Hey everyone. So I'm gonna go ahead and say that this log probably won't be quite as extensive as some people have made theirs. I'm just gonna keep it straight forward and to the point. I just wanted to get my thoughts out there and keep everyone updated on the results I'm hoping to see. And at the same time I wouldn't mind getting input I see people giving on a regular basis.

So here we go, the stack I'm going to be implementing is gonna be based around the E-bol/C-bol combo because of all the praise it's gotten. The stack will look like the following:

- E-bol/C-bol
- Anadraulic State (pre wo)
- VPX Power Shock (intra)
- Whey/NitroCore 24
- ON Fish Oil, ON OptiMen, ON ZMA

I guess for some quick stats:

I'm 21 years old, about 5'10.5", around 170 right now. During last summer I had bulked up to 180-183, but after cleaning up my diet and cutting some bad habits out of my life, along with some nice suppz and workouts, i cut down to 167-170. My body fat, even when i was aroun 180 was around 6-8% I believe, and I'm pretty sure it's still around that.

My goal for the next month+ (donno if i'm gonna do the 25 or 50 day stack yet) is to bulk back up to 180 while still maintaining a clean diet. I've already started on that and am around 172 right now. I am also just looking to gain muscle growth/strength, and some lean muscle mass. I am mainly going to be focusing on building my chest muscles more to increase those bench type lifts (BB,DB, etc.)

Some quick lifting stats would be:

Bench- ~235-240 1RM/205 6RM DB Bench- 95 DBs 8RM Inc DB Bench- 80 DBs 8RM

The rest you will kind of get a feel for as a type up my workouts for you. My splits right now will be Chest/Abs, Back/Bis/Fores, Shoulders/Traps, Legs/Tris.

So like I said this log is gonna be pretty raw. Every time I work out I'll track what I'm doing and report it to you, let you know how I felt throughout it, etc etc. You all are welcome to ask me to report details that you feel I'm leaving out as well. Feel free to join me on this journey, I feel like its gonna be a great one!

Alright guys I just got back from my first workout since starting this stack. I did Chest/Abs as follows:

DB Bench 65x10 75x8 85x8 95x6
Cable Crossover 60x10 70x8 80x8 80x7
Incline DB Bench 45x8 55x8 65x8 75x8
Slow Controlled BB Bench 135 4x8

Leg Raises 3x10
Hanging Knee Raises 3x10
Decline Oblique Crunch 3x10

So I took my E-bol 30 min before eating breakfast, and my C-bol/Anadraulic State ~30 min before starting my workout. Now right off the bat, AS might be the worst tasting drink I've ever had. Now it might be cuz I didnt really wait very long after eating oatmeal to drink this (b/c it says to drink on an empty stomach), but I literally wanted to puke after finishing it. I'll wait longer after eating next time. Btw, does anyone have a ballpark figure on how long to wait after eating a meal in order to make sure you're on an "empty stomach"?? I'd rather not wait until my stomach is growling to make that decision. Also, the VPX power shock intra just seemed to increase the puking feeling I already had from the AS. We'll just have to see if I can get used to those 2 things, otherwise I'm gonna end up stopping one of them

Anyways, obviously I'm not gonna have too much to say about results this first day, I mean I definitely had an increased HR, but not really much change in energy/focus yet. Of course I did go out last night and only slept about 6-7 hours, but I'm hoping the ZMA will help me with sleep. Vascularity was good, and pumps actually seemed maybe a bit better than normal for doing a chest day without tris. And they seemed to maintain and actually get a bit better even when i was doing abs and finishing my workout.

Let me know if you guys are curious about other things that I should list in future workout days. I'm fixing to drink my 50g of protein right now and take my post dose of C-bol. Then I'm going to enjoy a nice chicken breast w/ veggies :)

Gotta nice Back/Bis/Fores workout lined up today. Hopefully my stomach will react a little better when I have time for my meal to digest before I lift!. I'll report the lifts and numbers when I get back from the gym!

