First of all, big thanks to Rodzilla to sending me out two bottles of Dominate to try out and log. I am amped to get this log going, so let's go!

Initial Thoughts:
Looks to be an incredibly complete natural test-booster based on the label. Without going too much into the science (refer to Kerplunk's log for a more in-depth analysis of the profile),I am particularly intrigued by the inclusion of LCLT and any benefits I might notice due to its ability to enhance androgen receptivity, as well as the Forslean (which I expect to notice a bit of positive recomp from).

Dosing:
I may play around with the dosing schedule; for now however, I will be starting out on a 2/2/2 dosing scheme, with the first dose coming about 20 mins pre-breakfast, the 2nd dose pre-workout, and the 3rd dose prior to bed.


About Me:
For the duration of this log, I will be lean bulking.

I recently just switched my workout routine to a power/hypertrophy/HIT hybrid that I created based on what has worked well for me and on the inclusion of some new elements; barring something unforseen, I think I will be sticking with this for the duration of the log.

I have logged quite a few products in the past, though it's been a while since I've done a sponsored log (first semester I was just too busy). That will change this semester, and I hope to have a bit more time to focus on my lifting as well. I really want to pack on a few pounds of lean mass and up my strength in the process.

Yesterday was an off day, so today will be day 2 of the log...will be hitting up the gym in about a half hour for a workout and will report back on my thoughts then.

Workout:
For the first two days, I did not workout; one was my scheduled off day, and the other just happened unintentionally as I thought my gym was open later than it was. I was pissed, but it happens.

Strength:
N/A

Endurance:
N/A

Recovery:
N/A

Mood:
A bit too early to notice much of anything here yet.

Sleep:
It could just be my imagination, but sleep the 2nd night seemed a bit better than normal--I just woke up feeling more refreshed than usual. I look forward to this improving throughout the log :D

Libido:
On the way up already. Got a few random woodies on day 2, and morning wood seemed stronger than normal.

Appearance:
Too early to tell much here.

Workout:
Shoulders/Arms/Abs (day 3)
Legs (day 4)
**didn't write down the specific #'s, but workouts were very good

Strength:
Normal.

Endurance:
Seems to be about average, maybe up a little. Too early to tell I think.

Recovery:
Seems good; normally soreness is not much of a problem for me, so I won't be judging by that as much as how my body feels overall, if I'm feeling worn down, etc. Normally I have trouble working out for more than 3 days consecutively (my lifts suffer), but if my schedule gets hectic I might have to work out 4 or 5 days in a row and this should be a good stress test.

Mood:
Definitely up a bit. Feeling a bit more confident overall, and in the gym felt slightly more aggresive today.

Sleep:
Sleep wasn't great last night, but it was my first night adjusting to my bed back at school.

Libido:
Up considerably. Already. Nice!

Appearance:
Too early to tell much here. I am lean bulking, so I'm hoping Dominate, especially with the inclusion of Forslean, aids me in adding some nice, lean mass.

Amazing workout. Was in the zone today. Definite rep PR on flat DB bench; I may move up to the 80s next week. Wide grip pullups felt much easier than I had expected since I haven't done them in so long. I wanted to rack chins, but with all the new years resolutioners I had to deviate a bit from what I had planned. BB Rows were nice, believe I tied my PR there which was great.

Strength:
Definitely up slightly today. Hopefully this continues and leads to setting of numerous new PRs.

Endurance:
Great, did not tire at all during my workout. Definitely felt as if I could have kept going for longer.

Recovery:
Seems pretty solid so far.

Mood:
Definitely up a bit again. Feeling a bit more confident overall and had a bit of that alpha feeling in the gym which was fantastic.

Sleep:
Sleep was about average last night.

Libido:
Up.

Appearance:
Definitely noticing an increase in vascularity above baseline, especially during the workout. I like it :D

Another great workout. Even though it was my fourth workout in a row, performance did not drop off much. PR on the Smith BHN Press, very solid on everything else. Energy was not as high as yesterday, but it didn't seem to negatively affect me.

Strength:
About normal today, one slight PR and standard weight/small progress on everything else.

