January 9th - March 13th

Well it's officially "on". I received my supplements last week and posted my pics on January 9th (official start date) but I really didn't get started until yesterday. Its easier for me start on Monday's. The weekend just throws my whole plan off :)

I actually started weight training last year this time, however, I got really off track with family issues and struggles. I'm am glad 2009 is finally over and I'm ready to accomplish some goals this year. It's a "must".

I have several things I would like to accomplish these next 10 weeks. My ultimate goal is to shred 60lbs and build some serious definition. It would be cool to compete one day.Well see where the road leads.

Ok here is the plan to start

Cardio in the morning and weight training in the evening. I'm trying to up my cardio to twice a day. Its a struggle but I gotta do it.

No Beta - 4 tablets - Started on this dosage 1/11/10- 30 minutes before my weight training session. I felt the tingling in my lips within a few minutes.

Creadly - 1.5 scoops. I got the Lemon/Lime. Its a taste I have to get used to but it packs a powerful punch.

I could really feel the effects of this combo. I was able to push out a couple more reps with each exercise. My endurance picked up which was nice.

Workout
I am following the P90X routine modified a bit. The plan is to work each muscle group (2x) a week.

Mon - Chest,Back & Abs
Tues - Shoulders & Biceps
Wed- Legs & Abs
Thur - Chest, Shoulders & Tri's
Fri - Back & Biceps
Sat- Legs, Tri's & Abs
Sun - Rest

Diet
7:00AM - Meal 1
Protein Shake

10:00AM - Meal 2
3/4 c - Oatmeal w/ wheat germ, rasins & almonds

1:00PM - Meal 3
1 can tuna
1 cup salad
wrapped in a whole weat tortilla w/ 1 tbls italian dressing

4:00PM - Meal 4
Protein Shake or bar

7:00PM - Meal 5
4 oz Salmon, Tilapia or Chicken breast
1 cup - Salad w/ 2 tbls of Italian dressing

10:00 PM - Meal 6
Protein Shake or Bar or
Apple slices w/ PB

I've been keeping the diet clean. Diet is the key to all of this and my biggest challenge in life. Its a daily struggle but I am working on it. Keeping the meals at every 3 hours.

I workout at home. Can't afford a gym membership right now so I just make do with what I have. Got in late last night so my workout was pushed back late - really late - like 11:00. I was determined not to talk myself out of it so I went ahead and took (4) tablets to get the rush going. I figured once I felt it kick in I would get my butt up and start pumping. I am surprised how intense the trainings get with the combo. I could actually feel a warm sensation in my biceps. The tingling was more intense last night - my whole face tingled this time and my left ear really warmed up. That was a strange feeling but it passed after about 20 minutes.

The workout kicked butt - switched between 10 & 20lbs weights

Well I have been slacking on my posts so I am catching up today. Completed week one. Didn't drop any weight but I can see some changes when I look in the mirror. I have been sore everyday so that must mean something :)

Morning - Uggg missed cardio this morning. Its been a real challenge to do any cardio this week but trying to stay focused.

Evening - Didn't get my workout in tonite. My husband wanted to go to the movies which we haven't been able to do in soooooo long so it was nice. We saw The Book of Eli - it was really good. Denzell is the man as usual :)

I told myself I would hit the weights when we got home which was around 10PM but that didn't happen. My body was beat so I opted to rest.

1 can tuna - (this is about the easiest thing to bring for lunch especially when Im rushing)

Handfull of mixed nuts and a 1/3 an apple

Missed dinner - the movies just messed me up so I shared some popcorn and a diet coke with the hubby

Week (2) is ON

Lets do this again. Feeling stronger everyday. Celebrating MLK Day and off from work so I was able to get in a really good workout. Still feeling the combo work everytime I take it. My body usually feels nothing by this point when trying new supplements. I am trully happy for this. I still get the tingling though after I take the tablets like before. It kicks in when I start drinking the Creadyl.

Eating was a little off but not too bad. I mainly just didn't eat enough. Snacked a few times. It's hard to keep track when I am not in my usual routine like at work but this is a constant struggle I am working on. I'm going to try to do a cleaninsing these next (4) days to jump start my weightloss. I have done this diet many times before and it does work. Yes its mostly water weight that's lost but its weight nonetheless and I will take it right about now. I will go back to clean eating once I'me done.

Today was Chest and Back - Tony is beast - P90X rocks.

Still feeling good. Getting stronger everyday. Starting my (4) day cleansing diet today. Its strict but effective. I thought I would be starving but I am doing pretty good this time.

Was able to knock out 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill this morning. Gotta keep the momentum going. Was a stressful day at work - don't you just want to bitch slap your co-workers sometimes - ugghh

Yes they are - I'm loving P90X - its structured which is what I need since I can only work out at home right now. Getting some definition in the biceps for sure.

Crappy Crappy Day - Feel awful. Just stressed and depressed. Family struggles hitting hard so I couldn't get focused - didn't work out - barely ate anything - just drained. Got to shake this and get my mind right. Ugghh

Sorry to hear you're feeling down right now.

I don't know if this will help in your case, but when I'm feeling kind of overwhelmed by the realities of life, I do a quick search of google images of fitness women. Seeing people who look the way I would like to helps to get my head in gear. Not all the time, sometimes it does the trick.

