except a little bit of bloating from the monohydrate I switched to, especially at 10g a day.

Searching desparately for something that works and spending lots of money doing it. Most items marketed for bodybuilding don't build much muscle....they just make a lot of money for the company. Good luck though........

I felt strong as hell today! I know I know, it is just a placebo effect, but it is awesome! I set a few more PR'S on bench today, which I have been stuck at for quite some time. I have been getting plenty of protein, carbs, cals, and fats in daily, probably a little too many carbs and cals; but oh well thats what cutting is for later on.
Noteable sides: Still slight acne in face, slight acne on back now, very itchy head.

I decided to take my weekly off day today. Im starting to get mild back pumps, so I guess I will adding Taurine into my cycle now; which I have on hand. Im also starting to notice an extra oily face, some more increased acne on upper back, and still mild acne on face. I have yet to see any mirror changes at all, except some extra fat gain from the bulk. I dont really expect to see any mirror changes for a few weeks anyway.

I had a half decent workout. I could tell strength is starting to come up a little bit, but not a whole lot. Ive had lethargy pretty bad in the mornings, so I may need to get another alarm clock and a stim for pre-workout. But I did manage to cram two days workout into one today, with the exception of legs. Ill work those in tomorrow probably. I also had insane back pumps on deadlifts today. I guess 5g of taurine 30 mins preworkout isn't enough.
Sides: Bad lethargy in the mornings, acne is going away, oil face, enahnced libido.

I have a feeling that today, the BOLD has finally kicked in! I had great strength throughout my entire workout, nothing setting the world on fire, but noteably more strength than last week. The biggest indicator was the insane pumps. My chest and triceps were f*ckin huge by the time I was done!! I am definitely pumped to see what the next few weeks bring. I don't have many sides to note, only massive amounts of morning lethargy, which I have found no cure for yet.

I started out having an amazing arm workout. By the time I was into my 4 set of the workout, the pumps were so intense it was affecting my arm range of motion; no joke. I set a couple good PR'S, and then I got to standing ez-bar curls. I actually started getting a pretty intense back pump, and it only got worse. So I decided to go a mall amount lighter on the weights, bite the bullet, take the pain, and finish the arm workout. By this time the back pumps were so bad I could barely even stand at all. I did on set light on hack squats, and just about crawled in the locker room. Believe it or not I actually took 4g taurine pre-workout too! But man were the arm pumps worth it lol

WOW was today an extreme f*ckin workout! I made it all the way to deadlifts and was beat ass tired, and I could feel the back pumps coming on even with taurine at 5g pre-workout. I did one set of deadlifts, and could barely move after that. But other than that, the workout was awesome. Im starting to see some slight mirror changes also in my chest and arms; obviously some fat and bloating in the midsection area which is to be expected with a huge caloric intake and creatine mono. Awesome energy and pump today.
I also want to put thanks into Guy187. I followed his log closely before, and I actually adapted some of his workout into my cycle and it is working greatly. Thanks Guy. Also I want to thank the various others who silently helped me put together this cycle.

I think I am really really starting to like this cycle. I am feeling f*cking awesome during workouts. I tried a little heavier weight during military press today, and I put it up fairly easily. I felt very very strong on all my workouts, and the pump was huge!! I was deciding to run Superdrone LV with this instead of Estane, but I think Im going to get this cycle under my belt, and run the Superdrone by itself later on this year as another bulk. So today is the first day of Estane, and Im running it at 40mg from here on out.
Sides: Lethargy, Itchy head, Slight facial and back acne, Slightly decreased libido.

Well I finally got up to +10lbs, and Ive never felt better! I do have lethargy in the mornings quite a bit, but that's expected. I just added in Estane at 40mg from here on until the end of the cycle. I have had minimal sides other than slight acne and libido loss. Im really just now starting to see strength and size, and I think it is going to be great.

I was in a hurry this morning and forgot my taurine, so by the time I was done with biceps, I could almost feel the back pumps coming on; so I decided to quit there.

I would say today I really seen some strength increases. I tried a pretty big jump in bench for this week compared to last week, and I almost achieved it; but I guess next week will have to do. I managed to set PR
S, easily mind you, in all of my other workouts too. Im starting to see my weight level off for some reason, even though Im still eating in upwards of 6k cals a day. Im definitely feeling the al day muscle pumps, extremely hardened muscles, and some size also.
Sides: Insane back pumps, unbearable.

I would say the Bold has definitely kicked in now, since my strength is really going through the roof! Im pretty much hitting PR'S on every workout now, and definitely feeling an all day pump which is pretty awesome feeling. Im definitely starting to put on some size and definition, people are starting to wonder some and ask. I still cant seem to get my taurine dosing right. I usually take 5g pre workout, but I guess Im going to try to split the dosages up during the day and see how that works out.
Sides: Slight acne on face and traps, heightened aggression, BP spikes, mild morning lethargy, and back pumps.
I found that working out less, with less volume took away my painfull back pumps during a cycle.
Last time I did 3 workouts a week, low volume, it didnt hinder my gains, I believe it was the oposite, got better gains.
Just my 2 cents...