Endurance:
Great again. Did not tire during the workout, though the short post-workout cardio felt a bit harder than yesterday.

Recovery:
Seems pretty solid so far...4th workout in a row and still was performing up to normal, so I guess I'd say up a bit.

Mood:
Up slightly still. It's subtle, but its there.

Sleep:
Sleep was about average last night again.

Libido:
Nice and high.

Appearance:
Slight increase in vascularity is continuing. It's still to early to tell for any other effects really.

Other Thoughts:
Overall, I like how things are going thus far. First week is nearly in the books, and I am already feeling some positive effects.

I will also note that I have started to notice an increase in the oilyness of my skin, but nothing too bad.

Workout:

Off day today. I can tell, my body needs it after going hard with the weights 4 days in a row.

Strength:
N/A

Endurance:
N/A

Recovery:
Seems pretty solid so far. Though randomly my lower trap area is sore today, I have no idea why that is. Feels almost like I did heavy rows yesterday, except I didn't...just some DOMS I guess?

Mood:
About normal.

Sleep:
Better night's sleep last night.

Also, I seem to be consistently noticing that while my sleep hasn't felt any deeper or has been any longer, it seems I'm waking up feeling a bit more refreshed than usual both yesterday and today. Will monitor this.

Libido:
Up slightly.

Appearance:
Slight increase in vascularity is continuing. It's still to early to tell for any other effects really.

Other Thoughts:
Week 1 is in the books. Hitting legs hard tomorrow. Haven't done heavy squats for a little bit (I was focusing mainly on box squats for the past month), but I'm hoping things transfer over to a PR tomorrow.

I'm bulking slowly. I don't count calories really, but I have increased my calories over what my baseline caloric intake was before. Majority of protein coming from grilled chicken/steak, tuna, and eggs (as well as shakes), carbs coming from oats and whole wheat bread, and fats coming from any beef I eat plus natty pb, almonds, and olive oil mostly.

Bam! Great workout, I felt like I was in the frickin zone. PR rep wise on the first set of squats, and tied my PR rep wise with 305 on deadlifts. Was just very energetic and alpha with solid tunnel vision, love days like today.

Strength:
Decidely up today. I hope this continues.

Endurance:
It was a power day, so plenty of rest in between sets; as a result, I never really get too tired on these days.

Recovery:
Seems about average.

Mood:
Up today, especially during the workout. Felt alpha-ish, and it was awesome.

Sleep:
Sleep was a bit above average last night. Again woke up feeling nice and refreshed.

Libido:
Wow. High, very high.

Appearance:
Slight increase in vascularity is there still. About the same level of leanness. Perhaps starting to look a bit fuller, will monitor this.

Other Thoughts:
Exactly the type of day I am looking for. Lets keep it going!

Wow another phenomenal workout. This is again exactly what I am looking for, was in the zone again.

Strength:
Slightly up today as compared to last week. Added reps to barbell rows and incline presses.

Endurance:
Wow. Really high. I breezed through this workout, I was shocked by how almost easy it felt.

Recovery:
Wow my back was sore today, can definitely feel it from those drop set deadlifts.

Mood:
Up today, especially during the workout. Felt alpha-ish again, and it was awesome.

Sleep:
Sleep was average last night

Libido:
High High High. Almost ridiculously high.

Appearance:
Slight increase in vascularity is there still. Looked decidedly fuller today, hopefully this continues.

Other Thoughts:
Despite my diet sucking yesterday postworkout, it did not affect me today. Had just a great great day again, no complaints whatsoever.

Another phenomenal workout again today. Cruised through it, everything felt easy. I also had a huge pump on, and veins were very noticeable.

Really high. This workout just felt so easy.

Recovery:
Recovery seemed a bit faster between the rests of the shoulder exercises.

Mood:
Up today. Just feeling a tad more confident all-around.

Sleep:
Sleep was average last night.

Libido:
Wow. So high. I'm enjoying it :D

Appearance:
Huge pump and incredibly vascular during the workout today.

Other Thoughts:
Things are going very very well. Tomorrow will be an off day, then back into gear on Monday.

