So, I decided to go ahead and start a log. I will be officially joining the contest on January 25th! I decided to wait until after my birthday. That way I can give this 110%!

My goal in this contest will be to get rid of this NASTY layer of fat all over my body, and let the muscles that I've been working so hard on get a chance to shine!

A little background on me. I am a stay at home mother of 4. Ages 11,9,3 and 1. They keep me busy all the time. The gym is how I keep sain.

Right now, I do a 4 day split, with no cardio. 2 upper body, 2 lower body. I will incorporate cardio once I officially start this challenge. My workout may change as well.

My eating will be very strict and clean, with no cheats for the 10 weeks. My macros will be 103 carbs, 180 protein, and 32 fat.

I don't have a trainer, or nutritionist, this will all be on my own!!

I AM SO EXCITED TO START THIS!!

Going to bed so I can wake up early and get a good upper body session in!! Taking NO-Beta and Creadyl to kick it up a notch or 10!!

Got a great upper body workout in this AM:

Incline Bench

DB Flat bench

Pull downs

Rows

Barbell curls

Dips

Shoulder press with DB

and some abs!!

Definitely feel stronger since starting the Creadyl/NO-Beta stack!!
Can't wait to start my cutting diet and see all my muscles POP!!

It is I that has the job of checking profiles, and saving pictures to e-mail to Paul. Alot of people registered and wait quite awhile to post pictures, so i go back and check the ones I already went over.

Hack squats
Front squats
Split squats
SLDL
Single leg curls
Single leg extentions
calf raises

Let me tell you, the Creadyl REALLY helped me focus even though I was tired. Perked me right up!

Can't wait to start the clean eating and cardio on Monday!! Watch out for me!

Today is officially day one. I am so excited to start this, and start seeing some results! So far, had a clean breakfast. In a couple hours I will hit the gym. Today is chest, tris, abs, and a lil cardio! Nothing like diving right in! Can't wait to feel the NO-Beta tingle, and Creadyl rush!!

Today I hit Chest and tris.

Popped the NO-Beta, and 1 scoop of Creadyl....drank half before I left, and the other half through out my workout. Love how it gives me focus, and makes me not want to stop!!

Incline DB: 30 lbs. 4 sets of 10
Flat DB: 30lbs 4 sets of 10
Pushups....12x4 sets
Incline DB flyes: 20 4 sets 10

Skull crushers SS with close grip press: 45 lb 4 sets of 10
Cable push downs: 35lbs 4X10
Tricep extensions: 35 Lb 4X10

Abs:
4 sets 15 ball crunches
4 sets of leg raises

Cardio:
30 min slow steady!

Had an awesome workout, can't wait till tomorrow, when I hit some legs and shoulders!!!

OH, I DO!!! It's pretty bad when you can barely lift your shirt over your head, cause you worked your triceps to DEATH!!

Today....onto some HIIT, and abs....Gonna burn this fat off my BOO-TAY!!!

This is the first week I am incorporating HIIT. I will start once a week for 20 mins. 5 min. warm up, 5 min cool down, and 1 min intervals running at about 9mph....which kicks my butt! I am going to do slow/steady cardio 2 days a week.....I don't want to drop weight too fast. I already lost 2 lbs since Monday! When my weight loss slows, I will add more HIIT in place of the slow steady!! I don't want to burn off any muscle I've worked so hard to get!

Today I took 4 NO-Betas and 1.5 scoops Creadyl.

Had an awesome workout!
Today was Shoulders, Calves and abs. Threw in some Slow Steady cardio to top it off!!
I am hitting shoulders 2x a week, it being my weakest muscle. Already seeing gains in my barbell shoulder press!! I can actually add some plates! YAY ME!!

Also, my abs are starting to tighten up a bit. Geez, it's amazing what clean eating will do!! Can't wait to see what they look like in 9 weeks!! I have never had abs before, so it is one of my goals in this contest!!

