Okay dokes, Personal progress journal.... two sports to work on. Try and keep on top of diet and weight... dont mind if i look damn good in the process. Re Starting on Rippetoes after 2 weeks of illness. Gonna change up weights programmmes every few weeks just to spice things up.
Rippetoes - 8 weeks
Bill Starr 5 x 5- 8 weeks
WSFSB3- 16 weeks
rinse and repeat
I am gonna record every single detail here... what i eat, how i felt.. weight.... lifting stats. Lets see where i am by June and my Holiday to Egypt.
Judo and American Football.
Monday: Cardio 1hr or Judo 2hr am/ Weights Pm 1hr
Tuesday: Cardio 1hr + or Judo 2hr am/ Sparring Pm 2hr
Wednesday: Weights 1hr am/ Rest pm
Thursday: Cardio 1hr or Judo 2hr am/ Sparring Pm 2hr
Friday: Cardio 1hr or Judo 2hr am/ Weights 1hr Pm
Saturday: Recreational American Football ( any amount of time i feel)/ Recreational Swimming
Sunday: American Football Training 3 hrs
Hopefully should get some good gains in sport and physique. Also this forum has kind of inspired me to try American football, so learning a new sport and skill set should be a welcome release from Judo. Also there may be extra or less classes depending on how i feel at the time, i very much believe in listen to your body.
Nutrition wise i will be aiming for 2000 calories a day, ideally to get myself good and ripped. If i rip up pretty quick then i will start upping the calories and get a big of Muscularity. This is subject to change as well. Daily Diet example is
Breakfast: Porridge + Fruit + Multivit
Lunch: Omlette+ Vegetable
Snack:Whey Shake
Pre workout: Gaspari Superpump + Creatine Mono
Post Workout: "Big" High protein meal + Whey shake+ Bcaa
2hr before bed : Casein Shake
I am going to try and keep most of my carbs before 4pm or at least directly after Workout, keeping the evening as strictly to protein as possible.
Anyways... Tomorrow its Football day, and its my very first training session. Could be a laugh... if anything.
