Hey guys, im planning on bulking up as i am eating with a simple, dull meal plan.
Breakfast:
Peanut Butter Jelly Sandwich
Multi Vitamins: Animal Pak
25 Grams of Protein Shake: Myofusion
Serving of Glucosamine and Chondroitin with MSM
Meal 1: (Preworkout Meal)
8 oz Teriyaki Chicken with Brown Rice
2 toasted slices of wheat bread nicely buttered up
Banana
50 Grams of Protein: Myofusion
2 grams of Creatine Mono: Higher Power
30 Minutes Before Workout:
1 serving of Animal Pump
Postwork out:
50 Grams of Protein
5 Grams of Creatine
Meal 2: (30min-hour after postworkout shake)
8 oz Teriyaki Chicken with Brown Rice
2 toasted slices of wheat bread nicely buttered up
Banana
Last Meal:
bowl of brown rice and some vegetables as sidedish
from your bulking experiences, could you guys let me know how my meal plan is and what i can do to improve it? much appreciated