Just did my 1st week measurements. Down 2.5" overall. Down 4.8 Lbs!! Time to work harder this week! This Creadyl/NO-Beta stack help me tremendously in my 6am workouts. Never felt so energized so early in the morning before. Have always done an early workout, but use to feel it dragging. Not now!! I look forward to 6 every morning and to start lifting the heavy weights!!

Well, didn't get to hit abs and cardio yesterday. Had to stay home with a sick kiddo. The life of a mom. Nothing is ever on schedule!! Will hit it Saturday.

Today is Back and Bi's. LOVE the pump after taking the NO-Beta and doing bi's. Feels like they are about to EXPLODE!

Being self critical is what gives us that drive to keep pushing when our mind and body wants us to quit. It is always nice to get compliments but you always know you can be better. Keep up the great work!

I just had to chime in for support. I wish you well in reaching your goals. 10 weeks will go by so fast, and you will be surprised at the gains you have made in this time. It's amazing how a change in eating habits and working out will do to our bodies. We have to continue in making the necessary sacrifices, whether it's waking up an 1 hour earlier, not sleeping in on Sundays, putting the drink down, or cooking healthy meals a week in advance. The benefits will outweigh the sacrifices ( more energy for playing with the kids, more confidence,excellent blood and body profile), and the list goes on.

I thought I would leave some words to encourage.

Thanks you so much for the encouragement. You are right, 10 weeks really isn't too long in the realm of things! That's why its even more important to eat clean, lift heavy, and hit the cardio in moderation!!

Can't believe it's already been 2 weeks since I started. Time is flying by. Which is why it is more important than ever to be strict with my diet, and hardcore while working out.

Had a great workout yesterday.

Hit shoulders (for the 2nd time this week)
Abs
and calves.
Also got in some cardio on the stepper.

Today I will be going in for some HIIT!!

Thank goodness for a day of rest, although this has become an addiction to me. I just want to keep getting better and better at what I'm doing. It makes me want to go in on my day off, even though I know I shouldn't. On the bright side, it's coming along...slowly, but surely. Put up a two week progress pic. Didn't notice signifigant changes. Just means I need to hit it HARDER!! Maybe by 4 weeks I may start noticing a lil changing?!

I can definitely see changes!... Your stomach looks flatter in the side shot and you are definitely starting to see definition in your abs (just to point out a couple!!)... keep it up girl you're doing great!!!

Good Monday Morning everyone!! Waking up this morning, grabbing a quick cup of coffee (my life line) and getting ready to hit the gym.

Today we are looking at Chest, Tris, and some ab work! Also going to throw in some HIIT.

Diet was on spot all last week. Very proud of myself! Went to watch the UFC fights with some friends. Lots of good food (temptation) and beer, all I had was a celery stick and Diet Dr. Pepper (1st one in 2 weeks). Nothing like dedication!

So excited! Today was leg and shoulder day! Broke some PR's!! 270 lbs on leg press for 3 sets of 8! Along with Leg extentions...120lbs for 3 sets of 10!! It's finally all starting to come together. Not too bad for a beginner...LOL!!

Today will be a cardio day! Then tomorrow, a well deserved rest day. Working out is starting to become an addiction to me. I never thought that was possible!!

Woke up to more snow here in Montana....ick. I am ready for spring, and outdoor exercise!!

Decided to start to carb cycle, and see how my body likes that. Also time for a new split. Trying to keep my body guessing!! Starting to see some new definition in my upper body and shoulders. So exciting to see progress. Starting on my 4th week soon!! Wow, time goes by fast!

Had a great weekend, and a kick ass leg workout yesterday:

Saturday was an hour of cardio. (LISS and HITT)

Yesterday was Legs:

Sumo Squats 4/10
Hack Squats 4/10
Walking lunges 4/10per leg
Stiff legged dead lifts 4/10
Leg extentions 4/10
Leg curls 4/10

Standing calves 4/15
Seated calves 4/15

Walked 45 minutes


Today is going to be a upper body and ab day!! Up at 6 this am sippin' on my Creadyl, ready to hit it hard!! Week 4, here I come!!!

