Like many other users, I have decided to participate in the Double-T 10-Week Challenge where I will be using CreaDyl and NO-Beta for 10-Weeks in hopes of making dramatic changes to my body.

My main goal is to put on as much muscle as possible while taking CreaDyl and NO-Beta, and if I happen to drop in body fat, that would be a plus.

- Muscle Juice Protein (For Weight Gain)

Now, over the next 10-Weeks I will be keeping this log updated with my daily workout routine, along with picture updates, and body measurements. I will also be rating CreaDyl and NO-Beta on the following criteria:

Since you are taking both i would take my 6 no-beta and wash it down with 1.5 scoops of creadyl. seems to work great for most this way

This.

You could even start with a lower dose of Creadyl too, I've used only 1 scoop for a while now and its worked great. If I really need an extra boost then I'll use 1.5 scoops, but its pretty rare

Do you guys down your CreaDyl before you workout, or do you drink it before and during?

I ask because it says to drink it before and during on the packaging, so thats what I have been doing.

Thanks! Just wish my stomach was in better shape. My rib-cage is huge though, so really my chest needs to be built up and my abs need to be worked. DoubleT should help with that!

NOTE: Right around when I started the Incline Dumbbell Press I started to have some extreme stomach discomfort. Bad enough that I called it quits and headed back to my house. At this time I decided this was a product of something I ate the previous evening.

Thoughts: Due to the stomach discomfort, I really did not get a chance to evaluate how I felt during the workout. Although I felt much better that evening, so I went back to the gym to try and give my chest another workout. So here is the second workout of the day.

Thoughts: Felt really good during this workout. No stomach discomfort, so I really think it was something I ate. I had plenty of gas left in the tank, but since I had worked my chest some earlier that morning I did not want to risk over-working my chest. I also felt like I was a lot stronger, like I could have easily gone up in weight for each one of my lifts.

Taste: 10/10 (Not what I expected from the Lemon Line CreaDyl, it had more of a creamy taste to it, but it was certainly good.)

Mixability: 9.5/10 (Seems to be just a small amount that settles in the bottom of my mixer. Plus there is a small foam build-up when you shake it up, but it goes away really quickly)

Energy: 9/10 (For now just a 9 since I really did not get a chance to find out since I had my workout broken up into two parts this day.)

Stamina: 9/10 (Did not spend a lot of time in the cardio area, but while I was there I felt in the zone, like I could go for days. So I am anxious to see where my stamina is on days I really push cardio.)

Pumps: ?/10 (I don't like to judge Pumps until I have had an Arm day. The Arms are what really tell me when something gives me a good pump.

Recovery: ?/10 (Nothing to report yet since this was the first day using CreaDyl and NO-Beta)

Side-Effects: 9/10 (For now I don't think my stomach discomfort was caused by these products, so I give this category a 9, but still could change, we will see.)

DAY 2

Follow-Up: I felt good today, my chest was a little sore from my workout yesterday, so at least I know I gave it somewhat of a workout.

NOTE: Today I am working out in the evening, so I took my first dose of CreaDyl on an empty stomach this morning. I mixed it with about 20oz. of water and downed it in about 5 minutes or so. Shortly after I started to get really hot and my upper body (arms, chest, back, and head) all turned bright red. It was like I had broken out in hives or something. No itching sensation, but I felt really warm. The warmth lasted for about 20 minutes, and my skin did not turn back to its normal color until about 1 hour later. Any thoughts? This did not happen yesterday, or during my workout tonight, so I am thinking because I drank it all in 5 minutes might have been the reason?

Energy: 10/10 (Moving up in the world. I felt full of energy, and not that jittery energy you get from some stuff, I felt focused, in control, and ready to do work for as long as I needed)

Stamina: 9/10 (Nothing really to report other than I never got tired through my workout. I should probably test my cardio sometime soon.)

Pumps: ?/10 (Tomorrow is Arm day, so I will report on the pumps then.)

