Im trying to slim down for a show thats about 9 weeks out....but im so bloated and idk why but my stomach just does not decrease in size.... I train first thing in the morning,dont eat anything then take glutmaine,protien,and oatmeal in one shake....then about 2.5 hours later i eat 1 cup brown rice and i tuna can, then lunch is a chicken breast and 1 cup of rice also 1 cup vedgetables.....then like 3 hours later another protein and oatmeal shake....then dinner is 5 egg whites, 1 cup brown rice, 2 cup vedgetable...I do cardo for 30 mins everyday high intensity! My gut will just not go down!

definately don't want to train in a fasted state....eat breakfast, then hit the weights....

Yea I could understand some Liss cardio on the empty stomach but you definitely need some food before hitting the iron. That can have a serious effect on stomach bloat b/c of the fasting issue and water retention. Trust me, start eating before you lift at least 30 mins before preferably and hour.