Got a great workout in this morning, bright and early with the help of my Double-T stack.
Today was upper body, which consisted of the following:
Today was light day:

Incline bench press 65 lbs 12/4 SS with
Flat DB bench 25 lbs 12/4

Reverse pulldowns 90 lbs 12/4 SS with
Low Row 90 lbs12/4

DB Shoulder press 20 lbs 12/4

Preacher curls 30 lbs 12/4

Dips

Also did 20 mins of HIIT.....Inline at 2%, one minute at 9mph, one minute recovery.

Really feeling great. BF% is coming down, as well as inches coming off. These supps are really helping me retain the muscle I've worked so hard to build!! The beginnings of abs are starting to appear!! Obliques are coming in. So exciting and motivating to see results when you bust your ass!

I just put up a couple of pics off my phone of my newly (barely) peeking out abs in my progress pics!! I am excited. I have NEVER had abs in my life!! I could get use to this!! Now, I have to work harder to get the rest to come out!!!

Today was abs and 1 hour cardio.

For abs I did 4 sets of 20 on these:

Ball crunch
Side dips (both sides)
Leg raise

Feeling great with the Creadyl and NO-Beta doing a wonderful job of powering me through!

Off to do some light legs this morning. 4 sets of 15 of the following:

Squats: 105
Incline leg press: 270
Leg extention (Single leg)
Lunges
Stiff Legged Dead Lifts (My FAVE)

Seated calves
Standing Calves

Maybe walk for a few afterward!

Off to do some light legs this morning. 4 sets of 15 of the following:

Squats: 105
Incline leg press: 270
Leg extention (Single leg)
Lunges
Stiff Legged Dead Lifts (My FAVE)

Seated calves
Standing Calves

Maybe walk for a few afterward!

Hahaha, thank you! Those weights were alot for me! I just started lifting last fall, and am excited whenever I get to pick up heavier weights!!!

Ahhh....today is a much needed rest day!

While my hub was out of town doing a photo shoot yesterday, I decided to leave my oldest daughter (11) in charge while I did my abs and cardio at the gym.....wouldn't you know it, I got the 'emergency' phone call, and my 3 year old son managed to kick a ball up and shatter the light fixture! Instead of getting the hour of cardio, I had to cut it short at 45 mins.....and rush to the hardware store to fix the light. I swear, if it's not one thing...it's another. At least I had put my baby girl (1 yr) down for a nap before I left!!

On a good note, over the past 4 weeks, I have lost a total of 6"! Always exciting to see the results of what we are working so hard to achieve!

Almost half way done! 6 weeks to go!!

Congrats on losing inches!!! You are doing great! And I would imagine the stress of running around trying to deal with the "emergency" may have burned as many calories as that last 15 minutes of cardio would have... maybe even more LOL! :)

Great progress, after your scheduled workout if you want to try going a little heavier then normal (like I do) start with 5 lbs more then you normally would stop at. Hold the weight out to get your body/mind "used to it" then once you feel more comfortable try sets of 1-3 reps with it and before you know it you'll be able to put it under your belt and move on.

I will try!! It's already crazy how the weights are going up from when I started. I keep a log on my workouts, and some of my workouts I started with 8-12 lb dumb bells, now I am up to 25-30 lb dumb bells!! That'll pump a girl up fo sho!!!

Today I just did 45 mins of cardio. On a good note, I had a trainer at my gym do my bodyfat and it's dropped to 16%! I'm on my way!! Feeling wonderful, and loving the results! Double T is ripping it up!! Never been able to keep focused like this...I feel like I could keep going while I'm at the gym....I never want to stop!!!

Awesome! I know how you feel about going on at the gym..., you should look at my last workout when I did shoulders & arms, I went on & on with so much exercises and that's right after a 10hr work day. Sometimes I just gotta know when to stop. Might eventually overtrain.

Just like you say...eat. sleep. train!! That's the story of my life right now!! I will probably take a week off when I'm done with this, to give my body a lil needed break. I've never been so dedicated in my life!! A first time for everything...plus, when you start seeing results, makes you wanna work harder!

yup thats right - eat.sleep.train! haha. It does take some commitment for this Challenge and it should pay off when you're done. I personally wouldn't take a week off after this, I would keep going working on weak areas cause summer is coming!