Recovery: ?/10 (Still a question mark for me, let me see how my legs feel tomorrow.)

Side-Effects: 5/10 (I did not like what happened when I took that morning dose, as I mentioned above. We will see if it happens again.)

The discolored skin is quite common in the beginning - did you take it on an empty stomach?

I did. I am taking a dose now on an empty stomach, so we will see if it happens again.

Other than that I am REALLY pleased with this stack so far. I feel like I have unlimited energy and strength in the gym. I see good things coming from using these products.

You are getting the niacin flush and probaly feeling the beta alanine working, perfectly normal.

Does this eventually stop? Just finished my morning dose and again, really hot in my upper body slightly red.

If it never goes away, I am just going to pump out some push-ups whenever I am taking it without working out. Every time I work out I never had this problem.

Day 3

Took a rest day. I have been off my sleeping schedule, so I did not get to bed till real late last night, which means I missed my early morning wake-up call, and it is impossible to get in a workout at my gym at night. So many people show up just to stand around and take up space, really pisses me off.

Anyways, first dose I had the same issue with getting really hot and turning red, although I did not have this issue for the evening dose.

Tomorrow will be Arms and Shoulders for me, so I will have a lot to report tomorrow since Arms are probably my favorite workout.

Thoughts: A solid workout, felt good, but I felt a little drained. As state earlier, my sleep schedule is all messed up, and last night I got maybe 4 hours of sleep, so I have been dragging all day. Other than that, I had a good, focused workout.

Taste: 10/10

Mixability: 9.5/10

Energy: 10/10 (Felt great during the workout.)

Stamina: 9/10 (Nothing really to report other than I never got tired through my workout. I should probably test my cardio sometime soon.)

Pumps: 10/10 (Excellent pumps. My arms felt huge today, and measured at 13.25 inches, up from 12.5 inches resting. A really nice pump.)

Recovery: 10/10 (Recovery seems to be excellent while taking this stack. My legs have felt great the past two days since I worked them, and I am ready to hit them hard again tomorrow.)

Side-Effects: 5/10 (Still getting hot and red when I take the CreaDyl without doing anything else. Seems to be lessening up though, so maybe it will stop after a few more doses.)

Thoughts: A really good workout for me. I don't like working legs, I find it boring, and I usually never do heavy weight with low reps to failure. But today I was focused, ready to go and push myself to get those last reps that I normally would not attempt in a leg workout.

Taste: 10/10

Mixability: 9.5/10

Energy: 10/10 (Felt great during the workout.)

Stamina: 9/10

Pumps: 10/10

Recovery: 10/10

Side-Effects: 7/10 (Did not get hot or break-out today, so I have gave this area a few more points. We will see over the next few days if I experience those effects again.

Do you guys down your CreaDyl before you workout, or do you drink it before and during?

I ask because it says to drink it before and during on the packaging, so thats what I have been doing.

I drink mine pre-workout like you've been doing.

Usually sip on a BCAA product like Glutacene during the workout.

Also that hotness and uncomfortable feeling was just a niacin flush with a little beta-alanine tingling thrown into the mix. Its probably because you took it on a completely empty stomach. Your body will get used to it quickly, its perfectly normal

Giving my body a rest day, after hitting my legs hard it probably needs it. Trying to maximize growth. I will probably be switching up my routine tomorrow to incorporate more heavy lifting, limiting my reps and what not.

Good new is that I think I have my sleep schedule fixed, so I should be able to make my early morning workouts as originally planned. I really need to get in the habit of working out in the morning.

Another positive is that both doses of creadyl today were taken on an empty stomach and NO niacin flush, so it looks like I might be passed that stage.

For those following the conversation going back and forth about the niacin flush, it seems to hit me hard if I wake up and drink some creadyl first thing. Although if I drink it between meals, it doesn't hit me at all. This is something one can easily work around. So if you want to avoid the very uncomfortable niacin flush, try taking your solo-dose between meals and not when you first wake up.

