I've had one day off in the last 10 days, I don't want to run myself down. I've got to modify my diet because I am starving 30 mins after my cardio. I eat about 45 mins - 1 hour before cardio.

Yes I do! I wish there was another time that I could do cardio but that is the only way I can fit it into my schedule.

I could but I'm want to get more than 4 hours of sleep. If I don't get enough sleep than all that work is for nothing.

Anyway I'm a creature of habit and have a routine that I like to follow......

I know I did cardio after legs but can't recall on the other days....wow!

As long as you aren't getting your heart rate up....3mph it optimal. I know it seems slow...trust me it works.

The thread is long and there is certainly plenty of stupid stuff in there. What I do is see what Bob says then go back and find the question to see if it's anything that would pertain to me. Takes time but he is a wealth of information. I also own his DVD series which is one of the best I have ever seen. He's a very intelligent Pro....trust me I have met a few and I must say I have no idea how many of them even tie their own shoes.

It's so spot on that I'm getting sick of it already, I will be trying something new next week. I think my body got used to the same type of diet from being on it for so long (minus the 5 month long cheat meals I had).

Yeah, I ran the service tests on it and it fails. I can hear it click on and off and you can't even touch the housing because it's so hot!

Clothes Washer is broke. I thought about taking the clothes down to the community pool and doing a load while the kids swim. I'm sure the lifeguards wouldn't mind me washing clothes in the pool. :D

DB Side Laterals:

20's x 10

20's x 8

Cardio: Treadmill

30 mins. @ 3.0 mph

I went on the light side today for the most part, I want to east back into so I don't aggravate my shoulder and arm.

This day is going to be the hardest for me due to my arm. Pullups were supposed to be done but I couldn't do them, did DB rows instead. All of this seems to stress my arm especially the top of my forearm from my wrist half way up my forearm.

I'll keep at it and see if things get better doing these exercises next week. Funny how pulldowns don't bother it so much but there is no way in heck I can do a pullup without great pain....weird.

Diet is spot on, cardio is spot on also!!! :D

5 min. warm-up and cool down.


Cardio on Treadmill:

Treadmill: 45 mins @ 3.0mph



Didn't have time to lift and do cardio, I will try and make it to the gym tonight but the way things are going that probably won't happen.

Hey, looks like a good workout to me! Besides that's what Goat! does, nothing more, nothing less:D


did you know, today is "National can't seem to get a workout in Monday! "

45 secs @ 110-120rpms - Level 6

Repeat 15x
