Final Review
read through the log here: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=120302361

Dosing Protocol: 5 caps a day. 2 caps first thing in the morning; 1 hour before breakfast and 1.5 hours before my workout. 3 caps immediately before bed.

Sleep
The first few nights on HGHup I actually had some difficulty falling asleep. I stuck with the dosing scheme though and after getting acclimated to the ingredients this became one of the more enjoyable aspects of the product. HGHup provides an extremely recuperative sleep and allowed for me to fall asleep fairly quickly. Looking back I experienced more vivid dreaming and the ability to actually recall my dreams, which I normally can't. Woke up every morning non-drowsy and feeling refreshed and ready to go.

Mental Alertness/Focus
It was recommended to avoid stimulants and excess B vitamins while on HGHup, so I cut out the use of pre-workout products. I freakin love me some stimulants, so the first week or so without that boost I felt like I was dragging in the gym a bit. But, HGHup began to provide me with a very clean and natural feeling boost in alertness and focus. I found it noticeably easier to stay on track both in and out of the gym, in everything I was doing.

Energy
I'm quite shocked at the energy levels I was able to muster up in the gym without stimulants. HGHup was definitely doing something here as well.

Motivation
It's always high for me when it comes to lifting, but during the second bottle of HGHup I'd argue higher then it's ever been.

Mood/Aggression
I was generally in a very good mood outside of the gym when school work (finals) weren't weighing me down too much. Aggression was without a doubt higher then normal while lifting. I'm not one to make much of a scene while I'm working out, but I found myself more animated in the gym and just getting angry when the reps started to become difficult. This boost in aggression definitely helped me to dig down and finish sets strong and just get a better workout all around.

Libido
Switching back and forth between average and slightly elevated throughout the two bottles.

Endurance
This is probably the most apparent aspect of HGHup. I experienced astonishing increases in endurance throughout the entire 8 weeks, starting from day 1. I simply could not wear myself down. It felt like I was coming back to every set stronger then before. This increase was greatly appreciated when squatting as, for the first time ever, I felt like my cardio was keeping up with my legs.

Strength
I wanted a lot out of HGHup in this catergory and while it may have taken some time to really kick in, the product did finally deliver. I'd say all throughout the first bottle my strength gains were average, but they increased ten fold once I began the second bottle.

Every rep of every set is performed with the absolute absence of momentum. Momentum is an outside force that aids you in the lifting of a weight, thus reducing the force of the muscular contraction needed to successfully complete a rep. In physics, work is defined as the product of force and distance, and as athletes our goal is to maximize the amount of work we do in order to obtain the best results possible. This can be accomplished by applying the greatest possible force over the greatest possible distance. Range of motion is key, as is training to failure.

ATG Squats: 215x5 ---> 260x5
Deadlift: 405x1 ---> 430x1 (previous record was 420, but hadn't pulled that in a while)
Flat DB Bench: 75sx10 ---> 90sx5
Chest Supported T-Bar Rows: 115x6 ---> 160x8
EZ Bar Curls: 95x8 ---> 120x5
Skullcrushers: 75x8 ---> 90x5
Behind Neck Press: 95x5 --->120x5
Pec Deck: 90x10 ---> 100x10 (Machine capped out)
Seated DB Shrugs: 100sx12 ---> 115sx15 (Capped out)
Machine Lateral Raise: 25x5 per arm ---> 32.5x7 per arm
Close-Grip Over The Bench Forearm curls: 100x5 ---> 120x5
DB Pullover: 60x8 ---> 85x8

Quality of Training
Very good throughout the 8 weeks. The mind muscle connection on this stuff is awesome.

Pump and Vascularity
Really nothing noticeable to me until the final 3 weeks or so, and then they were very good.

Muscle Hardness/Density
Significantly increased throughout the whole 8 weeks.

Body Composition and Look
I had originally planned to use HGHup as an aid in my winter bulk, but it didn't quite play out that way. I experienced a gradual leaning out effect that accumulated to a significant difference by the end, one I really couldn't overcome with my diet. I'm up 3lbs with an estimated 2% reduction in body fat, for a LBM increase of ~8lbs. HGHup is definitely better suited for cutting or recomping then bulking.

The Verdict: I don't care how skeptical you are of GH products, because I was too, but I can say with complete confidence that there is something to this stuff. This has been easily one of the more enjoyable products I've run, in fact I rank it right next to Glycobol as products I consider being worth every penny. I'm already planning to run it again come the end of spring when I'll be looking to recomp (just looking for something interesting to stack it with). I give HGHup a solid 9/10, only because I believe there is always room for improvement.

Nice review.

I've wanted to try some of this stuff since it came out. Well formulated.

How was your appetite? Did this help suppress it or were you more hungry than usual? I've read other reviews stating insatiable appetite, that is why I'm asking.

Thanks!

Actually I did find that in the early weeks my appetite was increased, though no where near being insatiable. This subsided though and it was normal throughout the majority of the eight weeks.

just for clarification, is the AN crew recommending no stims while on HGHup?

Thanks in advance.

I don't think I saw anything against it. Where did this idea come from?

I've been taking 1 rpm along with my hghup so hopefully is alright

Just saying be careful with. Whether you use or not will depend on the individual.

It really does depend upon the individual and depends on how you use HGH Up. Me personally...I use HGH Up only pre-bed so I use stims no problem, but generally...I cut off my stims about 5-6 hours pre-bed. If you use stims to close to your pre-bed dose of HGH Up you could have a problem getting to sleep...I've had that happen before and it is not fun. Hope that helps.

Cheers!

I am startingto take HGHup, and I had a question about the dosing? It says to take it on an empty stomach. My question is, How long after I eat should I wait to take it, and how long after I take it should wait to eat? Also, does it make you feel jittery when you take it. Because I took some fat burner and I had class that morning and I couldn't concentrate for the life of me.

sorry this is a bit late.

the empty stomach is to help keep the hghup away from carbohydrates. they interfere with some of the effects. Empty, i go by feel.

HGHup is stimulant free so there shouldnt be jitters

I have one question regarding HGHup. From my searches, I know it should be taken on an empty stomach, and carbs are a big no no. I plan on taking 5 in the evening before going to bed. However, I usually do a Casine shake before going to bed. Should I do the Casine 1 - 1 1/2 hours before taking the HGHup or is it ok to drink the Casine around the same time? (2 grams of carbs).

A response would be greatly appreciated as I've already got the HGHup & will be starting it in a couple days.

Thanks!

Randy

BTW - Awesome review!

separation in timing is preferred, but if you have to have casein close to the hghup it isnt as bad as carbohydrates

No need for a pct with any of our products. You should look into this one. Talk about tremendous sleep/dreams! I love it. Lol.