Well even though I'm still talkin to myself I'ma post my workout from today. I actually had a pretty good workout. It was Back/Bis/Fores as follows:

- Reverse Grip Lat Pulldown 100x10 137.5x10 162.5x8 175x8
- Single Arm DB Row 70x10 80x10 85x10
- Wide Grip Chinups 2 of 6
- Rotary Lat 100x8 130x8 160x8

- Concentration Curls 25DBx10 (x3)
SS w/ cross body curls 35DBx6 30DBx6 (x2)
- BB Curls 65x6 75x6 85x6 95xfailure (9)
- EZ bar from 6 to 3 x6, from 3 to 12 x4, full curl x2 all that x2
- Cable Double Iso Curls 40x8 50x8 60x5
SS w/ pullups on close knob grips 6, 6, 5

- Wrist Curls 75x8 x2
- Reverse Grip Wrist curls 65x8 x2

*The Anadraulic State still had the terrible after taste today, but I didnt feel quite like hurling like i did yesterday. And it still distracted me from my workout drinking the VPS Power Shock intra with the funny stomach feeling, but it seems to be dying down, and vascularity is much better when I continue to drink the power shock. Veins seemed bigger today. Energy and focus were also much better; HR is still up but I'm goin hard on everything.

- DB Shoulder Press 45x10 55x8 65x8 70x8
- DB Lateral Raise 25x10 25x10 20x10
SS w/ DB Front Raise 20x10 20x10 15x10
- Rear Delt Cable Flyes 20x8 30x8 30x8

- DB Shrugs 75x10 85x10 85x10

Anadraulic State still tasting like ****, but the sickly feeling during the workout is going away more and more every day. Hopefully by the end of the week there will be something exciting that I can see/feel happening to announce.

- Leg Press 350x8 440x8 440x8
SS w/ Leg Press Calf Raises (same weights)
- Seated Calf Raises 2x8 2 45lb plates
- Lying Hamstring Curls 80x8 90x8

- Close Grip Bench 135x8 135x8 175x5
- Pushdowns 70x10 100x10 140x10
- DB Overhead Extensions 70x8 70x8 70x8
- DB Kickbacks 25x10 25x10 30x10
- Tri Pushdown Machine 120x8 150x8 160x8 170x14
- Cable Rope Overhead Extensions 100x10 120x10 150x8

I went a little overboard on the number of tricep but I couldnt help it today!

**Thoughts on stack today:

Not sure I'm sensing anything from the E-bol yet. Hopefully something will be made apparent over the next couple days as I start doing muscle groups again that I've done since starting the stack. The Anadraulic State is terrible but I'm just gonna have to find somethin to add a better flavor to it or just sack up cuz I think it'll do its job eventually. However, my stomach no longer has a ****ty feeling during the workout initially caused by the AS and the VPX Power Shock intra. I actually enjoyed drinking the intra today and finished it completely for the first time during the actual workout! I just drank my 52g of whey and took my 2nd E-bol dose of the day. I'm gonna take my post C-bol dose and then get a nice meal (it'll be my 3rd of the day!)
Pumps and vascularity were the same as they have been. Energy and focus are there, I'm just getting anxious to be able to report some noticeable gains. Like I said, I'll do chest tomorrow for the 2nd time since the stack, so hopefully I'll notice something new!
I am still having some trouble with sleep however; not caused by this stack, i had problems for a couple weeks before this. I'm hoping the ZMA will start kickin in and help me out with that, it kind of puts on a damper on my day and workout when i cant sleep for more than a few hours in a row.

Felt really good about my Chest/Abs workout today (mainly chest).

My lifts were as follows:

- Inc DB Bench 45x10 55x8 65x8 75x6 85x8(asked for help to push first rep up)(never even tried 85lb DBs on this before)**
- BB Bench 135x8 185x6 205x4
- Seated Chest Press (Hammer Strength) 4 45lb platesx10 6 45lb platesx10 6 45lb plates & 4 10lb platesx6 4 45lb platesx20
- Seated Flyes 150x8 175x8 187.5x8
- DB Alternating Bench 65x6(each arm) 75x6
SS w/ DB Lying Flyes 30x6 40x6

- Hanging Leg Raises 2x6
- Cable Rope Crunches(reg and obliques) 2x4(4 reg and 4 each oblique)
SS w/ Hanging Knee Raises 2x8

This had to be the best workout day of this stack so far! I was just itchin to kill weights the entire time! And I mean literally itching, my skin had the tingling feeling from the Power Shock and pre wo AS that I love! I've weighed myself the last 2 days at the same time after my wo, after takin a piss and even before my protein shake, and i've been around 174 both times! so even if thats a little inaccurate I'm still lookin good on the weight gains! Energy and focus were great today, and I could really feel my pecs workin hard today! I think theyre making some progress, I'm already pumped to do chest again in 4 days to see even more improvement. I've changed my NitroCore 24 around btw, I was taking it at night while taking whey post wo, but I found out that calcium blocks the receptors for the ZMA that I'm taking. So I'm mixing 1 scoop of whey and 1 scoop of NitroCore post wo now so I can take my ZMA before bed without worries. Also means I gotta stop eating my cottage cheese before bed, but it's all good.