ANOTHER NOTE: I am very pleased with my first week using CreaDyl and NO-Beta, so I have already placed an order for a few more tubs of CreaDyl so I will be sure not to run out.

Yeah, it was terrible. One sleepless night threw me off for the whole week. I needed my weekend to reboot.

My gym here is SO crowded at night you can't get anything done. Everyone just stands around talking and not doing work, really annoying. In the morning there is next to no one lifting, and those who are, are actually doing work.

It kind of sucks during the weekend though, because the gym doesn't open until 9am on Saturday, and 12pm on Sunday, so that kind of throws me off from my usual workout time also.

Oh well.

I usually do free weights, and I just recently got on the smith machine because I am trying to get my body used to doing the heavy lifts again, like Bench, Squat, Deadlift, etc etc. Now that I have hit those a few times I am jumping back on to the free weights. Another reason I have been hitting the machines is because I've been hitting the gym at night, and all the new years resolution people are crowding the free weights section, so it is impossible to get in a solid workout. At least the machine area is less crowded, so I can get in a good workout there.

Anyways, I'm back to morning workouts. Gym was closed today, but I'll be back in there tomorrow hitting the free weights :-D.

NOTE: Not sure how crowded everyone's gym is, but maybe I'll get a picture on my phone and post it. It is crazy how crowded it is, and mainly because people just stand around.

NOTE: My gym is closed today, so I had to settle for a dumbbell workout at my house. My arms were a little fatigued from yesterday, but I hit them hard, trying to squeeze during every rep. Really got a good pump going and my arms feel great. May not seem like much, but the squeezing of the muscles really tired my arms out.

Also, drank my CreaDyl before my workout today. No difference as far as I can tell. I will drink it before my workout a few more times to see if there is any difference in the way I feel during my workouts.

Yeah, I was hitting the free weights all the time, but I didn't want to jump back into doing heavy weight on my bench and squat until I hit the Smith Machine first. I'm without a training partner, so the last thing I want is to injure myself.

So I felt really tired today, kind of weak, so I thought a day off was in order. I have been following a '2 day on, 1 day off' routine anyways, so why not? But tomorrow I am switching over to a '3 day on, 1 day off' routine and switching up the muscles I work a little. I'll try and follow the following routine for a while.

Day 1: Legs (Cardio Optional)
Day 2: Chest and Arms (Rowing Machine After)
Day 3: Back and Shoulders (Rowing Machine After)
Day 4: Off
..Then Repeat..

I'm switching to this so I can focus on heavy lifting for my big muscle groups, and then get a little work in my smaller muscle areas, like Biceps, Triceps, and Shoulders. I believe this might be a more optimal routine for me to gain some serious size.

NOTE: I can't really tell yet, but I think I may be one of those people whos' back grows faster than their chest. I'll find out soon enough.

I need some advice. I have been bulking for a while now, at first very slowly, then over the past 2 months or so I have fluctuated between a serious bulking diet and a moderate one. Anyways, I kept telling myself once I hit 185 I would start to cut the fat, but I haven't been gaining anymore fat and I am right now about to break 190. Do you think I should start to cut the fat now, or keep going with my bulk?

DAY 11

NOTE: My stomach really started doing flips when I finished with my Squats. It felt like serious hunger pains and I could not get them to stop. Forgot my clif bar at home. Anyways, cut the workout a little short, but I am going to have to start eating a bit more before I workout even though I don't like working out on a full stomach.

Sleep: 5 hours (I really need to make it a point to be in bed early so I can get at least 7 hours of sleep. I can always take a nap later in the day, but I want at least 7 hours at night.)

To answer your question, it really depends...do you think you've put on enough mass for the moment? How do you like what's in the mirror? Do you want more size in certain areas?