Thank you. This is the first time I have actually stuck to something like this. I've "tried" lifting before, but it always turned out the same. I would start and go for like a week, maybe two...and then give up. This is also the first time I am actually eating 'clean.' I was such a junk food junkie before.

I really am inspired by you. You have an awesome body, and I know the work you have to put in to get it there....this is not an easy task....

I agree... don't take a week "off" but instead take that week to have fun! Play some basketball (or whatever other fast-paced game you like) and just play, but still keep your body active. Then you'll have that "rest" you need to hit it hard again!

I was just saying take a week off from the gym....I will FOR SURE be doing outside activities with the kiddos and such!! The end of this contest will not be the end for me, but only the beginning!! Excited to see what else my body is capable of!!

Today is leg day! I love leg day!!
I am going to do a circuit style workout today, to keep up my heart rate:

Leg curls 20-25
Leg curls on ball 20-25
SLDL 20-25
Stepups 20-25
Leg ext. 20-25
Lunges 20-25

I will try and get 3 circuits in!! I love to switch it up every now and then!
I am trying to get a cold, and my head is pounding, but I am going to push through today. Tomorrow is cardio. If I still feel sick, I'll take off tomorrow, and make it up Sunday!! I HATE BEING SICK!!!!

Ended up feeling pretty crappy all afternoon yesterday, so I took off today (cardio). This was my 1st day missing the gym (besides my Sundays off) since I started this contest. I do feel a little guilty, but need to rest up so I can hit the weights hard again tomorrow. I can always make up my cardio on Sunday.

5 weeks into this transformation and 12 lbs down!! Feels great. BF is dropping too. I will be ready to rock the summer clothes this year!

Just a quick note... The drop in lbs is awesome! But keep your focus on that Body Fat %... because it will drop more then that scale. Often when you start a new program you'll see a huge drop on the scale and then it'll slow down and that's a HUGE factor in why a lot of people give up. DON'T GIVE UP! My weight hasn't changed at all in the last year but I've dropped nearly 10% in body fat... so that's HUGE! You're doing great, don't let the numbers determine how you feel about yourself!

Wasn't sure if I was going to go to the gym or not today. Took Wed. due to a cold, which is usually ab and cardio day. Glad I decided to go today too! Always happy once I am done.

Well, I haven't wrote in a couple days...

On Sunday, I decided to go in a do 40 mins of cardio...felt good to get a great sweat going!

Yesterday I did some heavy upper body. 4 sets of 6-8.

Incline DB Bench: 25 lbs
Flat bench DB: 30 lbs
Reverse grip lat pulldown: 90 lb
Low rows: 90 lbs
DB shoulder press: 20 lbs
Assisted dips (30pounds assist)
Concentration curls: 25 lbs

35 mins of cardio....

All thanks to the help of my Double T stack, I got through, than got to come home with enough energy to feed my 4 kiddos, and bathe 2 of them....and get groceries, and cook for the next day!!


Today was leg day. I did my workout as a giant set.

Leg curls x20
Leg curls with the ball x20
Stiff legged dead lifts DB x20
Step ups x20
Walking lunges with DB x20
Leg extentions x20
Squats x20

Repeat 3 times!!

So, today I was in the gym doing legs. I work out with the girl that does my hair. I am kind of showing her some things I have learned. So, I am doing squats, and was showing her how to keep her form....when the old guy (in his 80's at least) comes up and grabs my abs, and tells me to tuck them in, and tells me to tuck my butt in??? He said "Your form is the reason girls like you have them big bubble butts!" HELLO, MY FORM WAS FINE, AND I HAPPEN TO LIKE MY BUBBLE BUTT, THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! The nerve of some people, I swear!!!

So, I had the trainer that works at the gym check my form, because if it is wrong, I want to know.....and it was perfect!!!

What a way to start the day!!

Anyway, got in a good leg workout! LOL!

