I'm playing in a charity football game on Jan 30 , cops vs firefighters (I'm a fire fighter)
I'll be playing DE and guard. I was wondering what should I eat and drink for the best amounts of energy for game day.
Also should I just eat as many cals the day before ?
Any advice will help