If you're happy with your size, you could do a slow cut to reveal your hard-earned muscles even more :D If not, then keep bulking...I don't really go by #'s anymore, because muscle is denser than fat, so whether your 180 or 250, it just depends on what you look like.

I know I would look pretty good if I cut my fat now, but my overall goal is to be larger than what I am now. I don't like the size of my arms, and I am really trying to build up my chest as well. However, the small gut I have gained from bulking has got to go at some point. I would like to see my abs at some point.

So I guess I just need to make a choice and stick with it. I think that for now if I am not gaining anymore fat, maybe sticking to the bulk for a while longer won't be such a bad idea.

Well I usually weigh myself and measure my body fat first thing in the morning. I have one of those scales with the sensors on the feet, and the hand sensors to determine your body fat. Not sure how accurate it is, but I am sure it is close enough.

Anyways, just weighed myself, 190 lbs, and got my body fat. Well, looks like its time to change the diet. I cannot be having 22% body fat, so I am going to see what I can do about that.

Stamina: 10/10 (Those first 5 to 10 minutes doing cardio are rough, but after that it is like I could go forever.)

Pumps: 10/10 (Really good pump in my triceps and biceps. I would like to feel more of a pump in my chest though.)

Recovery: 10/10 (Recovery still seems to be excellent.)

Side-Effects: 7/10

Thoughts So Far

Well, I have used up my first tub of CreaDyl (Not to worry though, I have two backup tubs ready to go), so I thought I would give my thoughts on the Double-T stack up to this point.

Taste: The taste of CreaDyl is absolutely amazing! I am referring to the Lemon Lime flavor, since I have yet to try Orange Cream. It has a creamy taste to it, which certainly does not hurt the taste at all. This is probably one of the better tasting supplements I have ever tried. 10/10

Mixability: CreaDyl mixes better than most other supplements I have tried. There always seems to be a small gathering of white crystals (sugar?) at the bottom of my mixer, but other than that it seems to mix quite nicely. After a quick shake there is a slight foamy build-up at the top, but that quickly goes away. 9.5/10

Energy: I seem to have plenty of energy for each one of my workouts, but it is not a false sense of energy. I was lacking some much needed sleep one workout, and I could tell, but I was still alert and able to complete my workout. So I really like that about this stack. It is more of a focused energy rather than some 'Red Bull' effect. 10/10

Stamina: I have yet to really put this to the test, and I am one of those people that really does not like cardio. My stamina on my own is generally pretty poor when it comes to running, but I can usually ride a bike all day long. Anyways, I have recently added cardio to the end of my workouts and the first 5-10 minutes are rough, but after that I feel like I could go for days. 9/10

Strength: It may be too early to really tell, but I feel like I am much strong in my lifts. I hit squats the other day and thought I would get 5 or 6 reps at 195 lbs, but I knocked out 10 reps with ease and could still go. So as of right now, strength is great and I hope to see if greater gains in that area as the weeks roll by. 10/10

Pumps: I get some great pumps when I am working my arms. My biceps and triceps really blow up, but I have a hard time getting a good pump (and keeping it) anywhere else. Can't say I can blame the stack for this though, since I get an excellent pump in my arms, I just think it is more difficult for me to get a good pump anywhere else. 9/10

Recovery: Recovery seems to be excellent. The next day after my workout I feel slightly sore, but the following days I feel great and ready to go again. I have no trouble going from workout to workout and giving it my all. 10/10

Side-Effects: The only side-effect I can mention is the niacin flush you get when you take CreaDyl on a completely empty stomach. So if I wake up and the first thing that goes into my body is a dose of CreaDyl, I get a real bad flush, my body heats up, turns all red, and I start to itch slightly. Sort of a cool feeling, but there is also the part of me that really doesn't like it. Although this is a most uncomfortable side-effect, it can be easily avoided by eating something before taking the CreaDyl. 8/10

Total: 75.5/80

As of right now I stand by this product. It seems to be working extremely well and I am very anxious to see what gains I actually make over the 10-week period.