Awesome workout. Not only did I feel great and push it hard, but I was in and out in a little over 40 minutes which was sweet. Bummed that the leg press is broken yet again, but hopefully it'll be fixed by the next time I do legs.

Strength:
Up today. At the end of the previous semester, I was doing 145 for 3 sets of 9 on low box squats. Over the break I focused almost solely on box squats--however the box I was using in my other gym was a lot higher (only just below breaking parallel), so I wasn't sure how it would transfer over to the much lower box I like to use. Apparently, well :D

Endurance:
Really high. The sets of squats seemed slightly easier than normal.

Recovery:
Recovery between sets of squats was definitely better than it is normally, I just felt less tired.

Mood:
Up again today. Just feeling more confident all-around. It's subtle, but it's certainly there. Also felt very focused in the gym.

Sleep:
Sleep was deep last night! I think I was really tired, but I conked out for 9.5 hours and only woke up once. I never sleep that long, so it was a bit unexpected but likely needed.

Libido:
Down a bit today from the previous high levels, but still up somewhat.

Appearance:
Looking about normal today.

Other Thoughts:
Woke up really groggy at first today, probably due to sleeping much longer than normal.

After some initial skin oilyness, that seems to have substantially subsided at the present moment.

Amazing workout. Up in reps on pretty much everything. Wanted to bump up the weights on DB bench, but the 80s were in use so I stuck with the 75s. Regardless, things went very well.

Recovery:
Glutes/hams are a bit sore from yesterday, but not as much as I would have expected.

Mood:
About average today, I think because I'm a bit worried about internship stuff.

Bad workout. The first bad workout I have had since this log began. I just didn't have the strength today; shoulder strength sucked and though I did the same numbers as last week, it felt a lot harder. Basically upper chest/upper back were pretty sore from yesterday's workout, so I think I hadn't fully recovered from that workout. Tomorrow I will definitely be taking a day off.

Also, I think to avoid this issue again, I will flip-flop my leg day and shoulder/arms day, so that I have legs in-between my chest/back and shoulder/arms workouts. As a result, I will skip the heavy leg work this week, hence the inclusion of deads at the end of this workout as part of a finisher superset.

Strength:
Not great today.

Endurance:
Average.

Recovery:
I think I pushed it a lot harder yesterday than I thought, and it definitely affected me during today's workout.

Mood:
Up slightly still. It's subtle, but its there.

Sleep:
Sleep was deeeep last night.

Libido:
About average today.

Appearance:
Noticing the increased fullness again.

Other Thoughts:
Disappointed day, but hey it happens. Off day tomorrow to rest.

Workout:

Off. Needed to rest based on yesterday's workout, and it also gave me more time to get done a bunch of tasky ish that I needed to do.

Recovery:
Traps are a bit tight from the deads, back is still a bit tight. However, since I'm pushing it really hard as of late and focusing on the lats more, I'll take it as a positive sign of some growth :D

Mood:
Up slightly still.

Sleep:
Sleep was deeeep last night again. I woke up once and kinda stumbled to the bathroom, I was noticeably more out of it than I would have been sans Dominate.

Libido:
Up a tad today.

Appearance:
Noticing the increased fullness again.

Bam! Exactly the type of workout I was looking for. Was pissed off about the previous off-workout, as well as some other things, and I used that frustration as fuel in the gym. Had that don't f with me attitude, and it was great.

Strength:
Up today. Added a rep to pretty much everything, and bumped up weight on rows, flat explosive bench, and last rest pause wave of incline.

Endurance:
High. As mentioned above, was successful to add a rep to pretty much everything.

Recovery:
Good.

Mood:
Felt very aggressive and alpha-ish during the workout. As mentioned above, I was frustrated with a lot of things, which definitely gave me an nice attitude in the gym.

Sleep:
Sleep was great last night, deep again.

Libido:
Up some.

Appearance:
The increased fullness continues. Also, I've been really focusing on my back, stretching it out and feeling the muscles work, and I feel like it may be widening ever so slightly in the lower lat region (hence the soreness I felt a few days ago).

Amazing workout. Was in the zone, blew through this workout and was done in just over 40 mnutes. Was bummed that the leg press machine is broken (still!!), but otherwise workout was great. By the end of the workout, I was gassed.

