hi everyone i am new and i am 18 almost 19 in a week . i am 118 5"7 i never competed but i plan to do a local show in nov looking foward to getting to know all of u

I was bored, so I decided to check out what was in this section of the board. I'm glad I did. HardBody, you look great. How long have you been working out, and what is your routine?

i worked out off and on maybe all together two years . started out with just heavy lkifting building muscle them moving on to the getting lean and mean. routine i do cardio first thing in the morning 5 days a week and three days a week i do a circuuit training workout
