Just wanna start off by saying thanks to Sean at Supplements Direct for choosing me as one of the few people to try out their new product, and as so I will be logging GH Support for the next 30 days trying to update as much as possible, also at this time the only supplement I will be using is my multi-vitamin, I won't even be using whey protein as I have stopped 2 weeks now and I wanted to see how this product work without any additional supplement. I'm gonna be using GH Support for the next week while I'm finishing off my bulk and then 3 weeks after that for my cut. I'll try to take a pic every couple of days but will update more often than posting pics. These are a couple of things that I will be taking notes of while logging to let others know how I feel on the product.

1. Mixability and taste

2. Sleep and rest

3. Noted effects in areas of pumps/muscle fullness either upon waking or during training

4. Changes in recovery time / soreness

5. Changes in joint pain (if already experiencing)

6. Any other +/- results encouraged.

Day 1

Alright worked out yesterday night, it was just a weekend warm up for my week day workout so I basically did a couple of muscle group, chest/shoulders/triceps/biceps...I'll be doing back and legs tonight...

Chest:
Flat Bench 225lbx4, 205lbx8, 205lbx8
Incline Bench(db) 70lbx8(3sets)

Shoulders:
Press(Db): 50lbx10(2sets)
Rear Delts Raises(Db): 50x8(2sets)

Triceps:
Cable Pull Down: 50lbx10(2sets)
Cable Kickback: 20lbx10(2sets)

Biceps:
Machine Preacher Curls: 100lbx10(2sets)
Hammer Curls(db): 45lbx8(2sets), 45lbx10

GH Support:
I took it about an hour before I went to bed, I don't expect much to happen on the first day but maybe the next couple.

Morning Weight: 155lb
Energy/Mood Level: Good

1. Mixability and taste
I have one of those mix bottle with the metal wired ball from GNC and it mixes everything well with a couple of shakes and this is no different. As for taste I mixed it with my crystal light so everything taste great.

2. Sleep and rest
Nothing out of the ordinary as far as I can tell.

3. Noted effects in areas of pumps/muscle fullness either upon waking or during training
Nothing yet

4. Changes in recovery time / soreness
I been very sore lately the day after workout because I think its due to not doing my cardio pwo anymore. So with time we'll see how the GH support helps with this criteria.

5. Changes in joint pain (if already experiencing)
I had thought my right shoulder/chest pain had went away but after hitting 225lb 4 times on chest yesterday it was burning and hurting real bad so I had to lower the weight and settle for that. My right elbow joints been hurting real bad whenever I push a lot of weight on triceps exercise as well so we'll see in a couple of days if the GH support can relieve help with both of these nagging pain.

6. Any other +/- results encouraged.
No changes really but hopefully in a couple of days I'll see some results

Day 2

Had a major chest/back workout yesterday, hit new PR of 225x5 and 235x3 on flat bench, 245x8 on deadlifts, upper body sore like a mother...

Morning Weight: 157
Energy/Mood Level: Great

Sleep and rest
I slept well last night and a little bit longer as well but who knows...

Noted effects in areas of pumps/muscle fullness either upon waking or during training
Nothing really

Changes in recovery time / soreness
Still too early too tell but my chest hurts like a mother from chest/back day yesterday, so we'll see how it works next week.

Changes in joint pain (if already experiencing)
Probably doing tricep and bicep today so hopefully the elbow joint pain doesn't give me too much problem. Hopefully it goes away with continued use of GH Support but we will see.

Any other +/- results encouraged.
Not any as of yet, also I take GH Support before I go to bed but while I'm cutting I'll be taking it pre-workout to see which is more effective...

Day 6

Last night I felt beastly I did chest/back felt really good...people been asking how much calories I'm consuming or what I'm eating, well its anywhere from 3.5-5kcal a day, I eat chicken breast and oatmeal, rice and whatever at home, sometime I'll even eat dirty just whatever it takes to get the calories in. It's funny how back then while cutting I was always hungry and wish I could eat more, now I can eat whatever I want but its ridiculously hard haha...

Morning Weight: 163
Energy/Mood Level: Still great

Sleep and rest
I usually have 10 hour of sleep and still feel tired, but now due to my hectic schedule have only been sleeping for 8 hours lately but feeling really energized when I wake up though.

Noted effects in areas of pumps/muscle fullness either upon waking or during training
gonna start taking GH Support pre-workout now to gauge how it does during workout...

Changes in recovery time / soreness
Seems a little better in recovery time since I did legs the day before, usually it would hurt for days but after 1 day it was gone.

Changes in joint pain (if already experiencing)
Hit a PR on my bench yesterday and my shoulder/chest pain that usually limits me were gone, weights seems easy too, good times!@! Now gonna have to try and see if my right tricep joint is better too or not.

Any other +/- results encouraged.

Cutting 10lbs.. whats your approach? more cardio or calorie restriction or both?

Hey Sean nice to see you're tuning in, to start cutting I'm just gonna cut calories to around 1500-1800kcal a day with heavy weight training 5-7 days a week. if results are a little on the slow side I'll throw in some cardio. Different approach from my first cut considering the first time I was doing heavy cardio with very high deficit, so this time trying to maintain as much lean mass as possible because I probably lost more muscle mass than I wanted last time...

Day 15

Took 1.5 serving of GH Support pre-workout and did chest

Morning Weight: 162
Energy/Mood Level: Good as usual
http://img442.imageshack.us/img442/5663/52388339.jpg

Sleep and rest
Feel great waking up each morning usually I sleep in all day but been waking up earlier and feeling more refreshed

Noted effects in areas of pumps/muscle fullness either upon waking or during training
Got a little nice pump going at the gym and sweating a little more which is odd, but I do hit the weights hard though...

Changes in recovery time / soreness
Haven't been sore at all lately

Changes in joint pain (if already experiencing)
My shoulder/chest pain made me scared to try to hit the 100lb dumbbell chest press again so I haven't tried it in a month because last time I picked it up and it hurted like a mother, but I was feeling good yesterday since I haven't felt the pain in a while since using GH Support and low and behold I hit it 8 times for 3 sets and it did not hurt at all...

Any other +/- results encouraged.

I'm steadily losing weight everyday and it's somewhat weird because I don't cut til tomorrow and been eating like crazy lately. Also tomorrow with Sean's blessing http://assets.bodybuilding.com/forum/images/icons/icon10.gif I will be starting my cut and supplementing GH Support with Dicana by Thermolife which is a non-stimulant fat burner, so stay tuned for a new thread on that...