Strength:
Up a bit today. Despite cutting down on rest, added a rep to basically everything save deads.

Endurance:
High. Cut down on rest between sets and still able to add a rep here and there.

Recovery:
Recovery between sets of exercises was definitely enhanced.

Mood:
Up again today. Felt very focused in the gym.

Sleep:
Sleep was deep last night, probably the deepest I've had with Dominate. Was out for a solid 9 hours straight without waking up once. I am a sometimes restless sleeper and regardless always wake up at least once, so to have this happen was very surprising.

Libido:
Up.

Appearance:
The fullness continues.

Other Thoughts:
I have been playing around with the final dosage a bit. Instead of taking two caps 45 mins to a half hour pre-bed, the past two nights I took it only 5 mins before bed. I think that may be why I have slept longer and deeper the past two nights. I will continue to monitor this.

Off.

Needed the day off today, so my rest day came just in time. Though I felt ok, I could definitely use a bit more time to recover.

Strength:
N/A

Endurance:
N/A

Recovery:
Good, not sore at all from yesterday.

Mood:
Up still. Easily one of the best aspects of Dominate, the subtle, confidence/occassional alpha-ness is great.

Sleep:

Unintentional off day today; it just ended up working out that way. I had a lot of work/class/meetings earlier in the day, and tonight my flag football league began, so I didn't want to lift legs too close to the games. Normally I would have said f**k it and lifted anyway, but since a few ex-NFL guys are in this league, I didn't want to exactly embarrass myself.

Strength:

Played two games of flag football, and didn't get too tired despite not really doing a ton of cardio for quite some time.

Mood:
After the pissed off feeling I had yesterday, I was nice and upbeat today. The confidence thing again with Dominate is huge, such a nice little boost there.

And the string of great workouts continue, despite being sore from football yesterday (been a while since I've run at full speed). Opted for low, heavy box squats today over regular squats since my knee was bothering me some from playing football yesterday, and they felt really good. Deadlifts were great, they felt much easier than I expected and with great form they were a PR. I didn't plan on doing front squats, but I had much more left than I expected after box squats and deads so I threw them in. Leg extensions also felt noticeably easier today.

Strength:
Up, and it feels goooood. Up in everything as compared to last week, PR with the traditional deads with great form, and things just felt easier.

Endurance:
Harder to judge on power days like today, but great. I did not tire at all, and as mentioned I threw in the front squats since I had a ton left in the tank.

Recovery:
Recovery from set to set was fantastic.

Mood:
Good, upbeat all day today.

Sleep:
Sleep was solid yet again last night, out like a light. In fact in my sleep I took my alarm clock off the dresser and hid it under my pillow. I don't remember doing it, but when I woke up a half hour late and found the clock buried beneath my pillow, I pieced it together. Still made it to class on time though.

Lackluster workout. My reason was that on Wednesday, while playing football, I tried to catch a punt one-handed from one of the practice squad kickers...and wow did I underestimate how hard it would be to catch. It hit my hand with a thud, and definitely jammed my thumb, to the point that I was in pain for the rest of the night. It didnt affect me negatively yesterday (only slightly during deads, but I was using straps), but on all bicep and some shoulder moves it was really noticeable today. My palm by the thumb is starting to bruise, and its been kinda swollen. Tried to push through it, it just made it very hard to grip dumbbells and hurt my workout overall.

Strength:
Hard to judge today due to the hand/grip issue really hindering things.

Endurance:
Seemed okay.

Recovery:
About average.

Mood:
Up slightly still. Such a nice aspect of Dominate.

Sleep:
Sleep was about average last night.

Great workout. After resting, some ice, and some ibuprofen, hand is almost back to normal and didn't affect me much today. I was in the zone, and was able to add some weight or a rep here and there to most exercises.

Up some today. Went up on the HS lat pulldowns and explosive presses, and added some reps to most other exercises.

Endurance:
Wow. Really high today. The day off definitely paid off, I felt well rested and did not tire out at all.

Good, very good actually.

Mood:
Felt very aggressive and alpha-ish during the workout. Love this feeling. Felt nice and upbeat outside of the gym.