Keep our head up. Hope you feel better. I feel that way sometimes, I take it out on the weights. That usually make me feel better afterwards.

Yeah P90X is a beast. There are alot of exercises. I can't belive he fits them in an hour but its a really good workout. I can only do a few one arms - trying to work my way up with the correct form.

Well I'm entering week (3) - down 5lbs. Last week was a struggle but I'm trying to stay positive. It never fails - when you try and really focus on your goals - lifes challenges hit you the hardest. Gotta keep my eye on the prize

Started out this morning with cardio on the treadmill. Was able to get in at least 20 minutes @ 4mph with the incline raised to the max. I sipped on the creadly throughout. I don't take my No-Beta until this evening for weight training.

Had my protein shake at 7:00AM followed by my oatmeal w/ raisins and almonds at 10AM

Lunch is a chicken wrap with lettuce, tomotoes, cucumbers and carrotts and 1/2 tsp of lt. mayo.


Chest and Back tonite. Will try to increase my weight to the 25lb dumbbells. Well see how it goes.

Still feeling the energy with the combo. Can't believe it's still working. My body has a mind of its own when it comes to supplements sometimes.

Well last week was a wash - ugghh. I messed up my back some kind of way and couldn't do "anything". I thought initially it was a kidney infection because I have had the same kind of pain with kidney infections before but I think it was just stress. I know I didn't pull anything becasue I didn't feel the pain until after I got up from watching a movie - weird. Anyway I am feeling better and ready to hit Week 4 with a vengence.

Got up this morning and did 30 minutes of cardio at 3.5mph on the treadmill at maximum incline. Took my usual 5 Tablets w/ 2 scoops of Creadyl- loved the rush and it felt good to get thru my cardio

Evening is Chest & Back - Two Sets x 20lb Dumbells

Still on my P90X routine. Feeling great gains in strength. I'm still amazed at the effects of the combination of the NoBeta & Creadyl. I didn't think I would still feel it working after a month but to my surprise I am and it feels amazing.

Called the 24 Hr gym up the street from my house to see if they had any deals going on and finally they have a deal I can work with. I knew they would come down eventually - just took a little patience :). This will work out great since its literally 5 minutes from my house so I can jet over there before work and have more variety of equipment. I love my dumbbells and bands but I have been limited on what I want to accomplish. Cardio is my weakness and I love the crosstrainers and ellipticals so I will be able to utilize them on a consistent basis.

Great things are ahead in the coming weeks - I am ready to bring IT harder and stronger than ever before.

I have decided to restart my transformation. It has been a rough few weeks (or rather few years) mentally, physically and emotionally. The more I try to reach my goals, the further away they become to reach. Life can really suck sometimes and lately it has gotten harder and harder to shake off the blahs and keep moving despite how much I need to. I have to do whatever is humanly possible to get past these roadblocks.

I was finally able to join a local gym so hopefully that will help keep my motivation up. I got a really good deal and its 24hours so I can go before and after work. The best part is its literally 5min from my house so it works out good.

I have to admit that the combo of Creadly & NoBeta does lift my mood within 15 minutes even with the tingling sensation. I love that about it.

Day 1 is completed and I will post my restart pictures momentarilly.

Goal is to get cardio in 2 x day and still work each body part twice a week.

Yes its much better this time around. Finishing up week 1. The gym has been great. Just trying to get used to all the equipment and carve out a "good" gym workout routine. I'm so used to doing the P90X program the gym is very overwhelming but I'm will get it done and represent GA to the fullest.


Re-starts can be a good thing! Good luck the rest of the way. Like I said before, we've got rep for GA!

Thanks girlie, yes I definitley needed to regroup. This time around is much better and the gym is a definite plus. I am getting in my cardio much better. Just getting used to all the cool equipment is challenging but I will get it done.


That's great you have access to a gym now, that's gotta be a big boost for motivation. Good luck with the challenge. Sometimes we just need to regroup, this is your time :)

Ok I'm full on in Week 2. I have been so busy that I haven't had time to post but I am catching up today. They gym is going great. I have been hitting it every morning before work. Try to get there between 5:00 & 5:30AM. That's the most peaceful time without alot of people. I attempted to go after work a few days ago and you would have thought they were giving away money :)

I am working on a good gym routine so any suggestions would be great :)

The Creadyl/NoBeta combo is still unbeliveably powerful. I take my 5 tablets upon waking and then sip on the "juice" on my way there and throughout.

I have been starting each session with 45 minutes on the treadmill at 4-4.5ph and the incline set to level 10. Legs are burning after about 5 minutes. Can really get a good sweat in with the incline high then I have been following that up with weights. Still trying to stick to working two body parts each day, two times a week. This morning I woke up late so I could only get in legs so I will have to hit my abs when I get home.

I'll report my stats on Monday - feeling strong

In Final Fantasy the first, money in the Japanese version was "Gold" and units of gold (WOW Gold (http://www.storeingame.com/)) were "Gil." So, when you defeated a monster, you would receive "10 gil in gold (Aion Gold (http://www.gobuyaiongold.com/))." Then on the status screen, your gil-gold (Buy WOW Gold (http://www.zyy.com/)) was simply labeled "G". It's no wonder why the English translation simply went with "gold" (WOW Power Leveling (http://www.wowpowerlevelingup.com/)) and left it that way.
