I attached a photo of my abs and I want to know if its good or bad. the area surrounding my lower abs is either my obliques or its where I store my fat. Considering that I have very low bodyfat I'm not sure what I'm looking at.

If it jiggles it's fat. But to be srs is it squishy or hard when you flex? Justgrab some calipers and pinch test it.

Its definitely hard. When I pinch test it, I can only get a little bit of skin. A lot of people seem to have that skinny line or oblique muscle that goes down their side while mine seems to cover my lower abs.

Genetically ****ty Oblique muscles or underdeveloped oblique muscles?

It's called the Adonis belt. All guys have it, just some are more muscular and or fatty than others.

What are good ways to improve their appearance,

I would assume any type of trunk rotation movement?

I'm not 100% what you mean by this:
"A lot of people seem to have that skinny line or oblique muscle that goes down their side while mine seems to cover my lower abs."

For the most part, the thickness of your Adonis belt is genetic, and yours already looks pretty thick..

You have the 2 oblique muscle that run down the sides to form the "V", and then you have your lower ab muscle which runs down the middle.

So technically any lower ab/external oblique exercise would help to develop this area.

Try sitting on the edge of the bench (the very edge) and instead of reg leg lifts. starts your feet almost touching the ground(in the center of you), toes out, and raise your legs to the left and right side. I just did them today and they work great. For me. I have basically same looking abs as you and I am trying to cut them a lot!!

Good luck man
