Okay!!! Super Excited to be starting the Double-T Transformation Contest on Monday February the 1st!!
I though I'd go ahead and get my Log started.

Beginning Stats:

Height = 5' 4"
Weight = 145lbs
Body Fat% = 25.3%
And you can view the rest on my profile page. :0)

Workouts:

Monday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday = The Lean, Sexy Woman Workout found here on the BB.com site. Currently in weeks 5 - 8 and will continue with this until completed then switch to something else. I really like this program and lost 5.5 inches the first 4 weeks, so if I ain't broke don't fix it I say!!
Tuesday & Thursday = Roller Derby Practices. 2 1/2 hours of the most heart-pounding, intense, kick your ass interval training on skates have ever had the pleasure of participating in. We warm-up, sit-ups, crunches, wash-machines, push-ups, knee-ups followed by drills then scrimmaging.

Nutrition:

Currently following a 1500 to 1800 calorie a day diet and trying REALLY HARD to get my protein in (should be about 145 g). Don't monitor my carbs that much and pay minimal attention to fat (if it's a good fat I eat it and if it's a bad one I don't eat it). I probably will need some improvement in this area.

I am Super Pumped and really looking forward to seeing what these products have to offer in my overall goal of total body transformation and to becoming THE most BadAss Roller Derby player their is :0)

Good Luck to Everyone else who has Entered!!!

Had a Great Start to my First Day in the Contest.
I'm not a very good writer/blogger though so I will get straight to the topic at hand:

Nutrition:
Calories = 1852
Protein = 106.5 g = 23%
Fat = 55.0 g = 26.73%

** Calories for day were good. I still need to get more protein and my Fat intake was mostly from good fats like peanut butter. **

Workout:
Did a Full Body workout (Friday and Monday's workouts from the Lean, Sexy Woman workout posted here on BB.com) and 20 min HIIT training on my treadmill (1 min sprint / 2 min recovery w/warm-up and cool-down).

Started with 3 NO-Beta and 1 scoop of Creadyl about 15 mins before workout.
Felt good but I will probably go up to 4 NO-Beta for next workout. The Creadyl kind of tasted like a cross between Lemon-Lime sherbert Ice Cream and the green pixy sticks. :0)
I definitely like it better than the Orange (I got that as a sample and didn't like it too much).

** During my workout I felt the NO-Beta and Creadyl (I could definitely see what some others were talking about with regards to the focus that it gives). I started out with what I normally lift and realized very quickly that I definitely needed to go up in weight. But to play it safe, I did one warm-up set with the prior workouts weight and then 2 sets of increasing the weight 10 +/- lbs. I feel that doing this gave me an understanding of where I'm at strength wise without going "balls to the wall" and risk getting injured by trying to do too much too quick. **

Overall:
I had a good day one because I really felt I "understood" what I was doing the contest for. I have a goal and end result in my mind that I want to achieve and I know what I want for myself out of this experience. I also want to be able to give something back to Double-T by being a success story and having a great transformation.

Here's to the rest of the 10 weeks!!!
And I'm looking forward to the ride!!!

Okay...Wow has it been a busy few days :0)

Tues is my normal Derby practice but we got snowed out so I had to reschedule my workout for Tues b/c Derby was rescheduled to Wed and then our regular practice was tonight.

Anyhow.....I am LOVING the extra KICK that the CreaDyl and NO-Beta are giving me!! It is really coming in handy especially for my Derby practices. If anyone knows anything about Derby then you can appreciate how much these products have helped with my focus while skating.....freakin' awesome!!!
I haven't gotten that tingling sentation yet with the NO-Beta but I can "feel" the difference. And it's official.....Lemon Lime Creadyl is definitely better than the Orange Cream. :0)

So...for Tues - Thurs......

Nutrition:
Each day I've had about 1600 calories.
Tuesday I managed to get 120 g of Protein so I was excited about that.
But Wed & Today I only got 95 g.

Training:
Tuesday.....I did Wednesday's Lean, Sexy Woman workout (I will have to post that to my profile later) and Wednesday and Today I had Derby Practice for 2 1/2 hours.
We have our first bout of the season coming up this Sunday (weather permitting b/c we are supposed to be getting MORE SNOW!!! BOOOOOOO I hate snow)

Good Night All!! I am pooped :0)

CRAZY DAY!!!!
MORE freakin' SNOW!!! But....I got to leave work early so that was pretty cool :0)
And, My brother left for Iraq today for his 2nd tour.....I will be a nervous wreck for the next year and a half so I'm glad I have weight training to keep my mind occupied often.

Well, with that said.....

Nutrition:
SUCKED!!!
2100 Calories and only 66 g of Protein and don't ask how much Fat b/c I'd rather not say.

Training:
Good Thing I had this to fall back on :-)
Lower Body & Abs.....Lean, Sexy Woman Workout - Week 6
MAN DO I LOVE DOING SQUATS!!!!
And 20 min HIIT on Treadmill.....1 min sprint / 2 min recovery w/ warmup and cooldown
** I'm thinking that I will start combining a upper & lower body workout together 4 times a week instead of the split.....this NO-beta has got me on FIRE people!!! I don't want to stop working out :0) Hell Yeah!!! **

Tomorrow I have Upper body and I have decided to brave the cold and snow and attempt a Snow Run.....I will bundle up and take my camera :0) Even though I don't like the snow very much it is still pretty :0)

Good Night Everyone!!

It has been a terrible month!
So many things have happened and I almost gave up again on me.
I have not quit and will not quit this time.
I have still been writing everything down so I will post a summary to get me back on track!
And, I haven't been lifting (Only doing Roller Derby), so my updated measurements that I posted weren't much of a change but it was still progress in the good way. And I took my 4 week progress pics but having some computer/camera issues so I will get those posted ASAP!!!

Still Loving the Double-T products and the energy and focus they give. And am grateful for this opportunity to be a part of this challenge.

I will not dissapoint!!!

For the Love of Health and Happiness!!!

I just don't know what to say......I have failed once again......I have let life get in the way and keep me from doing something good for me.
I really wanted to finish this contest but I have been through some serious family issues.
My mom tried to commit suicide a few weeks ago and praise God she wasn't successful. She is severly depressed since my dad died last May and it had finally gotten to be too much. She is slowly getting better. But it is really hard for me because I live 8 hours away from her and most days feel helpless.
So....for now, I am concentrating on helping my Mom in any way I can.
Even though I barely know many of the people in this challenge I feel like I have let everyone down. I was almost there and almost had finished.
I still love the Double-T products and will continue using them once my life becomes a little less crazy.
I wish continued success for everyone in the contest.
For the Love of Health!!!
