I'm still scratching my head in believing your 18 years old.

So young and so much potential !!!!!

So this goes out to all current Fitness competitors out there.......

Your Welcome and those compliments are 100% true!!!

Just very rare to see a Goddess at 18-19 years old!!

So you like Leg and Bicep curls. No wonder those areas looking so stunning!!

So just as a few follow-up Questions....

Would you say your legs are your best physique feature?

And with your biceps have great peak - makes a person think you are strong so just wonder - what do you normally lift for bicep curls? And have you ever measured those bi's?

Thanks again for deciding to bring your energy and sexiness to this board!!

Stay Sweet!!

Hey Again H.B.B !!

Wow so are very strong indeed. With stats like that you maybe one of the strongest fitness competitors in Canada.

And gotta say Wow again - because you were not even at your lowest weight in those pics and your abs look like that.....I would be saying Good Lord - your abs must be like a road map with so much detail and definition !!!

I bet when your ready to compete - those girls that have to be up there with you will get nervous real fast. Its like they come in thinking they will win - and see you step on the stage - and all of a sudden the chances of winning become slimmer (smile)

And you are right your waist in super tiny!!

So I forgot to ask - were you some kind of gymnast or athletic when you were 2 or 3 years younger ?
and always had natural muscle before the weight training came into play?

Take Care!!

Wow H.B.B

You must be staying on these message boards - because you reply very quickly - I can tell you have lots of energy!! (smile)

And me and you would definately get along just fine because basketball is my favorite sport !!!

But Damm It - I'm not in Canada - so couldn't get the chance to play against you.

And you are right about Chyna being good a role model. I really miss seeing her in the ring . Of course know I love watching the
Canadian Diva - Trish Status = http://www.trishstratus.com

So I hope you not getting tired of my questions - and if you are just let me know - but your presence here has made things a lot more interesting. So I gotta ask just a few more questions......

What position did you play on the B-Ball team?

And are you also wanting to get sponsored and get into lots of Fitness Modeling?

Later Sweetie!!

hardbodyblondie
04-28-2003, 04:21 PM
in basketball i was the piont guard and i won ever freethrown competition tournament i went to i think it was 4 years in a row so i bascially can shoot freethrown and 3pointers all day. lol as far as fitness i would love to get sponsored but to tell u the thruth don't really know how to get started. i really have done all this on my own. working out and training programs and meal plans and supplementation are designed by me. there is a local show done called the windsor cup that i would like to compete in. so in nov i will give that a try. and take it from there. and u can ask me any question i don't mind at all,.

E-Mann
04-28-2003, 04:42 PM
Hey The E-MAN is back one more time for today (lol)

And thanks - for allowing me to continue writing to you !!

So you are one of those Sharpshooting chicks huh!

Well its a sure bet that you would beat me - cause I don't float around the 3-point line very often and you may get a lot of open looks at the basket . But you bring that stuff inside through and I will send it back outta there (hee, hee, hee)!!!

And much credit to you for putting together all your own training and nutrition plans !!! And hey maybe you don't much - I mean look how fabulous you are now !!

And if you did get any tips from a long time expert - you could become even more awesome and bring back lots of contest trophies to your home!!

The Windsor Cup is great contest to be in - could get you much recognition !!! Hope it works out well for you !!!!

And you should check out this website link=http://www.nicolefitness.com

She is a IFBB Pro Competitor - and has a message board on her site . You could write on there and ask her if she could give you some advice because I have seen her help out others before.

Well Hardbodyblondie - here my last 2 questions for the day.....

When will you graduate from school ?

And would you say your back is also one of your strongest areas?

Thanks again for all your responses !!! Your a real sweetheart !!

Take Care !!

hardbodyblondie
04-28-2003, 04:46 PM

Whoah - H.B.B is gonna be a police officer.

Guess you are a no-nonsense type of a girl !!

Hope it works out for you and that you don't get into too much danger!!

So Hardbody.....

What is a good lifting stat you can report on any exercise for your Back and also forgot to ask how much you can Leg Press and Deadlift ?

And have you done much practice on the chereography for your contest routine ??

Thanks. Take Care!!

hardbodyblondie
04-29-2003, 06:58 AM
back when i used to lift heavy i could put two 45lbs plates on the t-bar row . now i do mostly ciruit training where i do full body aftereach other in a superset style. as far as cheregraphy i want to do figure bc i really don't dance or have good skills in that area. but if i have to learn i will. oh yeah leg press used to do like 4 plates a side but that was when i wanted to loook like chyna now i train alot litler with higher reps and faster pace

(LOL) - Back when you use to lift heavy huh.
Make it sound like that was 10 years ago (LOL).

Anyhow - those are strong stats girl - strong stats indeed !!

So your all about circuit and superset training.

How much time do you spend in the gym
and how many days a week you workout ??

And were you very strong at age 14 & 15 ??

hardbodyblondie
04-29-2003, 08:22 AM
at age 14-15 i don't know i was a little scrawny thing. at age maybe 17 i was strong then moved to supersetted it all depends my weight and how i am training if for example i am dieting down it's hard to lift heavy u have no energy feel light headed don't have strenght but when u have some good quality food in u energy throught the roof i can do things like dumbell press for chest like almost 50lbs a hand . and that's when i am like 108lbs . when i am heavier of course i can lift a hell of alot more but i am not up for the hole bulling thing i like lean muscle and i love abd and cuts . at the gym i spend i a good two hours someimes less it depends if i am doing weight and cardio that day of course if i have the extra energy i make sure to use all ofn it at the gym when i get home i am really tired have a shake take anice hot bath and get ready for the day always workout first thing in the morning. i workout about 4-5 days a week

E-Mann
04-29-2003, 08:35 AM
Yeah

I know bodybuilders have a thing called off season weight which is their heaviest point and they tend to do heavy iron lifting at that time - then lighten up as they get close to a contest.

