Let me give everyone a little info about myself here is my application copied

Age: 22

Sex: Male

Training experience (as much detail as possible): I have been working out off and on since I graduated high school. I started working out weighing 115lbs and I am currently at 175lbs. Weight lifting is the only thing that truly keeps me stable. Its a true staple in my life and its just a part of everyday life for me now. So its been a solid 3 years consistent at this point with 6 years total experience.

Current Training Schedule / Protocol (as much detail as possible): I am currently trying to cut! I am trying to maintain my weight though and shed as much fat as possible.

Day 1: Heavy Upper
Day 2: Heavy Lower
Day 3: Cardio 1 hr
Day 4: Chest, Triceps
Day 5: Back, Biceps
Day 6: Shoulders
Day 7: Legs
Day 8: Cardio 1 hr
Day 9: Repeat

Cardio Schedule/Protocol (as much detail as possible): I do 30 min of running every other day. I also do one hour of boxing training twice a week.

Current Pre-workout Supplement(s) (give details if you don't have any): None what so ever at the moment. I am ready for some though. I have given myself about a 2 month break from pre-workouts to kinda reset.

Goal for this log, what do you want to accomplish?: I hope to pack on some muscle mass and increase my vascularity and lose some bodyfat.

I will post before/after pictures at the end of the log to show all of my progress!

I want to think DoubleT for this opportunity including longhorns, fitzwell, jordansrt and anyone else I may be forgetting!




I received my products yesterday and I will be taking them this evening along with a nice shoulder session! I will follow-up this evening with my results!

The Workout

Day 1 - Shoulders

DB Press - 50 x 12, 60 x 8, 60 x 8, 70 x 6, 70 x 6
Side Raises - 30 x 8, 30 x 8, 35 x 6, 35 x 6
Front Raises - 35 x 8, 35 x 8, 40 x 6, 40 x 6
Bent Over Delt Raises - 60 x 8 (4 sets)
Military Press (burn out set) - 150 x 14 (2 sets)

Dosing(pre) - Creadyl 1 Scoop Preworkout/during, NO Beta 3 pills prior to workout. I also had one scoop creadyl 6 hours prior and 3 pills of NO beta.

Energy 8/10: This gave me some of the cleanest energy! It was a gradual climb of energy and peaked and stayed consistent through my workout. It wasn't to overbearing by any means(no jitters). I had no crash or fall to speak of.

Strength NA: Too soon to really say, but im sure this will be nice once it kicks in!

Focus/Drive 9/10: Man this rocked as I was extremely focused and on a mission. I have been really missing this feeling for a long time. I felt like I was on cloud nine :)

Electrolyte Balance 7.5/10: I could definitely feel a nice replenished effect from this. I usually get taxed torwards the end of my workout. I am by all means a heavy sweating person so I really like this effect. I am sure with my cardio sessions this will be awesome.

Pumps 9/10: WOW this stuff really gets those muscles pumped. I felt like my shoulders were gonna explode. I had some really nice shoulder veins popping out which isn't very normal for me a++++.

Side Notes:

Mixability 10/10: CreaDyl mixes with EASE and leaves no floating and undissolved powder with just a spoon :)

Taste 9/10: DoubleT really did a fantastic job with this flavor. It reminds of orange cream soda without the carbonation. Packs a nice punch but is not overbearing! Very very easy to sip on or just down it if you need to with absolutely no stomach discomfort! This is probably the smoothest creatine I have tasted.

Energy 9/10: Today was actually better than yesterday which I didn't expect. Its just raw and clean. The energy was just insane today all I wanted to do was train! No jitters... this stuff is legit!

Strength 9/10: I hit a PR with T-Bar rows enough said!!

Focus/Drive 9/10: The focus is awesome on this. I only had one thing on my mind and that was each and every rep. Talk about being on a mission!

Electrolyte Balance 7.5/10: I will comment more on this tomm as I have cardio!

Pumps 9/10: I had veins all over the place today. I was even pumped from loading the plates up on the bar haha. I can't imagine this stuff getting any better than it is now.