Sleep:
Sleep was great last night, deep again.

Acne on the back is picking up some as of late.

On a different note, I have been making a concerted effort to be less reliant upon caffeine/pre-workouts this semester, and its been a gradual but so far decent transition. The biggest thing has been getting more sleep (fall semester I just had so many things to do I was really short changing myself sleep-wise, so I was heavily dependent upon caffeine and stims); I think this increase in sleep, plus Dominate helping some with sleep quality, has made the transition easier. I'm still using caff, but much less than before and my energy levels are just better overall.

Thanks. Palm is still bruised, but thumb only hurts a bit and its no longer a hinderance.

I've never done rest pause before this log, but my body needed a change and I'm really liking it. I am a fan of more volume normally, but as long as the workout is intense I generally enjoy it...and the rest pause is certainly intense.

lay down on the edge of your bed or on the floor, throw the ball up toward the ceiling n catch it. Also practice catching one handed this way. If you have someone to throw with, turn your back to them, they will throw the ball then tell you go. On "go" turn around quickly n find the ball. These drills improved my hands greatly when i was playing ball. Also remember to attack the ball on offense the same as on defense. Nothin pisses me off more than watching a receiver wait for the ball only to see the defender run infront of him for the pick

Endurance:

Recovery:
Recovery between sets of exercises was WOW! Phenomenal today, not sure what the difference was especially since I'm even going lighter on the pre-workouts...I was just able to jump into the next set a bit quicker than usual for nearly every exercise.

Mood:
Up again today. Felt very focused in the gym.

Sleep:
Sleep was deep and restful last night. Woke up feeling nice and refreshed.

Great workout today. Decided to drop the rest pause from my bi and tri exercises because I didn't seem to be responding as well to it strength-wise or visually as I hoped; therefore I went back to two regular sets per exercise, and the strength and pump felt much better. Just felt focused and driven throughout the workout.

Strength:
Up some. Made some progress on the BHN shoulder presses and DB arnold presses, as well as on the bench dips, so I'll take it. Otherwise a bit hard to compare #'s to last week exactly as I changed the scheme up a bit.

Endurance:
Great. Felt like I could keep going and going today.

Recovery:
Very good recovery set to set. I actually gave myself an extra second or two more than normal between the rest pause waves on the shoulder moves, and that seemed to helped significantly.

Mood:
Up. However, I will note that I received some news while in the gym that made me absolutely furious. This was interesting because I normally have an incredibly long fuse, and it takes a lot to get me angry...yet I seemed to go from confident/happy/aggressive with the weights to thoroughly pissed in a matter of seconds. Not only that, but after I finished working out I marched right down to the person of note's office and barged in so I could talk to them about the situation. I feel this is definitely something I would have not have done without much more deliberation and nervousness normally.

Sleep:
Sleep was good last night, and I felt well-rested this morning.

Libido:
High, but not as high as yesterday.

Appearance:
Increased fullness continues. I think I have definitely put on some mass, most of it lean. I haven't weighed myself yet, and I am not a huge follower of the scale, but I will weigh myself in the coming days just to get some sort of assesment.

Good point, I know the risk for injury there, I just like the feeling of them so much more than front presses and my shoulders definitely respond better to them. I make sure to warm up thoroughly before doing them, and I also do it on the smith so that I can lock the bar should I get stuck

Great workout. Pumped about the PR on the Arnold Presses, normally my shoulder strength progresses very slowly so I was surprised I was able to handle the 60s. My tri endurance was kinda shot after the bench dips, but other than that I was very happy with my workout.

Strength:
Up again, I am loving this. PR on the arnold presses, and made nice progress on compared to last week on everything else.

Endurance:
Great, except for the tris today. The post workout cardio though was an absolute breeze.

Recovery:
Solid from set to set today.

Mood:
Up slightly some.

Sleep:
Sleep was average last night. Despite being tired I slept a bit restlessly, not sure why.

Libido:
Elevated today for sure.

Appearance:
Fullness, hell yeah. Also, I noticed today that my chest looks bigger/more defined. Not sure if its one or the other or both, but I visually noticed a subtle change.