One thing I will say is that this stack is slightly different from anything else I have tried. It is kind of hard to explain, but the best way I can describe it is on this stack I really don't FEEL anything. By that, I mean that when I have taken other supplements before, I can sort of feel them working in a way. A sudden boost in energy, or the urge to rip someones head off, things like that. But with CreaDyl and NO-Beta, it seems like it works in the background, silently assisting me in my everyday workout. If that makes any sense.

The first couple times I took CreaDyl it kind of hit me, but from there it just kind of moved to the background. But I still feel like it is certainly helping me with my workouts. I actually kind of like the idea that it works silently for me, everything feels natural when I'm in the gym.

Yeah, I am almost at the 28 day (4 week) mark, so I'll be taking some new pics then. I can't say I really see a difference myself, but I see myself every day. I also don't have a full body mirror, so it sucks to not be able to really scope out any gains.

I just hope I haven't accidentally over-trained, hindering my growth. I don't think I have, but I have been reading so much about over-training lately, it seems like something that really needs to be kept in check. I don't know.

I will attempt to get in some body weight exercises to avoid a 3 day period of doing no work at all.

I can definitely see improvements from your starting pics. Work on the posing (I'm having to do this too). It will make you look 10x better! Are you doing much cardio? If not, you definitely need to incorporate some HIIT in your routine to burn the extra fat. Keep up the good work, and you will continue to see progress. Good luck, bro!

Yeah, I have been getting in some LISS cardio at the end, but I will probably try and fit in some HIIT sessions to help with the fat loss. I feel like I have reached a weight where I will be comfortable cutting from now.

Thanks for the input bro, I will certainly look into the posing, and I am going to really work these last 6 weeks to get the best gains possible. I would really like to increase my strength even more, and being close to visible abs would be nice.

DAY 32: Off

Sleep: 10 hours (Kept waking up in the middle of the night, every 3 hours or so)

Basically I got up this morning and my body said 'NO' so I slept in a little. This also might have something to do with TestX6 which I just started taking, so we shall see. I will start posting updates about that now that it will be a part of my supplement routine for the duration of the bottle.

Also, I think I will try and get to the gym today for some cardio, but no weights.

DAY 32: Supplement Update

I really am taking a day off today, I feel like I could use it. So I will use this time to talk about my experience with the Double-T CreaDyl and NO-Beta stack, as well as my brief experience with TestX6 by Double-T.

First, the Stack:

It is real simple, this stack is AMAZING! CreaDyl tastes amazing, either the Lemon Lime or Orange Cream, you can't go wrong. I never feel jittery or uncomfortable in any way when I take these supplements, and the only time I do is when I take a dose of CreaDyl on a COMPLETELY empty stomach, which causes me to get the Niacin Flush which can be quite uncomfortable for 15 minutes or so. However I just simply make sure I have a little food in my stomach before I take any CreaDyl.

Now, I will be honest and say that I am having a hard time feeling the muscle pump from this stack now. I plan to do the Double-T NO-Beta Bulging Biceps routine sometime soon, so this should really get me a good pump.

The high point of this stack has got to be, without a doubt, the strength gains. I have hit more PRs in such a short amount of time than ever before. I really feel like I am making some serious progress, and pretty quickly as well. I am more than pleased with this aspect of the stack, and it will probably be a staple point in my supplement routine for some time to come.

I don't have much to report here yet since I have only been taking TestX6 for 2 days, but I will say the second night taking it I had an excellent night of rest. Not only did I sleep well, but I also had several vivid dreams which was kind of nice. This let me know I really got into the deep stages of sleep and stayed there for a while. But I did kind of oversleep. It felt so good to be in bed I just kept rolling over and drifting back to sleep.

As far as strength goes, I will have to report more on this after a few more days of use.

