Ok, so here I am. I actually started my transformation on January 4th and it is going good so far. I had always said I wouldn't do one of these but when I read the description for Double T's challenge I decided I wanted to do it.

I started out my transformation at 226.4 lbs and 30.3% body fat. It was a very humbling taking my starting pictures. I'm sure no one likes it, but that just wasn't fun.

I am using Stevep78's Psychotic Fat Destruction plan as my diet and work out. So far it has been tough but seems to be working. I weighed in on Sunday morning and I was at 222.0 lbs. So, I am off to a good start.

I will post my diet and workouts soon. As well, I will let you know my experience so far with the supplements I am taking. I have given you a list below.

Until next time.....

Creadyl
No Beta

Alright, I am back to update you. I have weighed in on my 3rd week and I am down a total of 9 pounds. This is awesome. I am starting to see a difference. Little though it is, since I am a heavy guy, I am still excited about it.

I have to say that I love Creadyl. The energy that it gives me is awesome. I can feel that tingling from the beta-alanine and then I start to feel the focus and the energy. The best part is that it isn't that jittery, nervous energy. I just feel good and am able to focus. It is great.

For the third week and fourth week my workout has changed by going heavy for 3 sets and then doing a set of 25 reps for the last. It really gets my heart pumping and is tough. I can't wait to see how my body keeps changing as I push hard.

I have to thank Stevep78 for his help with my diet and workout. He has been great and is extremely knowledgeable.

Well, I will post soon to tell you the results of my fourth week.

Until then....

Alright, so for week 4 I actually only lost 1 lb. I am not too upset as I can see that I am losing fat. Obviously, I have a long ways to go but it is exciting to see results. I say that because it wasn't that long ago that I came to the realization that I was a 90lb weakling trapped in a 230lb body. I was watching a guy half my size press twice the amount of weight. It was eye opening to me.

So, no doubts...no questions...nothing but pushing hard. I will keep improving. I have increased my bench press by 20 pounds in the last four weeks and have increased my leg press by 40lbs. I can see the results in the gym and on my body. It is awesome. Plus I did my first pull up ever on Friday. It was a neutral grip pull up but it is my first one. I have never been able to do one before in my life.....ever. How exciting is that?

Oh I also wanted to talk about my experience with NO Beta. I have found that I have to take at least three right before my workout to get that tingling feeling. It is awesome though. I actually did the bulging bicep workout and thought my arms would explode. I also used the pc concept with my tris too. HUGE pump! My calves are the skinniest part of me and I can tell when I take NO Beta because when I walk over to the deadlift station from the locker room i can already see my veins starting to pop out a little. It's a great motivator.

The coolest part I have found with stacking CreaDyl and NO Beta is that I get a calming energy from it. It isn't a jittery can't stand still type of energy. I just feel like I can lift anything. Nothing intimidates me. I love it.

Well, that's all for now. I'll keep you posted on my progress as the days fly by.

Until next time.....