Definitely has been a great log bud. Oh and BTW...if you want to learn how to get great hands...take a page out of Jerry Rice's (the greatest Wide Receiver to ever grace a football field) book...put on some gloves and have some toss some bricks to you...it will make your hands soft and you'll be able to catch anything. I am being serious too...that is what Jerry Rice attributes his great hands to...when he was a teenager and working with his father he would catch bricks as part of the job.

Solid workout. Didn't eat as much pre-workout as I should have due to work, and I could tell during my workout. Made some progress on on pullups and incline press in spite of this however, so I can't complain.

Strength:
Up some. Increased reps in both incline press and pullups, as well as on first set on flat db bench. Note that I purposefully lightened the weight on the HS pulldowns in order to really focus on the stretch in the lats and to only use my lats to pull the weight.

Endurance:
Awesome. I did not tire at all, but that should be expected as I took the previous day off.

Recovery:
Recovery from set to set was fantastic.

Mood:
Nice and confident. Smooth energy in and out of the gym, and a solid, upbeat attitude.

Sleep:
Sleep was surprisingly subpar last night, not sure why that was.

Mixed results today. Again didn't eat enough before my workout and worked out fairly late at nght (which I never due), so that threw me off a bit. I think that's why DL suffered some as compared to last week. However, noticeable improvements on box squats and leg extensions, so the workout did have some positives.

Strength:
Average today. Up in leg extensions and box squats, down in DL, so about average on net.

Endurance:
Normal today. I think working out later at night the lack of quality food made me suffer slightly here.

Recovery:
Recovery from set to set was fantastic in spite of some other areas lacking. Was really surprised, but it was certainly nice.

Mood:
Up and down today due to some extraneous circumstances.

Sleep:
Better last night, but still not as good as I have grown accustomed to with Dominate.

Libido:
Down some today.

Appearance:
Still full. Feel like I look a bit bigger too.

Other Thoughts:
My plan is this: as I discussed with Rod, I will run this log until ~day 45, take a break from Dominate and use some other supps, then hop back on Dominate (finishing out this current can and then going into a new one I will buy) after a few weeks to continue part 2 of this log. Hell yeah!

Thanks, I intend to hammer my last few workouts with Dominate. Progress is the name of the game. I think I'm going to switch back to volume for a few more weeks once I stop Dominate, then switch back to a similar HIT type routine for round 2 with Dominate!

Great workout. Lightened weight on the explosive presses to focus more on really pushing the weight up as fast as possible. Also switched to pendlay rows after talking to one of my friends, and daaayum! Had a huge pump in the lats after the workout was over and I liked the way they felt, will definitely be sticking with them from now on.

Strength:
Hard to judge today, was less concerned with moving most weight possible this workout.

Endurance:
Great. Added reps, and felt as though I could keep going. Nice!

Recovery:
Very good from set to set.

Mood:
Felt aggressive in the gym, and good outside of it.

Was really aggressive today, and I had a ton of extra gas left in the tank, so I added in an extra rest pause set of both leg extensions and leg curls. When I was done, my legs were definitely swole.

Up some again, hell yeah. Love this aspect of Dominate. Bumped up weight on leg curls and leg extensions, and added reps fairly easily to box squats and deads.

Endurance:
Really high today. Workout was very fast paced, yet I still felt the need for more, hence why I added the extra sets. And I still had some left in the tank. Good stuff.

Recovery:
Recovery between sets of exercises was very good today, it was really impressive. This sped up the pace of my entire workout.

Mood:
Very focused and aggressive in the gym, was a great channel for frustration.

Sleep:
Sleep was deep last night. Not as long as I would have liked, but quality was good.

Great day in the gym. Arms were pumped, shoulders were looking big, had nice veins, and was nice and determined in the weight room. Finishing my final midterm of the week put me in a solid mood to really hit up the weights, and thats exactly what I did.

Strength:
Up slightly. Added reps to DB arnold presses, up in weight on DB Alt Curls and Hammer Curls while only losing a rep per set.

Endurance:
Great. Felt like I could keep going and going today, and I was actually there for longer than I intended.