I hope to report some exciting stuff over the next couple days and then progress every week after that. Hope the thread becomes a little more exciting!

Just an update: I got a bottle of Creatine Monohydrate and a bottle of Glutamine. I'm going to add a regiment of 10g of Glutamine and 3-4.5g Mono post wo along with my 50g+ of both protein and carbs.

- Hammer Strength Lat Machine 4 45lb platesx6 6 45lb platesx6x2

- EZ Bar Cable Curls (Triple Sets) 80x8/70x6/60x4 90x8/80x6/70x4 100x8/90x6/80x4
- Preacher Curls 85x6x3
SS w/ Cross Body DB Curls 30x6 (each arm) 25x6x2
- BB Curls 85x6x2

- Seated Hammer Curls 30x6x3
SS w/ Hammer Curls 45x6x3


Felt really good today. Felt stronger on back exercises and the bicep exercises gave me great pumps and what seems like new spots of vascularity!
AS is still discusting, but I'm now mixing in a scoop of whey to dull the taste, sacking up, and just pounding the drink so I can get it over with. I think the results are gonna be worth the bad taste. I feel like this stack is allowing me to work harder because I'm pretty sore after the past few workouts.
I think I slept a little better last night, and had a pretty vivid and extensive dream, so thats definitely a positive.

Considering the massive hangover i had to get over today, the workout was great! Felt like a monster going into the work out. Hopefully I feel the same way for the rest of the cycle. Today was pretty short, just shoulders/traps again:

- DB Shoulder Press 45x8 65x6 75x6 (had help on first and last reps)
- Cable Lateral Raises 20x6 30x6 40x6
- Arnold Press 45x6 55x6 45x6

- BB Shrugs 185x6 225x6 275x6 315x6

I put a full scoop of whey in with the AS today and it wasnt quite as bad; makes it easier to just slam and get over with. But after doing that and taking my C-bol I felt like i was gonna kill someone, it was insane. I've been sweating a lot more than normal the last couple days. I also have been feeling more powerful in my lifts. I'm thinkin maybe some effects are starting to surface, but I'll wait til i get thru the 3 times of the same muscle groups to make another assessment.

Can't wait for the days to keep passing so I can see some more obvious results. Thanks for all the love btw, everyone keep up the good work!

Had a pretty intense workout today for a Leg/Tris day. Got the insane killer feeling again after slammin the AS. Workout looked like this:

- Squats 135x6 225x6 315x6 365x5
- Seated Leg Curls 87.5x6 112.5x6 125x6
- Calf Raises 400x6 400x6 500x6

- Pushdowns 80x6 120x6 150x6 170x6 180x6
- Tricep Press Machine 140x6 160x6 180x6
SS w/ One Arm DB Tri Extension 30x6x3
- Overhead DB Tri Extension 65x6 75x6 85x6
- Skullcrushers 65x6 75x6 75x6

Pumps were excellent today and HR was up. Felt like I was exerting more power on lifts. Feels like there is some improvement in power and strength. Very excited for Chest tomorrow!

I just wanted to note an interesting observation this morning. Obviously after going out on the weekends my body gets dehydrated and i drop like 3-4 lbs overnight in waterweight and all that. Usually, I wake and my body looks smaller and all sucked in or however u wanna describe it. However, this morning, even though i still had the usual weightloss overnight, my body looked really full still! My arms still look and feel very full like they would a few hours after working out, and my chest still looked full. Although its not a boast that i went out drinking again, I'm wondering if the stack is causing this to happen!

terrible freakin workout today. felt like i was gonna be sick at any moment. not even worth loggin this day. giving it serious consideration to stop use of the AS. almost feel like i would be justified in sueing the company for nearly inducing vomiting every time i ingest their product. anyways, i'll prolly start a different pre wo if anything so that i can actually focus on lifting, which supplements should allow me to do. Way to go LG Sciences