No, I haven't tried straps. I might try that when I eventually get some. I will say this though, I think my problem may have a lot to do with technique. For me it seems like my arms are doing way more work than they should have to in my pull-ups. I think if I can work on my technique and get my back to take on more of the workload I might do a lot better.

No, I haven't tried straps. I might try that when I eventually get some. I will say this though, I think my problem may have a lot to do with technique. For me it seems like my arms are doing way more work than they should have to in my pull-ups. I think if I can work on my technique and get my back to take on more of the workload I might do a lot better.

The only way i got better was to get extremely tired (sprints on a treadmill, bench press, etc) and then do pull ups until I felt like I was going to throw up! Now i can smash out about 10-15 for 3 sets.

Pull ups take time to get good at! Put in the time, you will get the results!

I like doing KettelBell work, it is certainly outside my normal routine, and it really works you. Certainly best for High Intensity Workouts, so you would not want to use them for huge strength and size gains. A lot of Mixed Martial Arts Fighters do a lot of KettleBell work, because it does give you Explosive Power. There are quite a lot of exercises you can do with them as well. So if you get a chance and are looking for something new and outside the box, give them a try.

TestX6 Review

Sleep: 9/10 I give this score based on the quality of sleep I have been getting while taking TestX6. Ever since I have moved to my current place of residence I have not been able to sleep worth a damn. Maybe its my roommate keeping it extremely warm in the house, or the crappy bed, but ever since I have started taking TestX6 I wake up feeling well rested even though I occasionally wake up several times through the night. I am able to fall right back to sleep after I wake up, so that is another plus. Good quality sleep while taking this product. I also experience plenty of dreams, even though I don't always remember them.

Strength: 10/10 Even while on my cut diet right now, I still feel strong, and I am even still hitting personal records. So I would have to say the increase in strength while taking TestX6 is very noticeable, even significant. Very pleased with this aspect of the product.

Sex Drive: 10/10 This score is based on me not feeling the need to hump every woman I see. I am currently single, so I am not sleeping with anyone currently, but I do like the fact that I don't feel the need to go out and get laid.

Glutacene Review

Energy: 10/10 I feel great during every workout, full of energy and ready to lift some iron. I think that statement speaks for itself.

Recovery: 10/10 I still get sore after a hard workout, but my muscles seem to recover quite quickly and allow me to hit the gym just as hard as the last day. So I certainly have to give props to this supplement for that alone.

Taste: 11/10 Thats right, 11/10. This is the greatest tasting supplement I have EVER had. The flavor I believe I have tried is Strawberry and it is AMAZING. If you are interested in an Intra-Workout supplement, I would recommend this one on taste alone.

Mixability: 9.5/10 Despite what the label says, this actually mixes quite nicely after some vigorous shaking. All that is left in the end are a few small white particles, but that is not a problem at all.

Thanks Bro! My rest time between heavy lifts, like those shoulder presses, is usually between 1.5 Minutes - 2 Minutes. For anything 8 reps or higher I am resting around 30 seconds to 1 minute. I might start logging my rest times, but I wear my watch now to make sure I don't rest too long, or not rest long enough. I used to think I was resting long enough for heavy lifts, but I wasn't.

Sleep is good overall. The thing is, I have not been able to sleep good here in Clemson ever since I moved down here. There is constant noise from the road outside my apartment, my heater is VERY loud when it kicks on, and I think my bed might be a bit too stiff. So I still wake up every now and then, but I do feel like I get a better quality of sleep since I started taking TestX6.

Now on two occasions I have been out of town visiting friends, and both times I have slept like a baby.

So overall I think TestX6 allows you to get better quality sleep, it just won't keep you asleep all the time. I would rather wake up 3 times a night but still get good quality sleep, than sleep through the whole night and wake up feeling like I got Zero sleep.

I'm going to get this for my husband. The poor guy has the worst time getting decent sleep for various reasons, the main one due to being on call as a firefighter. This would be good if it would help him settle into decent sleep in-between calls or after a long busy day of running.

