6'2
205 lbs
Body Fat, more than I want
My body isnt fat fat, but I look tall and lanky, i just want to beef up, but not the bad way
What else you want to know?
Im taking photos, but ill upload them when i go a full 3 months with this workout

Workout Schedule Attached

First Week Januaury 25th
Pushups: Sets of 20 as many as I can Do MWF
Baskebtall: All week when I can

Second Week Starting Ripptoes Workout

I will be trying to post here everyday, with what i did and what I ate that day

Suggesstionf or encouragement would be great
I have pretty low self esteem, everyone is all big and buff at the gym, and i feel like all eyes are one me, and its pretty discouraging..

Gotta suck it up, ill be in there Next Monday

did 40 pushups then i went to the gym and benched and did calf rasises

played basketball from 6 30 to 8 30

dead tired right now
legs are sore

after that i ate a sanwhich on wheat, with turkey and provalone cheese grilled, with a cup of fruit and muscle milk

tmrw ill try to go lift in the afternoon

It would be great to know where you are playing. Im assuming your a freshman in college. If your playing for a small college, you can ask the coach to set up training time with the team trainers and strength coach
