I am starting on the challenge tomorrow and am so excited! It's nice to have the extra motivation and this company seems to be doing great things with supplements. I have heard nothing but great things about no beta and creadyl so I can't wait to try them!

Well today was day 1 and also cardio day. So I did 22 min HITT on the elliptical and 25 min running routine on the treadmill. Always works up a nice sweat!

My nutrition looked like this:

Pre workout-
half a bowl of oatmeal with cinnamon and quarter scoop protein powder (would have been full bowl and half scoop, but it wasn't great... lol)
Vitamins (e, d, fish oil, and the like)
1 1/2 scoops creadyl in 16 oz water
3 no beta

Workout-
3 scoops glutacene in full shaker of water

Post workout-
Full scoop protein powder in 4 oz skim milk and 4 oz water
whole wheat toast

Lunch-
Tomato soup
PB on whole wheat

Snack-
Soy Joy bar

Dinner-
Chicken and dumplings (healthy version don't freak out) I like to make things like this that are throw backs of things we all like but make them healthier so you'll see stuff like this a lot : ) It's all clean no worries
Green beans
Apricots

Snack-
Plain yogurt with banana

How the supps from double t made me feel:
Well I really think I'm going to like this stuff. I just need to get used to it. I have a low tolerance for new things like this so it will take a min for the jitters to go away, but other than that I felt pumped for my workout and all the way through I felt like running faster working harder. Def a pretty cool feeling. The creadyl tastes a little off, but may add more water tomorrow and again I prob just need to get used to it. Overall good results though. I can't wait to try again tomorrow with a weight lifting session.

Well day two and feeling great! This morning was crazy actually though. I had a REALLY hard time with the creadyl for some reason. I just could not drink it straight. It took me forever : / I finally got it all down, but the queezy stomach made it hard to swallow the no beta so I cut them into quarters. Not a good morning for me supp wise : ( lol I'm not sure whats up with that. I woke up a bit off so that may have something to do with it. Or waiting too long to have breakfast. It says your supposed to take on an empty stomach which I did, but I had to wait a long time to work out this morning because my husband was late home from work. Whatever it was I hope it gets better tomorrow! It was the first weight training session using no beta and creadyl and as much trouble as I had taking the stuff I LOVED the results. I felt so ready to go. My head felt this rush of energy and I was good to hit the gym let me tell you lol! I have felt energized all day.

Exercise:
(all 3 sets of 12 reps)
Dumbbell Lunges- 10lbs
Machine Bench Press- bar+20lbs
Bent over two-dumbbell row- 10lbs
Side lateral raise- 5lbs
front dumbbell raise- 7.5lbs
plie dumbbell squat- 15lbs (thinking of raising this to 20 next time)
bicep curl machine- 30lbs
hammer curl- 10lbs
tri dips- body weight
Seated calf raise- 100lbs

When I finished with the first round I felt great, but when I went to to the second round my arms were wiped. I couldn't bench press so I lowered the weight and still had trouble. I think the supps really helped me go hard on the first time...maybe too hard. I'll watch that next time and try to lower a bit. I just felt so great though I felt like I could go at it all day (if only my arms thought they could lol)

I'm afraid I skipped day 3 log. Sorry about that. My life has been kinda hectic the past couple days and will be until tomorrow afternoon. Well I'm having some trouble thinking right now, but I took my supps as usual and had a clean diet. I didn't get my cardio in yesterday BUT...
I got it in today along with today's strength training AND tomorrow's cardio (as I won't be able to do it tomorrow). SO that's right...3.5 HOURS in the gym tonight. WOW I am so AH right now lol. Sorry for my rambling and weirdness right now, but I feel this weird combination of energized and slap happy lol. This stuff is awesome. I wouldn't have had the stamina to get it all done without it. Don't freak out though I know it's not healthy to do this all the time. One time occurrence I promise, and ya gotta think I shocked the body and calories for sure!

I mixed the creadyl with 20oz of water tonight. MUCH MUCH better. Still had trouble with the NO Beta but cutting them seems to help a bit. Feeling good. Time for a shower and a paper to write. So today is day 9. That makes my days off a bit in the previous posts. I blame it on half the brain I have left by the end of the day lol. Anyway. I haven't updated this in a minute but I have been staying clean and working out with the exception of the cheat snack I had on saturday. I have been keeping up with the no beta and creadyl as well. I switched to taking the creadyl only on my lifting days. The mix of creadyl and no beta on cardio days was just too much. I was left really jittery and hyper after. These are some amazing products. I am going to have to order more creadyl soon, it is going to run out before my next body strength day. I love this stuff though. It gives me amazing energy and I am able to keep working through the pain of the last set. The energy lasts through the day too which is really cool. Like I said so much so that on cardio days I'm having trouble expending enough to keep from being too energized. And that's on cardio days lol! I'm hoping as my body settles into the supps I can try adding it back in. My body is just too sensitive to some of these things. Anyway..looking and feeling great. I just wanted to post something and check back in.

Still going strong. I ordered more creadyl the other day and it should be here tomorrow. So excited! I am still good on the NO Beta for a while. Yesterday got a little hectic after class so dinner wasn't as healthy as it could have been. I still kept it under control, but...I should work out twice today or something : / lol I am fully expecting to hit the under 190 mark by the end of this week and so pumped for that. My cardio and strength routines are the same so nothing new to report there, but I think next week I may up some of the weight. Well happy hump day and have a good rest of the week. : )