Well, the trip to Alabama was alright, but took a lot out of me. I did not get very good sleep out in the freezing cold, so when I got back today, I was way to drained to hit the gym. I have been forcing myself to stay awake so I can sleep tonight, wake up tomorrow morning, and hit the gym hard.

Looks like you hit chest pretty good, and the barbell curls would be good enough for bi's as you don't really need to work them too much because they come into play with so many other exercises. Good work!

Went back to the gym tonight and got in a good 20 minutes of cardio on the elliptical.

-16 Minutes (Alternating every minute between low intensity and high intensity.)
-4 Minutes (Cool down.)

Heart Rate stayed around 165 BPM for the duration of this cardio session.

No, when I bulk I will be upping the weight as often as I can. Basically depending on what I am doing, if I can hit a certain number of reps for each set of a given lift, I will up the weight the next workout.

Ah, I have done 8 a few times now and really don't notice a HUGE difference. My legs did get more of a pump today, not much, but some is better than none. I might need to take my NO-Beta dose to 10 on leg days.

Honestly, after taking NO-Beta and CreaDyl for almost two months now it's hard to really tell if anything is affecting me different. Bet if I went off for a week or two, then back on, I would get hit like a freight train :D

Honestly I don't see much of a difference. Plus these random weekends away from home have really done a hit on my diet. I am hoping I will have dropped a lot more bodyfat by the end of the 10-weeks.

As always I will let you guys be the judge of how I look. But the bottom line in my opinion is I have gained so much strength while on this stack, that when I start back with a bulk, we will probably see some huge changes.

I am thinking about investing in a full body mirror, what do you guys think?

Ah, hard to say. I dont see a huge difference, but I have stopped eating for size and am trying to cut bodyfat (you know). So far due to my weekend getaways there have been some lapses in my cut diet, so I have not made as much progress as I would have liked.

I'll just have to get everyone's opinion when I post my pics. But like I said early, the bottom line is I have huge strength gains over the last 8 weeks, so it is just a matter of time before I start putting on some serious muscle mass.

Haha, yeah, my arms were dead by the time I got through the two sets on Biceps, so I stopped ;)

I don't know what it is, but if I don't do a lot of volume I never feel worked the next day. When I lift heavy with low volume, sure I am working hard in the gym, but after I never get that muscle soreness. Higher volume also lets me get a good pump going on in the gym. So maybe I am just one of those High Volume guys :D

I honestly don't know, lol. We have these machines, I think they are LifeFitness machines, or maybe HammerStrength, we have both. Anyways, the ones with MTS on them allow you to move each body part individually. So for example, the MTS Row allows me to pull with my right arm, then my left, separately. I usually pull with both at the same time anyways, but each side still gets worked with the same weight, like dumbbell training, so my strong side doesn't take on the majority of the weight.

Note: This tells me I did not gain much as far as size goes, but I also did not eat for size during the whole contest. Also, I made tremendous gains in strength, so in my eyes this contest was a Win for me.

Thoughts

As I stated above, I did not gain much size, but again, I did not eat for size all the time. I am still not very good with my diet, but I am slowly fixing that.

However, during these 10 weeks I have made leaps and bounds in my strength. So I am very excited for what the future holds for my gains once I get my diet dialed in, and everything else in order.

This has truly been an excellent experience, and I would recommend DoubleT products to anyone!

I appreciate your constant support David! It's people like you and everyone else who constantly posts words of encouragement that can keep us going sometimes.

I think I am going to take a week off, just kind of relax and catch up on some school work. Really stressed right now with this whole grad school thing, and the strain I have put my body through probably isn't helping me right now.

So after this week I plan to start up a workout log and get even more detailed with it. I would consider it an honor if you'd stop by every now and then. And of course, if you plan to get another log up and running, you can count on me for support.
