Nope didn't get lost....lol
We bought a new house so I've been busy with packing, painting and other things that need to be done.....I've been a little more then overwhelmed lately.

Actually it's been better the last few weeks....I didn't play much racquetball last week and I played yesterday and didn't notice any pain. It's not sore or anything today.