Diet is going great!! Seeing some gradual changes I am liking. More muscle definition in my arms & legs!! Just wish I could get a good pic of it!! Every time I try and take a pic, it never comes out like what they look like with the lighting in the gym?!

Well, I decided to take the whole weekend off from the gym. With that being said....I feel withdrawls! LOL! I may have to sneak in today for a bit of cardio! In the 7 weeks I've been in this, I've been going 6 days a week, never missing a day, and if I do, making it up on the weekend! I just thought I needed to catch my breath so to speak.....but we'll see what the day brings!! Can't believe how time is flying! My last day is Easter....so I wil be getting to enjoy a nice Easter dinner, than back at it. This is only the beginning of my new obsession!

So today was a pretty nice day! Got up to 36 degrees or so....and sunny! Decided to do some cardio after all. Instead of going to the gym, I decided to pop some NO-Beta, and do hill sprints outside. We have some pretty steep hills around here, so I ran uphill on one side and walked down the other side. Did this little workout for about 45 minute. Felt so good to be outside! When I got home, tried to get in some abs on the ball, in between kids screaming "MOM" and my baby crawling up on me!! Gotta love life!

Today I did the "Carry along principal" workout, which helps you develop your "weak spot" a lil more. My weak spot is my shoulders, so the workout was based on that.

I haven't ever written my diet out on my journal. Here is an example of a day in the life of my diet!! I eat every 2.5-3 hours

Bfast: 5 egg whites, 1/4 cup plain oats with water

Post WO: 1.5 scoops protein powder/banana

Lunch: 4 oz chicken breast, 3/4 cup brown rice with salsa

Afternoon 'snack': 1.5 scoops protein, 12 almonds

Dinner: salad, 7 oz tilapia, vinegar (for dressing)

Before bed: 1 scoop casein, 12 almonds!!

Today I did the "Carry along principal" workout, which helps you develop your "weak spot" a lil more. My weak spot is my shoulders, so the workout was based on that.

I have a HUGE salad every night, like, as much as will fit on my plate!! I also will eat some green beans or asparagus when I carb cycle, and cut my rice, I replace it with the veggies!! Not much variety the last couple weeks though. Looking forward to an Easter Dinner with the family, FULL OF VARIETY!! And maybe the Easter bunny will leave me a little chocolate?!

Thanks!! I'll try not to raid to kiddos baskets, but I'm not promising anything!! Then back on the horse the Monday after that!! Easter morning is when I do my pics......then that day off....then back on for another ride!!

That's so awesome your boy was counting your situps. Mine just want to play along! My 4 year old was curling the 5 lb dumbell with both hands, and thought his muscles grew huge!! LOL!! And thanks for the compliments!! Coming from you, they mean alot!

Just a quick update. Today was leg day....and I DO love leg day!! (I really do) So it was circuit style again....and was alot of fun!!

This evening I decided to go on an hour long walk with my friend as well...

K~Today is abs & cardio day! And then tonight....another round of cardio!! Yay, I'm ALMOST in my final 2 weeks!! Can't WAIT to see what my pics bring. 8 week pics this w-end, and then my final pics!!! Hope to see some good progress. Clothes are getting baggy, so I take that as a good sign. I have a hard time seeing change in the mirror!! Although, in the gym, after taking the stack, I look alot better. Muscles poppin' I didn't even know I had!!!

So, did shoulders again today!! They are my weak spot! While doing them, I noticed STRIATIONS.....WHAT??? I've never seen such a thing on MY body!! I love the over head lighting at the gym! LOL! How come when I get home, I can't bring that out for pics?? Sucks. Next time, I am taking my camera, and having my friend snap some pics!!

I did the 'carry along principal' again today. Hitting shoulders, and following with 2 sets on all other body parts....as to not leave them in the dust.

Followed that with 30 mins of HIIT....sprinting a 9 for 30 seconds, followed by a brisk walk for 1 min...on a 1 incline.

Oh, and today is my high carb day (cycling) so I am FULL of energy!!

I may follow it up tonight with a walk outside with my kids, and friend!!

