I was wondering if I could get a little help, I am going to be doing a commercial for a supp company, and I really want to look my best for it, and ws wondering what kind of approach to take, I have three weeks till the shoot, and I know that if I eat clean the whole time I will come in looking shredded, but I want to go beyond that and get really freaky, I am figuring on reducing carbs, especially int the later meals, but I was wondering wether or not to reduce fat, I have two p-f meals, which happen to be my last two, meal 5 is a TBLSP of flax oil, and small tuna salad, meal 6 is 2 TBLSP PB and low carb GROW, should I need to reduce the fats also, or will the carbs be enough, I am already pretty lean, 170lb about 6% BF. I am also thinking about doing a depletion and using taraxatone, any suggestions as to how I should approach this? thanks all help is appreciated:)-

Yep, i would maintain your current staus for the next two weeks slowely lowering your carbs through out the comming weeks until you get down to zero carbs hold that for 2 days then carb load for three days to fill the muscles out and you will look freaky and riped.
Not sure how serious you are but you might want to muck around with your water and sodium levels if you want to look your best. ie get rid of the water your body's holding.

thanks for the advice bro, I am currently working with timbo a little on a mini diet, I have a feeling he will be setting me up with one that includes having 2 p-c meals and the rest p-f. What do you think of this approach? and I am curious about ddepleting and loading, I depleted once 3days 0 carbs, it sucked, but I dont think I loaded properly could you shed some light on this area