The frequency of my workouts really don't affect the back pumps, they can come on even while doing mildly straining things with my back, even cardio. I think i may try and split the doses of taurine up daily and see if it helps.

Im still having great workouts, when I can stand it. Im usually tough enough to man up, and work through the back pumps; but these ones get pretty damn severe. Either way, I set a strong PR on deadlifts today, and on some others also. Vascularity is really starting to show too.

I took yesterday as my weekly day off, but this morning I just couldn't wake up period! I would have to say lethargy is about the worst side for me of this cycle, with the pumps coming a short second. Speaking of pumps, I got my first calf pump in the middle of last night which was insanely excruciatingly painful. I woke up in the middle of the night and my foot was pointed down and all rigid, and my calf muscle was totally locked. I actually had to get up and push down on my foot on the ground to get it t release. I will get to the gym either tonight, or tomorrow for my shoulder tricep workout.

I would save the superdrol/superdrone for another cycle... it would be best to use that solo or bridge it to epi after running it FIRST, not at the end.

I was really hoping for a monstrous chest day, but I did manage to do my entire workout, which was PR'S last week. So maybe by next week I will set a few more good PR'S in chest. I'm really starting to see size in my chest and arms in the mirror, and shoulders too. I had minimal sides all weekend, with the exception of a few foot cramps, calf pumps, and hands falling asleep in bed. Im really loving this cycle so far, with about 3 weeks left of the best to come!

Thanks. Some of it is some unwanted belly fat gain, but whatever. Ill just wait two weeks after PCT and cut for a few months. It is a lot easier to cut fat with more muscle.

Ive never had lethargy like this in my life. I will be adding in 100mg of DHEA daily for the remainder of the cycle. So hopefully that will give me a good solid last 2 weeks to lift strong in the mornings.

I finally managed to hit 225 x 4, which is a huge feat being that I could barely even get 200 x 1 before the cycle. I also managed to hit strong PR'S in everything else, and had great energy. Mostly all of my sides have subsided, still a mild bit of acne on traps. I think surprisingly Im seeing my first drop in libido during the entire cycle, so I will be adding in my Maca and Tribulus and see what it can do. Im down to the last 2 weeks, and I think they are going to be beastly!

nice work on bench..strength is def going up. looks like ur weight is levelling off. What was your goal for weight? How much do u think is muscle vs fat u have gained from this cycle.

Yeah Im actually not too dissapointed with the weight drop off. I hope the weight stays the same, but lose some fat % in these last two weeks. I have put on a good amount of muscle, but I also put on some unwanted fat being Im partly dirt bulking this cycle. But either way, after PCT Im going to cut for a while. Im just surprised at the size Ive put on this cycle.

just upped my doseage today to 1.2g gonna see how that rides, i just finished 2 wks at 1g. And you seem to be getting nice results in the latter part of your cycle this is what i expect as well. I been holding off on hopping on the scale early in the cycle so as no to get discouraged. But appetite has been great and been eating everythin in site, so cant imagine not gaining yet. Also abs are now a lil harder to see going into wk3.

I know this cycle was going pretty strong, but these last few weeks of it are getting pretty tough with sides. I know I'm running Bold and Estane at higher dosages, but I never imagined lethargy would be this bad. I thought DHEA would help; which it did for a few days. Im just looking forward to busting as* as much as I can until the end, and then ending the cycle. Ive already made great gains, in strength and size, and weight is leveling off. So well see if I lean out some coming up on this last week, and gain a little more strength. Im really going to have to turn the heat up in PCT, and I can finally have some N.O. back too!

I was very close to ending my cycle a week short due to the heavy lethargy, but Im going to stick it out and finish it up. Ive came this far right? Ill see what I can do for this week. Im definitely seeing a big mirror change, and as you can see weight is up. But I know for a fact if I was able to lift more this cycle, both weight and mirror changes would be a lot more.
Sides: No libido, oily face, acne, lethargy, occasional headaches

Well I finally managed to get into the gym Chest day wasn't looking so good yesterday, when I STILL couldnt manage to wake up in the morning, so I decided to go after work at night. Besides the gym being packed, I did get a solid last chest workout, and repped one more out on 225lbs! I also was able to stay at all my PR's from the previous week, so all is well!

I decided the lethargy was too bad of a side this last week, so I started my PCT today, which is a few days early. I started with dosing:
Nolva at 40mgs
Bioforge at 3 caps
As of the rest of PCT, I will be running Nolva at 20mg during weeks 2-4, Bioforge at 3 caps during weeks 1-6, and Lean Xtreme at weeks 2-6 also. Im hoping to have a quick recovery, and gain some energy and libido back. Also I hope not to lose any of the muscle and strength gained.
I will post up before and after pics, and measurements soon.
Some of my major lifts:
BB Bench Press:
190 x 5 225 x 5 --- +35lbs +1 rep
EZ Bar Curls:
105 x 3 125 x 4 --- +20lbs
Pull-Ups:
5 9 --- +4 reps
BB Military Press:
180 x 4 205 x 4 --- +25lbs
I managed to add at least 20lbs to every major lift, and gain a total of 11 lbs!