Thank you!! I'm trying, that's for sure...This may be TMI...but thinks are a changing, that's for sure. I keep knicking myself with my razor whenever I shave the backs of my upper legs, cause my hammies, and tendons that were once covered with fat, are now popping!
At first, I thought it was the razor, so the next day, I used a brand new one, and cut myself in the same spot!! I'm taking that as a good sign :)

Well, yesterday I didn't feel so hot, and hubby had to work nights....which meant he had to sleep all day. I got to hang out with the kiddos. I did do a stretching video, which felt GREAT!!

Since I missed yesterday....on the menu for today is LEGS!! Going to hit them heavy today! Also, tomorrow will be an ab/cardio day.

Oh, and 8 week pics will go up tomorrow!

Warm up on bicycle for 10 mins:

Butt blaster machine
110X10X4

Squats:
105X10x4

Leg press
180X10X4

SLDL:
90x12x4

Leg extentions:
120X8x4

Walking Barbell lunges
down raquetball court up and back 4 times

As I enter these last couple weeks, I feel myself losing a little strength, due to the low carbs. The stack helps alot though. High carb days aren't bad at all....I can't wait till this is over so I can do a clean bulk, and add some more muscle!!!

OMG!! You are soooooo nice and sweet! It's okay to hate, I hate on you a lil' too!! LOL!! Your body is truly amazing, as I have told you before!! I am so in love with weight training now!! After this 10 weeks, I think I'll maintain awhile, then add some size this fall!! Now I want to see how far I can take this!! It's always nice to hear compliments from other people, because I by far am my own worse critic!! It's always "I wish that was smaller, I wish those were bigger." LOL..

I did lunges, leg press, SLDL, extentions, leg curls and calves!! Love doing legs, As I mentioned previously!! I may have to have someone take some pics at the gym. They always look better under the gym lights!! LOL!

Diet is on, and ready to hit it hard my last 2 weeks!!!

Switched up my split to a push/pull/leg split! Time for something new. Today looks like it's going to be a 'pull' day, followed up by some HIIT!!

A question for anyone that can answer.....I have a week and a half left, and am completely losing my appetite. I am having a hard time finishing my meals. I have adjusted my calories accordingly (to my new weight) so they are lower than previously.

Is this common?

Well, time has flown by. Just about 1 week left!! Am happy with what I'm seeing. Bodyfat is down to between 12 and 13% now!! I have put so much into this contest, and am happy with what I am seeing. It really does take pure dedication.

Onto today. Not sure what workout will lie ahead for me today. It's going to be a busy weekend. Family from out of town, getting ready for my sons 4th birthday, and more family next weekend!!

I may just throw in some cardio where it fits?? Hope you all have an amazing weekend!!

The funny thing is, I knew there was more definition in my arm (I see it everyday) but I didn't think anyone else would notice! It's not like I'm walking around flexing!! My hubby mostly notices it in my butt (which is great) But you're right, it's the best when family and friends notice!! It's like, "all my hard work is paying off."

This morning I did some fasted cardio...I think I will be done lifting for the week, until my pics. I will do cardio this week, and pics on Sunday!!

Diet is on..
Today, so far was 1/4 cup oats with 4 egg whites, a scoop of protein..
next to eat/drink: 1 scoop protein with 12 almonds!

Ok. If pictures are Friday or Saturday, I would suggest hitting a full-body routine in the gym today, along with cardio. For the weights, use light numbers and go for a pump. I'm talking 15-20 rep range here. Actually, I'm going to take that back, and suggest only an upper body pump. It's too late for the lower, I think. Then tomorrow and Friday only do light cardio. Nothing super intense. So a slow walk for 45-60 mintues would be okay, but no sprints.

Right before your pics, you'll want to "pump up." Again, don't do legs. If your legs get pumped, it'll make it hard to get the upper pumped. Plus, often (especially for women because we are rarely as lean), the pump in the legs will hide your definition. Take your NO Beta before you pump up to help you with the looking SWOLE part. ;)

Thanks, like I said, I've tried dieting before, never making it more than 2 weeks. I am (was) the definition of a junk food junky. The last time I was going to try the whole diet/workout thing, I found out I was preggo with my last. I have NEVER seen this much change in my body. I read ALOT of Oxygen mags, and any time I have a question, I do research on bb.com. You could say I can get a little obsessive about things when I set my mind to it!!