Recovery:
Very good recovery set to set.

Mood:
Okay. Felt great to finish midterms, frustrated about some other stuff, so a mixed bag. In the gym though, with the iron, I felt great.

Sleep:
Sleep was terrible last night. My roommate wouldn't shut off the light for some reason, so it took me forever to fall asleep, and when I did it was a very light sleep.

Libido:
Normal today.

Appearance:
Increased fullness continues. Only one more day left with Dominate!

Overall Thoughts:
Incredibly impressed with Dominate. It thoroughly met and exceeded my expectations. Bottom line, I will definitely be buying and using again. In fact, since I stopped after 44 days, my plan is to break for a few weeks from t-boosters, then hop back on and finish out the rest of my current bottle and then buy another one :D But on to the details...

Strength:
Wow. Best aspect of Dominate in my opinion, by far. Granted, I did bump up my calories some, and slightly altered my routine, but I feel Dominate helped my strength increase much more rapidly than it would have normally. I set numerous PRs throughout the course of the log, nearly every time I was in the gym, including:
--flat DB bench press (where I had been stuck at a plateau for a while)
--incline BB press
--deadlifts
--squats
--leg extensions
--DB arnold presses
--wide grip pullups
--barbell rows

Really I could not be more happy with this aspect of Dominate, I think the PRs speak for themselves.

Endurance:
A bit harder to evaluate--I always have a pretty high endurance, and my routine was less volume based (and more HIT based) over the course of this log. However, my endurance was solid in nearly every single session. Numerous times throughout the course of this log, I had the feeling where I could just keep going and going in the gym (which is a great feeling, but hard to fight!)

Recovery:
Great. Only twice over the course of this log did I really feel run down for a particular day/have a bad workout. For me, this is the ultimate gauge of recovery, especially because I was really pushing myself hard in the weight room and was upping the weight and/or reps in each and every workout. To only have two off days is phenomenal in that span in my opinion.

Mood:
Fantastic. Overall, this and strength gains are the two biggest pluses of Dominate. In the gym, Dominate almost always gave me a very aggresive, alpha mentality--as in I'm going to destroy these weights, I have tunnel vision to hit these numbers, don't get in my way. I've had the tunnel vision before, but have never felt this aggressiveness on a consistent basis from any other t-booster (Drive, MyoTest, and Activate Extreme) I have ever tried. As a fairly easy going person normally, I really enjoyed this aspect.

Outside of the gym, felt a definite increase in confidence. Hard to describe exactly, I just felt more confident in myself and more at ease, especially in situations where I normally would be incredibly nervous (ie, interviews). Though this log did coincide with some minor personal issues that threw off my mood for a day here and there, I remained confident throughout.

Sleep:
Overall, sleep was very very good with Dominate. Most nights, I was out in a deeper sleep than I normally would be, and I found myself waking up slightly more refreshed as compared on normal on most mornings. Also, when I had the time, I found I was able to sleep longer than I normally would have without Dominate, which was great! I also barely wanted/needed to take a nap while using Dominate, which I see as an indicator of better sleep quality. Granted I didn't sleep like a rock every night, but 9 out of 10 nights sleep was fantastic.

Libido:
Libido was interesting. Almost from the first day, libido with Dominate was very high. For the first two weeks, libido was probably the highest it has been in recent memory, just insanely high. After that however, I noticed libido seemed to decrease some; it was still a bit high as compared to normal for the rest of the log, but not nearly as high as those first two weeks. Not sure why, but was a good effect throughout the log nonetheless :D

Appearance:
Solid results here. I certainly gained some mass, especially the chest area--the top of my chest looks more defined, and my chest looks thicker overall. Front delts look bigger as well. After weighing myself, I gained 4 pounds of solid mass over the course of the log, something I am incredibly happy with and expected as my strength was going up. I didn't seem to recomp as much as thought I potentially would given the inclusion of coleus forskohlii and my experience with past products that included it; however as I was on a bulk, this aspect was far less important.

Closing Thoughts:
Really enjoyed Dominate. Big thanks to BCS Labs for letting my try it out, as well as to all their reps for answering all my questions. Looking forward to round 2 in the near future.
