So i decided to drop the extra fat i need to for the Army.
My diet lately has been in check and I've been working out consistently and seeing decent results but I wanna speed up the process a little bit.

I bought Atro-Phex today on base and after I did my research and figured why not?

I am 19, 5ft 11in, 218lbs, and around 22-24% BF (20%and under is where I need to be)

I will include starting pics,daily workouts/eating plans, and measurements weekly along with side comments about negative and positive results.

Supplements: ZMA (Before bed)
CLA (Daily)
Multi-Vitamin
MyoFusion Protein (Gaspari)
Superpump 250 (For added boost in the gym)
and of course Atro-Phex (Starting JAn 25, 2010)

Everything from workouts and pics will be posted on Monday (Jan. 25th).
Pics/Measurements updated weekly
Daily logs will be consistent as possible...

My goals:

Drop 5-8% BF before Deployment in June
Pass the army APFT with no less than 75 points in every event before June
Quit all tobacco products (I've quit smoking but I cheat every one in awhile)
and Run a 6 minute mile without stopping or getting winded

First day

Woke up (6am), and right before morning PT I took 1 capsule of Atro-Phex to assess tolerance and I capsule of CLA.
Noticed a nice smooth energy boost aprox. 20-25min after taking it.

Today was a Sprint day (Suicides, etc)

(730am)Breakfast: Eggs,Cheerios,a bowl of pears and fruit cocktail, and some OJ to finish it off.

(1130am) Took 2nd capsule of AP as recom. and 2 capsules of CLA and noticed the same smooth energy as this morning.

Lunch and dinner I didn't get a chance to eat due to crazy stuff at work and important deadlines that had to be met.

(4pm) 2nd Workout of the day
Chest and Back day
25min cardio (10min on treadmill doing 60sec. Jogging/20sec. dead sprint)

(930pm) Almost bedtime so I just took 2 of my ZMA's