Day 3 (Jan 23rd)

OFF DAY!!

Today was an off day for me as I really needed it!

Macros
Calories: 3000
Protein: 315

Carbs: 250

I am going to comment again on the taste, this stuff blows away the competition IMO. I have tried many creatine/intra blends green mag, size-on, intrabolic, clout, storm, shock therapy, super pump, ragnarok. I rate the taste higher than all of these listed. :)

I am currently at work and I will be hitting my legs hard this evening when I get home and will update for today (jan 24th) later!

Energy 10/10: Wow what can I say today has been the best day as far as energy is concerned. I tore through my workout with no problem even doing deads and squats on the same day. This is giving me the alpha male feeling :)

Strength 9/10: Strength gain are starting to increase more rapidly at this point. I was able to add either reps or weight from my previous workout

Focus/Drive 10/10: Focus is fantastic, I love being on a mission when im working out and this does it for me.

Electrolyte Balance 9/10: Today this really got noticed as I pumped out some cardio after my weight training. Usually after legs my cardio sessions are very weak but I busted through my cardio with ease which was very surprising.. placebo or not? I will know for sure when I do my next cardio session.

Pumps 9/10: I had veins all over the place today again, my legs usually aren't very vascular but they sure were during my workout. I could hardly walk after my entire workout was finished I was so pumped haha

Day 5 - Cardio (Jan 25th)

The Workout

1hr boxing

Dosing(pre) - Creadyl 1 Scoop Preworkout/during, NO Beta 3 pills prior to workout. I also had one scoop creadyl 6 hours prior and 3 pills of NO beta.

Energy 10/10: This stuff just keeps on giving, the energy sustained is fantastic and keeps getting better!

Strength 9/10: Still on point!

Focus/Drive 10/10: Focus is fantastic!!! Seriously every workout is better than the last.

Electrolyte Balance 10/10: Awesomeeeee!! Today this really shined during a one hour cardio session. Typically towards the end of my boxing session I just felt cached completely. I felt like I could have kept going :)

Pumps 9/10: My vascularity while at rest has increased alot. Just when sitting around I have veins popping out which I love!

Energy 10/10: I love this stuff because it really gives a crazy kick during my workouts and I DON'T have a crash!

Strength 9/10: I continue to increase weights and reps... this is usually very hard to do every week! So far i have been steadily increasing.

Focus/Drive 10/10: Focus is fantastic!!! Seriously every workout is better than the last.

Electrolyte Balance 10/10: I love the feeling of not being completely taxed at the end of my workout and I feel great!

Pumps 10/10: My chest has veins!! Never had this before :)

Day 7 + 8 - (Jan 27th, 28th) Off Days Which I needed

I also wanna touch on the taste again this stuff is just awesome which I know I sound like a broken record but I could drink this stuff just sitting around.

Also the BA tingles are still very prominent which usually diminishes after a few days. Some may not like this but I personally don't mind it at all.

Vascularity is increasing :) I love looking vascular just sitting around which isn't the norm for me.

Strength 10/10: I set a PR so enough said on that!

Focus/Drive 10/10: This stuff just keeps on giving which is just awesome! I love it.

Electrolyte Balance 9/10: Whats gatorade? haha I should buy some more of this just to use for this effect.

Pumps 10/10: Vascularity is still increasing even when I thought it might have peaked....

Energy 10/10: I love just having raw energy and no crash and this stuff delivers.

Strength 10/10: I managed to add weight and or reps to nearly every lift from just a week ago :). I had quite a bump on barbell rows from last week.

Focus/Drive 10/10: If anyone is having any sort of drive issues in the gym check this stuff out. This stuff IMO puts superpump250 to shame which is one of my all time favorites.

Electrolyte Balance 9/10: Well after today's workout I went and played some ball for about an hour! I felt like a champ all the way through.

Pumps 10/10: I could hardly bend my arm after today's workout, the pumps were better than last weeks back/biceps session which I didn't think would be possible.

Sorry to all following for me being unable to update!!

I have still been logging all on paper though which I do so anyways... I have a tonnnnn of updates which I will be typing up ASAP
