Garnett: YES and 1st time eligible.
Allen: YES, maybe or maybe not the first time around.
Pierce: NO
Garnett definitely one of the greatest player on any team.
Allen definitely one of the greatest on any team.
Pierce good, but would not be as great as he is without Allen and Garnett.

Garnett and Allen, YES as of today.

Allen in on schedule to hit more all time 3 pointers around this time next season. So yes.
Pierce, yes. There's not many people that average his career stats and get Finals MVP on a team that goes 3 straight seasons(and more to come as long as injuries are down) with a strong playoff push outside of injuries that does not get HOF.
Garnett, yes. If you can be compared to Tim Duncan and who is better, then you're going to be HOF. Duncan is the best PF ever to play the game, so if you are constantly compared to him then you're right up there.

Pierce shouldn't, but probably will. The other two are no brainers.