And its good that you are not in a bulking stage because you are going for fitness and not bodybuilding. But hey even fitness competitors can a least have tennis ball-shaped biceps like you HardBody (smile)

You finish off the day with a hot bath - what pretty picture that is!! Ooopps - getting some dirty thoughts in my head (LOL)

Two hours gym time for you huh....I only go for 1 hour for 3 days a week.

So as you look at yourself in the mirror today - what area of your physique would you say needs the most work as far as getting it just right for the competition ??

H.B.B - I also saw that you joined Intense Training Message Board
and gave a girl name Allycat lots of good advice - and made me want to ask - are you a Personal Trainer or would become one someday?

hardbodyblondie
04-29-2003, 10:57 AM
there are some days i look at myself and say i need to be mre muscular more tanned more defined and even more blonde so bascially in my mind i will probably always need to work on something everyone is there biggest criticier i think. like if one day u go out with friend and eat fast food the next day u are holding water and u say **** i need to get more cut. or if i am carb depleted for like a few days i will look in the mirror and say i need more muscle so it all depends then i get days where i look in the mirrorand say **** is this me damn i look mamazing i like thoses days. today those i need to startr a cutter tomorrow gonna wacth my diet and up the cardio . personal for sure oneday

E-Mann
04-29-2003, 11:21 AM
Yeah - I understand you loud and clear about self-image evalutaion varying each day. Especially when slim women have those days where they think they are fat. I never want to be around them when they get like that - become very difficult to talk to.

And hey gonna give U some hand-claps for wanting to be a Trainer. Cause as great as you are - you can definately make
a champion out of someone else.

So hey - which do you think plays the biggest role in you becoming more cut - the diet , the training , or the cardio?

And did you get a chance to check that website I told you about?

This one - http://www.nicolefitness.com

I think this one - http://www.albertabodybuilding.com
is another good one - for contest info and advisitory articles.

hardbodyblondie
04-29-2003, 02:41 PM
thank u ukrainetrain . as far as getting cut. diet, diet, diet and even more diet . i can't stress it enough. i bet u take all the poeple in the gym keep them on there regular workout and cardio training programs and just sweicth up their diet and that's when they will really start to notice results. after u fine tune ur diet up next is the cardio if u find that the weight isn't coming off as fast as u want it increases the cardio by 15 minutes every few days till u are at the 1and a halh mark. don't tart at that right away bc if u do then when u want to lose even more excess weight then u really have to go to the extremese that can put alot of stress on ur bod. hey E-mann i feel like i am being intreviwed for like a magazine or something it's cool. glad u are interested in all this. thanks for posted the websites i will check them out i reamember seeing nicole a few times in muscular developement . so if u have any more question feel free to ask

Awwe - Thanks HardBody - I'm just grateful that you are willing to reply. And you are not the 1st person to say I make them feel like they are being interviewed. But on a couple other occassions -the person I ask would eventually start to wonder why I ask the questions I ask. And they think I am some undercover writer for a magazine who puts all the answers in one.

But rest asured - I am not a magazine writer
(though I would not mind being one - long as its about female fitness & bodybuilding)

So whatever we talk about Hardbody stays here on the board.

You know - you give a lot of great advice and helpful info....
Perhaps you should be an Article Writer for Bodybuilding.Com

On the bottom of the page for this link below.....
http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/newbbmainwomen.htm

They ask if you ever have advice to share - to send it to them and you will have you own article page. And as I said earlier you help out some on the Intense Training Board - and if anyone else wants to know something from you - just tell go to your page on the site and read up on all the info they need.

So how about it Hardbody, would you consider it -- pretty please ??

Also want to know - what's the longest amount of time you spent doing some cardio activity?

Stay Cool & Sweet , Girl !!

Hey Babe !!

On the link i give on the last message before this one, just go down to the bottom of the page where it says "Drop Us a Article".

Click on it and it goes to the next page showing you all the steps you need to follow. And of course you can always e-mail the lady that goes by the name "Ms. Fit" on these board and ask her how to get it done. "Ms. Fit" also writes articles herself.

Good Luck To Ya Darling !!

You missed that 2nd question though - about the longest cardio time you have done.

Hey being a Fan of female fitness & bodybuilding competitons is my passion. And Getting to understand competition rules, training methods, and knowing female competitors a little better is all apart of it. But again I say - let me know when my questions become too much for you.....ok !!

So did you get that info straighten out and can do an article in the near future?

hardbodyblondie
04-29-2003, 07:11 PM

E-MAN says = Fitness - since that's what your training for.

But basically write on anything you feel is important.

Give your personal views on dieting and training.
Just like all the other fitness have done.

They also allow you to keep track of your progress leading up to your contest - can write on that too if you choose to do so.

Hey did you have a Fitness Competitor that is your role model?

i admire the physique of kelly ryan

hardknuckle

Kelly Ryan is cool !!! Monica Brant will always be the best though!!

If you're really interested in professional modeling, you should get some professional pictures taken and send them to as many agencies as possible. Like I said before, you can definitely do well in fitness, you just have to get your image out there, and definitely see if you can get in touch with Brenda Kelly, because I just read her new article and she seems to be doing quite well in the fitness and now the entertainment industry. Basically, seek out successful people in the fitness industry, find out how they did it, and do the same thing yourself.

You're in very good shape for not dieting. I think 105 might be to ripped for you, but you know better than I do. One constuctive comment. I think you could use a little more mass on the quads, and maybe a tiny bit more on the hams too. If there is anything wrong with anything else(which there probably isn't), it's that your biceps are too big relative to the rest of your body.