I would love to put on the muscle you have girl!! That will be one of my next goals. I found with all this fat loss ( I can still see quiet a bit of muscle) I just feel little. I would love the more defined muscle look you have! This is definetly not the end for me!!

Well, beings I've basically been pregnant forever (it feels like) with my youngest at a year, and my oldest being 11, I have never really thought of doing this. I was always 'skinny fat' with more emphasis on FAT!! Now that I won't be having kiddos, I feel I can be more dedicated to my goals!! It's time for ME now!! My body will no longer be used to carry babies, just weights!! LOL!

I have a VERY "all or nothing" attitude, and decided to give this my ALL!!!

I know!! It's become such a habit to take my water bottle EVERYWHERE, and drink gallons a day....and now this?!! I am an uberbitch, and super tired too!! My poor kids! Now water is even a treat!! And I cut gum this week!! I AM GOING NUTS!! Little water, no gum, and everything I read on the net says something different! It's so confusing trying how to learn how to do all of this, when EVERYONE has a different opinion on what works!! Well, I guess I'll know now!!

LOLOLOL!!!! Yeah I cut gum too and pretty much Hulked out on my family LMAO! It is totally confusing and I think everyone really does something different! It's the same with dieting and training! I usually drink 2 gallons of water/day. 3 days out I cut it to 1 gallon and then for 2 days I drank 8 ounces every 2 hours... I started to have horrible feelings of sympathy for people in poor countries that don't have clean drinking water... perhaps that was a little dramatic!!! I loved Simpy's advice for the training though... spot on... wish it was posted LAST week! :) Oh and your new pics... ummmm can we say WOW??? I'm sure there will be a lot of inappropriateness thrown your way LMAO!!! It just means you've done a wonderful job!!!!

You're welcome! You deserve it you have definitely put in the work! I can't imagine that you'll stop... this just seems to "suit" you! Now that I've fully committed to it I know I'll never go back to the way I used to be! And it is ok to be nervous... I was nervous every time I had to take pictures and I am SOOOOO hard on myself! It's ok to be hard on yourself... just as long as you don't get all depressed about it and start regressing... I don't see you doing that... you are a good self critic LOL!

You can have distilled water when you're trying to shed water weight, I realize I'm late to this, but it seems like that's what you're trying to do to get as lean as possible for your progress pics? Also I commend you for your dedication and how much work you put into this especially with this being your first time ever dieting and training.

Congrats on everything you've accomplished.

How low are you going with your water right now? If you're not taking pics until Sunday, I wouldn't suggest going crazy low at this point.

Also, are you continuing with your supplements at the moment? If so, which ones?

Today I was going to do 1/2 gallon, tomorrow only sip, and Sunday (pic day) very little. Also, still taking whey protein, casein, and Creadyl, as my supps, and will do No-Beta for the pics! What do you think about that? So many opinions, it's hard to know what to do. Also, what do you suggest for 'carbing up'? There are alot of opinions about that as well!

It's probably too late to change your water plans at this point. I would stop the Creadyl for the time being, but keep the NoBeta.

Thank goodness!! I love my water. Even 1 gallon sucked yesterday. The more the better. And thanks again to everybody for all of there help.

Feeling READY. 2 coats of tan tomorrow night, then 1 Sunday AM. Hopefully this all goes as planned in my head!! LOL!

Thanks, I'm excited too! I would like to maintain, and keep lifting HEAVY, cut out some cardio, and this fall doing a clean bulk and add more muscle.

Only if you have the whole pack :p Just chew on one for hours, it really helps. A lot of people cutting water weight to meet weight guidelines for their weight class use it to help so they don't feel like absolute crap.

Your funny, that's what I love about you!! Put the first coat on, hope the 2nd one goes better. The first is looking a little blotchy (Jan Tana).....Ready for some pics...hope I don't have the 'nervous' look goin' on!!
